Use hole punch (F) to punch hole in poly
hose (D) and connect micro drip line (K)
using micro barb fittings (L,M) or micro
valves (N)
Use blank micro tubing (P) where
drippers are not needed or when running
into raised beds, planters, containers,
and pots
Flush the system by running water
before closing the ends of poly
hose (D) and micro drip line (K)
Close the ends of poly supply hose
(D) using hose end closures (E)
Close ends of micro drip line (K) using
end plugs (J) starting with row closest to
water source. If running in loop, plug (J)
not required.
Connect in order: filter (A) to pressure
regulator (B) to hose swivel (C); Attach
unit to garden hose or faucet; Attach
poly supply hose (D) to hose swivel (C)
Micro barb fittings (L,M), micro valves
(N), hose staples (O) and hose fittings
(G,H,I) are included for repairs and
layout configuration.

HOW TO INSTALL

Run the poly hose (D) across the
ends of the rows or to the areas to
be irrigated

Run micro drip line (K) down in rows or
to the irrigated area and cut to desired
length. Max length is 33 ft or 66 ft if run
in loop (fed from both ends)

Operation: For best results, irrigate to maintain consistent soil moisture, but avoid "flooding" the root zone. This
kit is modular and expandable. See recommended items or visit our web site for more products and information.

CONTROLLERS AND TIMERS
A controller or timer is highly recommended for automation and control
of your irrigation system. We carry mechanical timers as well as battery
operated models, some with Bluetooth and WiFi capabilities, that can
be operated manually or programmed for full automation.
INJECTORS AND FERTILIZERS
Fertilizers and chemicals can be applied through this kit at high
uniformity when properly installed and operated. We offer canister,
venturi and water driven injectors as well as water soluble fertilizers.
Our featured Savvyject injector is a great addition to the kit with its
compact design and ability to be used with a wide range of chemicals
and fertilizers. We recommend and can provide a backflow device
based on your local code to be installed before the injector or irrigation
system.
IRRIGATION-MART TWINE
Irrigation-Mart offers a durable poly UV resistant tying twine for field
crops. This twine can be used for tomatoes, peppers, hemp, and any
other vegetable or horticultural crops that require trellising.
PLASTIC MULCH AND GROUND COVER
We offer woven ground cover as well as plastic mulch film to help
control weeds in your garden, orchard, greenhouse, and nurseries. Our
varieties include UV protected (non-degradable), photo and bio
degradable, black, and black and white. Theses products come in
many different lengths, widths, and thickness to choose from. We also
carry plasticulture equipment to help automate the installation of
plastic mulch and ground cover.
