Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uGlow Brush . Please read the
operation manual thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and
take special notice of the safety section before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your
guide to a safe and efficient operation.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please TAKE SPECIAL NOTICE of the following basic
precautions:
Read all instructions before using the product:
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet /USB cable immediately after
use and before cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to
persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not
use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from
electrical outlet /power source when the product is not in use, and before
putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heating may
occur and cause fire, burns, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet /power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug /USB cable from the electrical
outlet /power source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug /USB cable, remove it by holding the plug /
USB cable head, and not by the cord /cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a
malfunction, a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur
when power is restored unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service
Centre for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug /USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
OSIM Service Centre or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord /
USB cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord /USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord /USB cable under the product or any other heavy
objects.
12) Do not wind the power cord /USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings
free of lint, hair, and the like.

14) Remove power plug /USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source
immediately should liquid be spilled onto the product as this may result in electric
shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is
being administered.
16) To stop using the product, turn off all controls and remove the power plug /USB
cable from the electrical outlet /power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of the
product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.
18) Children shall not play with the appliance, cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children without supervision.
19) This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may
result in malfunction.
24) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
25) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor
temperature and subsequent malfunction or fire.
26) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room
temperature abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature
gradually to a normal level.
27) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where it was
stored, wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets on mechanical
parts due to condensation. Using the product under such condition may result in
malfunction.
28) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
29) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or
electric blanket, etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
30) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in
malfunction.
31) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Centre.
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product.

32) Some noise may be heard from the product while in use. This is due to the
structure of the product and is normal.
33) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the
influence of alcohol.
34) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions
that should be managed by a qualified health care provider.
35) If you are under any medication or have any medical conditions, please
consult your health care provider first before use.
36) This product contains lithium battery that is only replaceable by a skilled
technician. Do not attempt to assemble or repair the product. Contact OSIM
service centre for any repair.
37) The battery must be removed from the product before it is discarded. The
product must be powered off when the battery is removed, and the battery
should be safely disposed of. To remove the battery:
1. Get the OSIM service personnel to remove the battery case.
2. Remove the fixing screws from the battery case.
3. Open the battery case and remove the battery.
4. The battery must be recycled by an OSIM Service Center or disposed of
in accordance with local waste management regulations.
38) Do not overcharge otherwise it may damage the battery and affect usage.
39) It must only be supplied at safety extra low voltage corresponding to the
marking on the appliance.
40) For charging use only protection class II power supply approved for use with
household product, SELV output 5V, max. 2A

Warranty is subjected to cancellation if the product is used for commercial
purposes.

•The uGlow Brush must be fully charged for the first time prior to
using it.
•Connect the uGlow Brush using the supplied USB cable to a
power source.
•The red LED indicator will blink slowly while it is charging. Once
fully charged, it will turn off.
•The uGlow Brush will not work when it is charging.
•When battery level is low, the Red LED indicator [ ] button will
light up.
•Each full charge (approximately 80 min) lasts up to 75 min of
usage.
Charging the product battery
•Press and hold the [ ] button for 1.5 second to turn on product
The white LED indicator on both [ ] and [ ] button will light up.
•By default, the vibration massage will start at ‘Low’ intensity and
Red therapy light will illuminate.
•To toggle between different vibration massage, press the [ ]
button again. From low, the vibration will switch to ‘Mid’, ‘High’
and ‘Off’.
•To toggle between different light therapy, press the [ ] button
again. From Red, the therapy light will switch to Blue.
•Press and hold the [ ] button for 1.5 second to turn off product.

Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and
mechanically.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with extreme heat or
air-conditioning vents. These can cause the handle grip to dry up, crack or the
color to fade.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust
cover.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the product is turned OFF and the USB cable is
disconnected from the product.
The massage head of the product is customarily exposed to the natural body oils
of users. The whole unit can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth.
The common micro-fibre cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited for this
routine maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for sale in
most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which
are all very sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they be exposed
to any form of water or moisture.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or
thinner to clean the product. This may cause the color of the product to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety
reason.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further
assistance and information.

Product care and storage
Brush plate
1. To remove the brush plate, press the brush plate release button
and pull the plate upwards, away from the uGlow Brush.
2. To reattach the brush plate, align the hook of the brush plate at
the top uGlow Brush and press the plate downwards to reattach
until it clicks.
Detachable handle
•Twist and pull out the handle to remove it from the uGlow Brush.
•Twist and push in the handle to reattach to the uGlow Brush.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems operating the uGlow Brush, please check the
following points for rectification. If the uGlow Brush still malfunctions or does
not work, please turn off the uGlow Brush, and contact the OSIM Service
Center* for servicing.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the uGlow Brush yourself.
Doing so will void the warranty and OSIM will not be responsible for
any subsequent consequences.
•Check the battery level and charge the
uGlow Brush if battery level is low.
•Ensure that the uGlow Brush is not in
charging mode.
Problem Possible causes / actions
•The uGlow Brush will
not start.
•The massage stops
midway.
•The auto timer of 15 minutes may have
lapsed.
•The Power button [ ] was pressed
accidentally.
•If the uGlow Brush stops due to
overheating, wait at least 1 hour before
attempting to use it again.

Product warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
•Ensure that only the USB cable provided
is in use.
•Ensure that the voltage and current of the
power source is adequate.
•The internal safety device may have
been activated due to incorrect voltage.

•The uGlow Brush will not
charge.

使用本产品时，请特别注意并遵守下列安全事项：
使用本产品前，请先详阅所有的说明。
危险 - 为降低触电风险，请遵照下列指示：
使用完毕后或清洁前，请将电源线插头 /USB 电缆由插座中拔除。
警告 - 为降低火灾、灼伤、触电、或是造成他人受伤的风险，请遵
照下列指示：
1） 请务必依照使用手册中所叙述的用途使用本产品。请勿使用非制造
商所推荐的零配件。
2) 接通电源后，请看顾好产品。不使用产品时或组装和拆卸配件前，
请切断电源。
3) 请勿在毯子或枕头下使用产品。过热可能会造成火灾、灼伤、触电
或人员受伤。
4) 如果电源接口松动，请勿使用产品。
5) 手上潮湿时，请勿开关电源或碰触电源插头 /USB 电缆与电源插座/
电源。
6) 切断电源后，请握住插头 /USB 电缆接头将其拔出，请勿拉扯电源
线/ 电缆。
7) 如果产品的电源线或插头/USB电缆出现损坏故障、电源故障或掉入

务中心或其授权服务代理更换。
9) 请勿拉扯或把电源线/USB 电缆当作握把使用。
10) 请勿将电源线/USB 电缆放在加热表面上。
11) 请勿将电源线/USB 电缆放在产品或任何重物下方。
12) 请勿将电源线 /USB 电缆缠绕在产品上。
13) 若产品出气口阻塞，请勿使用产品。请保持出气口通畅无阻，不被
棉屑，毛发等阻塞。

14) 若产品沾到液体时，请立刻从插座中拔除电源线插头 /USB 电缆，

15) 在使用喷雾产品后或氧气不足的场所时，请勿使用产品。
16) 若要停止使用产品，请将所有的操作控制关闭，将电源线插头/USB
电缆从电源插座中拔除，切断电源。
17) 请勿将任何物件或易燃物品掉入或插入产品的任何开口中。这可能会
导致触电、故障或火灾风险。
18) 请务必督导孩童不将产品视为游乐器材使用，以确保安全。
19) 在得到负责安全的人员监护下或接受过监护人员的产品使用指导并了
解到存在危险时，18 岁及以上的儿童和身体、感官或精神上有缺陷
或缺乏经验与知识的人员才可使用产品。
20) 儿童不得为产品进行清洗或维护。
21) 当身体或手潮湿时，请勿使用或操作产品。

25) 操作过程中不要盖住产品。这可能导致电机温度升高并引起故障或

27) 将产品由低温储存处移至温热环境使用时，温差可能导致水分在机件
内部凝结，影响机器正常运作或造成机件故障。建议在移动后，先将
产品在正常室温放置1小时后再开始使用。
28) 请勿拆卸、掉落或使产品受到冲击或振动。
29) 为避免按摩效果减低或造成伤害，请勿将产品与其它具有疗效的设备
或电毯等同时使用。
30) 请勿将重物堆放于产品上，以免造成意外伤害或是机件故障。
31) 产品仅可由 OSIM 傲胜服务中心修理。请勿自行尝试拆卸或维修。
32) 由于产品结构关系，使用产品时会听到一些声音，属于正常情况。
33) 请勿在饮酒后或身体不适时使用产品。
34) 产品非自我诊断或治疗之用；若需诊断或治疗时，应由专业医疗人员
处理。

35) 如果您正接受任何药物治疗或有任何疾病，请在使用前寻求医疗咨询。
36) 本产品包含锂电池，只能由技术人员更换。请勿尝试组装或修理产品。
联系 OSIM 傲胜服务中心进行维修。
37) 在产品被报废前，必须将电池从产品中取出。取出电池时，产品必须
断电，然后安全地处置电池。
取出电池的步骤 ：
1. 请 OSIM 傲胜维修人员拆卸电池盒。
2. 卸下电池盒的固定螺丝。
3. 打开电池盒，将电池取出。
4. 电池必需由 OSIM 维修中心回收或依据各县市废弃物管理规定
处置。
38) 不要过度充电，否则可能会损坏电池并影响使用。
39) 它只能在与器具上的标记相对应的安全特低电压下供电。
40) 仅用于充电的保护等级 II 电源，经批准可与家用产品一起使用，
SELV 输出 5V，最大 2A
