Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uGlow PoreCare. Please read the operation manual
thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and take special notice of the safety section
before you start.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using the product, please take special notice of the following basic precautions:
Read all instructions before using this product.
DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:
Always unplug this product from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before
cleaning.
WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
1) Use this product only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
2) The product should never be left unattended when plugged in. Unplug from electrical
outlet/power source when it is not in use, and before putting on or taking off parts.
3) Do not operate the product under the blanket or pillow. Excessive heating can occur and
cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
4) Do not use the product if the electrical outlet/power source is loose.
5) Do not connect or disconnect the power plug/USB cable from the electrical outlet/power
source with wet hands.
6) When disconnecting the power plug/USB cable, pull it out by holding the plug/USB cable
head, not the cord/cable.
7) Do not operate the product if it has a damaged cord or plug /USB cable, a malfunction,
a power failure, or it is dropped into the water. Injury may occur when power is restored
unexpectedly. Return the product to OSIM Service Center for examination and repair.
8) If the power plug/USB cable or power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by OSIM
Service Center or its authorized service agents.
9) Do not carry this product by the power cord /USB cable or use the power cord/USB
cable as a handle.
10) Keep the product power cord/USB cable away from heated surfaces.
11) Do not place the power cord/USB cable under the product or any other heavy objects.
12) Do not wind the power cord/USB cable around the product.
13) Do not operate the product with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of
lint, hair, and the likes.
14) Remove power plug/USB cable from the electrical outlet /power source immediately
should liquid be accidentally spilled onto the product as this may result in electric shock.
15) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where oxygen is being
administered.
16) To disconnect, turn off all controls and remove the power plug/USB cable from the
electrical outlet/power source.
17) Do not drop or insert any object or flammable material into any openings of the
product. This may result in electric shock, malfunction or risk of fire.

18) Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
19) This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Keep children
away when the product is in operation.
20) Cleaning and user maintenance of the product shall not be made by children.
21) Do not use or operate the product when your body or hands are wet.
22) Do not use this product outdoors.
23) Do not use the product in an excessively humid or dusty environment as it may result in
malfunction.
24) Do not use the product in temperatures higher than 40˚C.
25) Do not expose the product to heaters, stoves or direct sunlight.
26) Do not cover the product during operation. This may result in a rise in motor temperature
and subsequent malfunction or fire.
27) Do not use the product in the event of a lightning storm.
28) If you should use the product in a cold room, do not increase the room temperature
abruptly. It is recommended that you increase the temperature gradually to a normal
level.
29) If the product is brought into a warm environment from a cold place where it was stored,
wait for an hour before use as there may be water droplets on mechanical parts due to
condensation. Using the product under such condition may result in malfunction.
30) Do not fall asleep when using the product.
31) When first using the product, please be careful and test it out using a low intensity/or
use within a short period of time to understand how the different motors work and your
preferred intensity.
32) Do not dismantle, drop, or subject the product to shock or vibration.
33) Do not use the product in combination with other therapeutic equipment or electric
blanket, etc., as this may result in ineffectiveness or injury.
34) Do not rest or place heavy objects on the product as this may result in malfunction.
35) The product must only be serviced or repaired by the OSIM Service Centre. Do not
attempt to disassemble or repair the product.
36) Some noise may be heard from the product while in use. This is due to the structure of
the product and is normal.
37) Please do not use the product if you are not feeling well or under the influence of alcohol.
38) Stop using immediately should you experience discomfort and consult your doctor if you
experience any abnormal or severe pain.
39) The product has a heated surface. People who are insensitive to heat must be careful
when using the product.
40) This product is not intended for self-diagnosis or self-treatment of conditions that should
be managed by a qualified health care provider.

41) If you are under any medication or have any medical conditions, please consult your
health care provider first before use.
42) This product contains lithium battery that is only replaceable by a skilled person. Do not
attempt to assemble or repair the product. Contact OSIM service centre for any repair.
43) The battery must be removed from the product before it is discarded, the product must
be powered off when the battery is removed, and the battery should be disposed of
safely. To remove the battery.
1. Ask the service personnel to remove the battery case.
2. Remove the fixing screws from the battery case.
3. Open the battery case and remove the battery.
4. The battery must be disposed of safely.
44) Do not overcharge otherwise it may damage the battery and affect usage.

Operation
Charging the product battery
• When battery level of uGlow PoreCare is
low, the red LED indicator will light up.
• Connect the uGlow PoreCare using the
supplied USB charging cable to a power
source and another end connect to the
product.
• Product cannot be used during charging.
• Each full charge (approximately 3.5
hours) lasts up to 60 min of continuous
usage with all function on. Last for 90
min for continuous usage without heat
function.
• LED Indicator:
Battery Low: RED Light ON
Charging: RED Light Slow Blink
Fully Charged: White Light ON
Mode selection
• Press the [ ], [ ] and [ ], button
anytime to choose the preferred mode
settings.
1) [ ] setting (Can be switched
between Red, Blue or Yellow LED
light or turn off).
2) [ ] (Heat Display indicate L as
Low temperature, Heat Display
indicate H as High temperature).
LED button light off indicate
temperature is off.
3) [ ] setting (After product is
turned on the suction level can
be switched between 1-5 modes
(Low to High) or turn it off.
Turning product on/off
• Press and hold the [ ] button to turn on
the product.
• Product will turn on the Heat Massage
Head at low heat level. Suction and
Photon Energy Circle will be off.
• When product is ON, press [ ] again
to activate suction at level 1 (Lowest
suction).
• Press and hold the [ ] button to turn off
the product.
• Do not expose directly to eyes when
using photon energy.

Operation
• To feel the suction power, recommended
to start using the product progressively
from 1 mode (Lowest suction) to 5 mode
(Highest suction) for each suction heads.
• Do not stay on the same spot for more
than 3 seconds when using the product.
Move towards one direction for many
times and do not move back and forth.
• Do not press the product forcefully on
the skin when using. The product has
strong lifting force.
• Do not use product in the position of oral
cavity, pudendum and skin disorder.
• Suggest using the product once a week.
The skin may be irritated with mild
redness after nursing. These phenomena
will gradually disappear after 1 day.
• Place the Microlite suction head gently
onto the skin and move gently. Do
not press the Microlite suction head
forcefully on skin.
• Product can be use in any area around
the face, except around the eyes and lips.
• Product is not waterproof, do not rinse
under water

Operation
Changing or washing
of filter sponge
1) Hold the grooves on the side of the
suction head, and gently pull out the
uGlow PoreCare sponge cover.
2) Use tweezer to remove the filter sponge
within the suction hole.
Notes
• Filter sponge provided within the product
packaging is washable and reusable.
Can be washed with water. Dry the filter
sponge before inserting it back into the
suction hole.

3) Wet cotton pad/swab and gently
squeeze out the moisture. Use it to wipe
the sponge cover and hole within the
suction head until it is clean and dry
completely.
4) Replace with new or wash existing filter
sponge, and place it back together with
the sponge cover. Gently press down to
fit it in place.

Product Instruction
1. Use warm water to clean the face and dry with clean towel.
2. Place the Heat Massage Head on the nose and turn on the heat function (Low/High).
After three to five minutes, take it down.
3. Select different suction heads as required. Install it (in a manner of revolving) on the
product. Adjust the product suction mode (5 levels in total). Recommend to start using
the product progressively from 1 mode (Lowest suction) to 5 mode (Highest suction) for
each suction heads.
4. Position the suction head directly on the blackhead and slide product away in an upwards
motion, repeat this several times in one direction without moving back and forth. Do not
stay in one position for more than 3 seconds.
5. Clean the face with warm water again and dry the face with a clean towel.
6. Replace the suction head with the photon cover, press [ ] and illuminate the apex of the
nose for approximately 5 min with either red, blue or yellow light according to your skin
concerns.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and mechanically. Do not
expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with extreme heat or air-conditioning vents.
These can cause the product to crack or the color to fade.
Place product on the base provided when not in use.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust cover and
disconnect the USB cable from the power source.
Clean the product using a dry cloth regularly
Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned off and the USB cable is disconnected
from the power source.
The product is customarily exposed to the natural body oils of users. The main unit structure
can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth and disinfect with alcohol wipes.
Suction heads can be wash using water, disinfected with alcohol wipes and dry it with clean
towel or tissue paper. The common microfibre cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited
for this routine maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for sale in most
DIY shops.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or thinner to clean
the product. This may cause the color of the product to fade.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety reason.
If product appears to malfunction, please call OSIM Service Center for further assistance and
information.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter problems with the operation of the uGlow PoreCare, please check the follow-
ing points to see if they can be rectified. If the uGlow PoreCare still malfunctions or does not
work, please turn off the uGlow PoreCare. Contact OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the uGlow PoreCare yourself. Doing so will
void the warranty and OSIM will not bear any responsibility for any subsequent
consequences.

Product warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
•The auto timer function of 15 minutes may have
lapsed.
• Control button was not locked, the Power button
[ ] was pressed accidentally.
• Dirt blocking the suction head will cause a
decrease in suction strength. Recommend to
clean the suction head with a piece of soft, dry
cloth or alcohol wipes.
Problem Possible causes / actions
• Operation of uGlow PoreCare
stops midway.
• Decrease in suction.
• The battery level is low. Recharge the battery
before attempting to use the uGlow PoreCare
again.
• Product does not operate when it is charging.
Ensure that the USB charging cable has been
disconnected.
• The uGlow PoreCare will not
start.
• Ensure that only the USB cable provided is in use.
• The internal charging circuit of the product
may be faulty. Contact OSIM Service Center for
servicing.
• The uGlow PoreCare will not
charge.

1) 请务必依照使用手册中所叙述的用途使用本产品。请勿使用非制造商所推荐的零
配件。
2）插入电源时，绝不应不看管产品。在不使用电源时，请拔下电源插头。
3) 请勿在毯子或枕头下操作本产品。过热可能会造成火灾、触电或人员受伤。

小时后再开始使用。
30) 使用产品时请勿入睡。
31) 最初使用时，请小心，在低强度/短度下进行测试，同时了解不同电机的工作方式
以及您喜欢的强度。

36) 由于产品结构关系，使用产品时会听到一些声音，属于正常情况。

38) 按摩时若身体不适，请立即停止操作。身体产生不正常或严重疼痛时，请寻求医
疗咨询。
39) 产品在启动时会产生热度。对热度不敏感的人使用产品时必须小心谨慎。
40) 产品非自我诊断或治疗之用；若需诊断或治疗时，应由专业医疗人员处理。
41) 如果您正接受任何药物治疗或有任何疾病，请在使用前寻求医疗咨询。
42) 本产品包含锂电池，只能由技术人员更换。请勿尝试组装或修理产品。联系OSIM
傲胜服务中心进行维修。

43)在产品被报废前，必须将电池从产品中取出。取出电池时，产品必须断电，然后
安全地处置电池。取出电池的步骤：
  1.请OSIM傲胜维修人员拆卸电池盒。
  2.卸下电池盒的固定螺丝。
  3.打开电池盒，将电池取出。
  4.电池必需安全地处置。
44)不要过度充电，否则可能会损坏电池并影响使用。

充电
• 在产品低电量时，红色LED灯会亮起。
• 将提供的USB充电线将产品连接至电
源。
• uGlowPoreCare在进行充电时将不能操
作。
• 充电时间约3.5小时,所有功能打开可连
续使用长达60分钟时间。关闭温热功能
可连续使用90分钟时间。
• LED显示灯：
 低电量：红灯持续亮起
 充电时：红灯持续闪烁
 充电完成：白登持续亮起
操作方式
模式设定选择
• 只需按下[]，[]，以及[]按钮便
能转换模式设定。
  1） []设定（可以调节在红灯，蓝
   灯，黄灯或关闭）。
  2） []设定（画面显示L代表低温
   模式，画面显示H代表高温模
   式）。
  3） []设定（产品开启后可以调整
   吸力强度为1档、2档、3档、4
   档、5档或关闭）。1档为最
   低，5档为最强。
开启/关闭电源
• 长按[]按纽来开启uGlowPoreCare。
• 产品将在第一档吸力时，开启温热按摩
头。吸力和光子能量圈将不会启动。
• 当产品开机时，再次按下[]按键，吸
力第一档（最低吸力）会启动。
• 长按[]按键以关闭产品。
• 使用光子能量功能时禁止直接照射眼
睛。
