Thank you for purchasing the OSIM uSqueez Hand. Please read the
operation manual thoroughly for the correct methods of usage and
take special notice of the safety section before you start.
This manual should be kept on hand for easy reference. It is your guide

Usage environment
• Do not use the product in
an excessively humid or dusty
environment as this may
result in the product’s
malfunction or electric shock.
• Do not use the product in
temperatures higher than
40˚C.
• Do not expose the product
to heaters, stoves or direct
sunlight.
• The product is designed
for home use and not for
commercial purposes.
• Use alkaline batteries only for
optimum performance.
• Do not use or store the
product where there are
magnetic fields or electric
waves (e.g. near television
sets or speakers).
Safety
Caution
• If you use the product in a
cold room, do not increase the
room temperature abruptly.
It is recommended that you
increase the temperature
gradually to a normal level.
• If the product is brought
into a warm environment
from a cold place where it
was stored, wait for one hour
before use as there may be
water droplets on mechanical
parts due to condensation.
Using the product under
such condition may result in
malfunction.

Safety precautions
• To ensure safe and correct use
of the product, do not operate
it without carefully reading
this operation manual.
• Do not use the the product
if any part of the casing is
cracked or if the fabric is torn.
•Do not use the product
under a blanket or pillow as
excessive heating can occur
and cause malfunction.
•Do not cover the product
during operation. This may
result in a rise in motor
temperature and subsequent
malfunction or risk of fire.
•Do not insert any object
or spill any liquid into the
product. This may result in
electric shock, malfunction or
risk of fire.
•Do not stack heavy items on
the product.
•Do not drop the product or
dip it into water.
•Ensure that the washable
fabric is completely dry before
reattaching it to the product.

•Do not disassemble the
product. Touching the
internal components may
result in malfunction or
electric shock.
•The product must only be
serviced or repaired by OSIM
Service Center. Users must
not attempt to disassemble
or repair the product.

Usage safety
• Do not use or operate the
product when your body or
hands are wet.
• Remove hard objects on your
hands and wrists (e.g. watch,
rings, bracelet etc.) before
massage.
• The suggested usage duration
is 10 minutes for each hand.
• It is advisable not to use the
product for more than 10
minutes continuously.
• Do not use the product other
than for its stated purpose.
• Stop using immediately
should you experience
discomfort and consult your
doctor if you experience skin
irritation, any abnormal or
severe pain.
• If you are under medication
or with medical conditions,
please consult your doctor
before use.
•Please do not use the product
if you are not feeling well or
under the influence of alcohol.
•This product is not intended
for self-diagnosis or self-
treatment of conditions that
should be managed by a
qualified health care provider.
Things to note about
the power and batteries
• The supply terminals are not
to be short circuited.
• Use 4 ‘AA’ size batteries.
• Non-rechargeable batteries
are not to be charged.
• Rechargeable batteries are to
be removed from the product
before being charged.
• Different types of batteries,
or new and used batteries are
not to be mixed.
• Batteries are to be inserted
with the correct polarity.
• Exhausted batteries are to be
removed from the product
and safely disposed.
•This product can be used by
children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and
knowledge if they have
been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way
and understand the hazards
involved.
•Children should be supervised
by an adult to ensure that they
do not play with the product.

Preparation before use
Battery installation
• Open the battery
compartment cover at the
back of the uSqueez Hand.
• Insert 4 x 1.5V ‘AA’ batteries
into the battery compartment.
• Please ensure that the (+) and
(-) polarities of the batteries
are fitted correctly.
• Close the battery
compartment cover once the
batteries have been properly
inserted.
Note
• Remove batteries from the
battery compartment when
the uSqueez Hand will not be
used for a long period of time
so as to prevent any battery
leakage.
Caution
• Please ensure your hands are
dry before using the uSqueez
Hand.
• Please ensure that the
airbags are deflated before
using the uSqueez Hand.
• If airbags are inflated,
replace the old batteries with
new ones and switch on the
uSqueez Hand. Once it is
switched on, the air will be
released.

To turn On/Off the
uSqueez Hand
• Turn on uSqueez Hand by
pressing the ‘Power/Stop’
button [ ].
• The uSqueez Hand will be on
standby mode. The ‘Relax’
LED indicator will be blinking.
• Press the ‘Auto Program’
button [ ] to start the
massage.
• Press and hold the ‘Power/
Stop’ button [ ] to turn
off the uSqueez Hand. The
LED indicator will not be
illuminated.
Operation
To start/stop the auto
massage program
• Press the ‘Auto Program’
button [ ] and the massage
will begin at ‘Relax’. The
corresponding LED indicator
will be illuminated.
• Toggle the ‘Auto Program’
button [ ] to select your
desired massage program
(Relax, Relieve & Hand beauty).
The corresponding LED
indicator will be illuminated.
• Press the ‘Power/Stop’ button
[ ] at any time to stop the
massage.
To adjust airbag
massage intensity
• Toggle the ‘Intensity’ button
[ ] to your desired airbag
massage intensity (Low, Mid,
High).
• By default, the airbag massage
intensity will be ‘Low’.
Air release function
• Press the ‘Air Release’ button
[ ] to release air and
deflate airbags. The uSqueez
Hand will continue airbag
massage after 3 seconds.
Battery low LED indicator
• The battery low LED indicator
will light up in red when
battery level is low.
Note
• Switching from one auto
massage program to another
will not reset the duration of
the auto timer.

Product care and storage
Product placement and storage
Environmental factors can strongly affect the product physically and
mechanically. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or in places with
extreme heat or air-conditioning vents. These can cause the product to crack or
the color to fade.
If the product is not to be used for a long period of time, cover it with a dust
cover and remove all the batteries from the battery compartment.
Clean the product using a dry cloth
Before cleaning, ensure that the product is turned off and the batteries are
removed.
The main unit structure can be cleaned thoroughly with a piece of soft, dry cloth.
Common micro-fiber cleaning materials or gloves are very well suited for this
routine maintenance process. Such materials and gloves are available for sale at
most DIY shops.
Do NOT use wet elements for cleaning
The product is made up of electrical components and mechanical parts, which
are all very sensitive to moisture. Under no circumstances should they be
exposed to any form of water or moisture. If you use water (eg. a wet cloth) to
clean the casing, the coating may be eroded and the protection for the product
will be diminished.
As for the control panel, it may result in malfunction if you use a wet cloth to
clean.
Do NOT use cleaning solvents
Under no circumstances should you use any cleaning agents, like benzene or
thinner to clean the product.
Do NOT attempt to repair your product
Under no circumstances should you attempt to repair the product, for safety
reason.
If you suspect a malfunction, always call the OSIM Service Center for further
assistance and information.

If you encounter problems with the operation of the uSqueez Hand,
please check the following points to see if they can be rectified. If
the uSqueez Hand still malfunctions or does not work, please turn
off the uSqueez Hand and remove the batteries from the battery
compartment. Contact OSIM Service Center* for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uSqueez Hand
yourself. Doing so will void the warranty and OSIM will not bear
any responsibility for any subsequent consequences.
Troubleshooting
•The uSqueez Hand will
not start.
•Motor sound during
operation.
•The massage stops
midway.
Problem Possible causes / actions
•Check and replace with new
batteries if power is weak.
•Ensure the polarities of batteries
are correct.
•Ensure the batteries are
firmly affixed in the battery
compartment.
•The sound is the result of the
mechanical structure and is not a
malfunction.
•Check and replace with new

•The ‘Power/Stop’ button [ ]
was pressed accidentally.
•The auto timer of 10 minutes
has lapsed.
