3.MAINFRAMEASSEMBLY

4. INSTALL WHEELS
P lace t he wheel hub on the axle by si mply push i ng in the wheel un til it sn a ps in place,
so the whe el ca nnot be r e mov e d.To r e move t he whe e ls, lift b a ck of trail er up and simply push on the push
buttons l o cat ed on the axle and r e move t he wheel (S ee d ia gr a m).
5. INSTALL THECROSSBAR,ATTACHING SEATANDCOVER

6. USE THEFIVE POINTSEATHARNESS

7.ATTACHING THETOPCOVER

8.INSTALL THEPUSHBAR

9.PARKINGTHETRAILER
To park the t ra iler, please use the brake which moun t ed on the push bar.
Please press the brake as below photos,it have total three class of brake,you can adjust it by your hands;
If you need release the trailer, please press the releaser(A) and release the brake.
NOTE:PLEASE ADJUST THE BRAKE BY BELOW 3 SCREW IN PHOTOS.
One screw is on the brake cable behind the trailer, the left is each under the black brake cover.

10.FIXINGTHEDRAW-BAR
In order to fix the dr a w-bar push the round e nd i nto the r ec ep tacle provid e d(F i gure 1) on t he le f t -h a nd
sid e. S ec ure the inser ted dr a w-bar w ith t he qu ic k- acti on te ns i on ja ck supp li ed(pos.a) a nd the l ock i ng pin (pos.b)
(Figure 2). T he bend in the dr a w-bar is now facing the r i ght w i th resp ect to the d i r ecti on of travel . Impo rta n t:
E nsure t h at t he pin is secur e ly lock e d, be c ause a loose dr a w-bar c ould resu lt in your l os i ng c on t rol of the
trail er wh ile r i d i ng.
11.ATTACHTRAILERTO BICYCLE
P ull t he t r ail er h it ch out of the dr a wbar a nd fit it onto t he b ic y cle r ear axle on a x l es w i th
qu i ck r elease , take out t he wh ole a xl e, push t he t r ail er h it ch onto t he nut a nd f it t he a x le b a ck in. On
a x l es f aste ned w ith hexagon al nuts, uns c rew t he nut w i th wash e r. Push the t ra il er hi t ch onto t he a x le a nd
screw the nut back
on w i th the w a sher. C o nnect the hit ch on the dr a wbar and secure the saf e ty pin.
On ce the dr a wbar is atta ch e d,pu ll s a fety be lt through the rear e nd c hain st ay on the b ic y cle
and hook it into the bra cket on t h e dr a wbar.
IMPORTANT The connection between bicycle and trailer is the most important procedure of the
assembly process. Make sure that the trailer is securely connected to the bicycle.
CAUTION: If the hitch interferes with your bike or other bike attachments, or if it does n ot tighten
securely, do not use. Contact your bike retailer for help with proper installation.

12.INSTALL THEJOGGERWHEEL
Please install the jogger wheel as below showing photos step by step.

(1).insert the front fork into thewheelpart inright position,make the2wholesinconcentric position,
(2). install thescrewbywrench and make it tightly. onefront fork install finished,repeat thestep and install
the anotherside, thewholefront joggerwheel install finished.
13.ATTACHTHEFRONTJOGGERWHEELONTHETRAILER
Pleaseoperate it asbelowshowingphotos.

14.USINGTHEFRONTJOGGERWHEEL
Fixedthejoggerwheel:
(1).pulluptheblackbottomonthejoggerwheel,makethe “A”directiononthefrontal,
pleasesee belowphotos
(2).turnthejoggerwheelmakeitlocatedonacentralfrontorabehindposition,thenthejoggerwheelwill
fixedautomatically, pleasesee thebelowphotos.
Swivelthejoggerwheel:
Pull up theblackbottomand turn the “A”directiontomakeitontheoppositeposition,thenthejogger
wheelwill underswivelcondition.
Jogger wheel MUST NOT be attached while using as a trailer.
