Introduction
Thank you for using our "OSTBA" brand fruit and
vegetable dryer series products. In order to enable you
to correctly use and maintain this product, we specially
write this detailed instruction. Please read it carefully
before using this product and keep it properly for later
reference.
This instruction manual is only applicable to GGJ-260
(series) fruit and vegetable dryers. OSTBA Electric
Appliance Co., Ltd. reserves the final right to interpret
this instruction manual. All the contents in the Manual
are only for users' reference. Please under-stand the
matters not covered. Users are welcome to consult our
service consulting department. It is inevita-ble that
there are deficiencies and mistakes in this manual.

Electric dryer is an unattended household electrical
appliance, please do not work beyond the specified
time.

Please read this Manual carefully before using!
This product is only used in families or similar places.
• Simple and quick drying of vegetables, fruits, meat,
fish and other foods; For example, dried apples, dried
bananas, dried vegetables, beef jerky, dried fish, etc.
• Hot air circulation drying system can dry food faster.
• The temperature control design can set different
temperatures for different foods to dry according to
needs.
• The prepared food is green, healthy and unique in
flavor.
• Dear users: Welcome to use the "OSTBA" fruit dryer
series. In order to facilitate your correct and safe use of
this product, please read this manual carefully before
using it. Please pay special attention to the section
"Safe Use Precautions" and the bold prompts.

Chapter I Precautions for Safe Use
1. Check whether the specified power supply voltage of
the product is consistent with the power supply voltage.
2. This product is for home use only. The Company is not
responsible for any failure caused by commercial use,
inappropriate use or non-compliance with this specifica-
tion, and such failure is not covered by the warranty.
3. A socket with grounding must be used, and the plug
should be plugged tightly, otherwise poor contact may
lead to fire. Do not use universal socket with other
electrical appliances at the same time.
4. When unplugging the power plug, you must hold the
plug and pull it out without yanking or twisting the
power cord. If the power cord is damaged, please
replace it with the special power cord provided by our
company or discard it directly.
5. This product is a long-term work product. Do not put
the product in a place accessible to children.
6. Please do not place the product on unstable, humid
and heat-resistant surfaces to avoid damage or failure.
7. This product is an air circulation heating product. It is
strictly prohibited to have any foreign matter at the
bottom of the product that can block the air inlet of the
product when the product works, otherwise it will cause
direct damage or danger to the product.
8. It is strictly prohibited to move the product when the
product is working. It is strictly prohibited to block the
heat dissipation hole of the upper cover during product
work to avoid danger.
9. Do not place the product directly on the fire or
anywhere near the heat source or fire source, otherwise

10. It is strictly prohibited to put the product into water
for cleaning, only wet towel can be used for scrubbing.
The product must be cooled to room temperature
before cleaning.
11. When the product is not in use, please do not plug the
product plug into the socket for a long time. The plug
must be unplugged under the following conditions:
failure occurs after use, before each cleaning, and
during overhaul.
12. In case of partial fire of the product, please do not
directly put out the fire with water. Fire extinguisher or
wet towel can be used to cover the fire part to put out
the fire.
13. If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid
danger, it must be replaced or discarded directly by
similar full-time personnel from the manufacturer or its
designated maintenance department.

Chapter IV Product Operation and
Precautions
I. Operation
1. Before using the electric dryer for the first time, the
dryer should be cleaned and wiped clean with a dry
rag.
2. Place the pretreated food evenly on each layer of
drying hopper; Place the drying hopper with the food
on the product base; Cover the upper cover.
3. Plug the power cord plug into the socket, switch on
the power supply, and press the power button switch
to start the product to work.
4. Dry food according to different food and personal
tastes.
5. After the food is dried, turn off the power switch and
pull off the plug.
6. After the work is completed, clean the drying hopper
and juice tray, etc.
II. Notes
1. The longest service time is not easy to exceed 72
hours at a time, so as not to affect the service life of
the whole machine.
2. After each use, please turn off the power switch and
unplug the plug.
3. When the product is powered on and used normally,
the indicator lamp, fan and other components shall be
in working state. That is, the red light of the indicator
light is on and there is obvious wind blowing out on the
air outlet on the upper cover.

4. This product cannot be added with water or any
other liquid. It is allowed to have a small amount of
water droplets on the food in the steaming container.
5. When drying, please keep the hot air in the machine
circulating naturally. Don't leave heavy food on the
baking bucket, and the food should not overlap.
Different foods have different drying times (note: when
the machine starts to work, please make sure the
upper cover is in the correct position. If there is not
enough time to dry food on one day, it can be dried on
the next day. In this case, please seal the food that has
not been dried with containers or plastic bags.)
6. When the product works, the temperature on the
drying hopper is the highest, so as to make the food dry
more evenly. The positions of steam racks should be
exchanged regularly.
7. After the food is dried, if it is not eaten, the dried
food should be sealed in containers or plastic bags and
stored immediately. It is recommended to store it in
refrigerator.
8. After the product is used, it is recommended to fold
all the drying hoppers and place them on the product
regardless of whether there is food in the drying
hopper.
9. Food should always be placed from the top steam-
ing grid to the bottom drying hopper in turn. Cover the
food after it is put away. Otherwise, the drying time
and the taste of the dried food will be affected.
10. Please pretreat the food before drying such as
cleaning, slicing or cutting, soaking, etc. which is helpful
to preserve the color and taste of food after drying.

1. Fill 2 glasses of water to 1/4 cup of fruit juice and
immerse the required dried food for about 2 minutes. (
Note: Juice is used with food, such as apple juice for
dried apples.

B. Vegetable pretreatment:
1. Treat with steam, boiled water, or oil. Recommended
for green legumes, cauliflower, cauliflower, asparagus,
and potatoes.
2. Put the prepared vegetables in boiling water for
about 3-5 minutes. Filter dry and put into a drying
hopper.
3. Soak vegetables in lemon juice for about 2 minutes.

C. Pretreatment of meat, fish and other foods:
1. Lean meat (no fat meat): It is recommended to
marinate the meat to maintain its natural taste and
make it tender before drying. Salted products should
have salt to help absorb water from meat and keep it
fresh.
Pickling standard:
1/2 cup soy sauce; 1 garlic, mashed; 2 tablespoons
brown sugar; 2 tablespoons ketchup; 1/2 cup Worces-
tershire sauce; 1-1/4 teaspoon of salt; 1/2 teaspoon
onion powder; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; Mix all the above
ingredients.

The meat is cut into small cubes and then put into the
machine. Drying time is about 2-8 hours until all
moisture evaporates
2. Poultry meat:
All poultry meat must be cooked before drying. Steam-
ing or baking is the best way. Drying time is about 2-8
hours until all moisture evaporates
3. Fish:
It is recommended to steam or bake before drying
(bake at 200 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes) for
about 2-8 hours until all water evaporates.
D. Vanilla, etc.:
Rinse and spin off excess water and remove spoiled
leaves. Spread the herbs loosely on the drying hopper.
The drying time depends on the size and type, and the
drying time is about 2-6 hours.
E. Bread, etc.:
Cut into small pieces (without crust). Loosely spread out
on the drying hopper and dry for about 30 minutes-2
hours.
F. Nuts:
Shell and rinse with hot water, and scattered on the
drying hopper. Store the nuts after they have cooled.
The oil contained in nuts will cause some rotten smell,
so they must be put in the refrigerator to ensure their
freshness. When nuts need to be used, take them out
and put them at normal room temperature. The drying
time is about 18-26 hours.

Chapter VI Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Disconnect the electric dryer before cleaning.
2. After drying the food products, clean the drying
hopper with warm water, clean it with soft cotton cloth
and, if necessary, with the preparation for cleaning the
utensils, and then dry it.
3. The electric dryer cannot be cleaned with water flow
and the base of the electric dryer cannot be cleaned
with water. Clean the dirty surface of the base of the
electric heater dryer with a wet rag.
4. Abrasive cleaners, metal brushes and organic
solvents should not be used.
5. Store clean products in a cool and ventilated
environment.

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für den sicheren
Gebrauch
1. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der
Nennspannung des Produkts übereinstimmt.
2. Dieses Produkt ist nur für den Heimgebrauch bestim-
mt. Das Unternehmen übernimmt keine Verantwortung
für Ausfälle, die durch kommerzielle Verwendung,
unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder Nichtbeachtung dieser
Gebrauchsanweisung verursacht werden, und diese
Ausfälle sind nicht von der Garantie gedeckt.
3.Es müssen Steckdosen mit Erdung verwendet werden,
und der Stecker muss fest eingesteckt sein, da sonst ein
schlechter Kontakt zu einem Brand führen kann.
