Read all instructions before using the hand mixer.
Before connecting the hand mixer check whether the voltage
indicated at the bottom corresponds to the local mains voltage.
DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug,
or after the appliance malfunctions,or has been damaged in
any manner.If the mains cord is damaged,contact
Customer Support on 1-855-926-2626 immediately.
To protect against electrical hazards,DO NOT immerse the
cord,plugs,or the mixer’s body in water or other liquids.
CAUTION –To reduce the risk of personal injury:Do not allow
the power cord to hang over the edge of a table or counter,
where it may be tripped over or pulled,and do not allow the
power cord to touch a hot surface,including a stove.
Regularly check the main cord to see whether it is still in a
good,safe condition.
To avoid circuit overload,do not operate another
high-voltage appliance on the same circuit.
DO NOT plug/unplug the hand mixer into/from the electrical
outlet with a wet hand.
To disconnect the hand mixer from the electrical outlet,pull
directly on the plug;do not pull on the power cord.
Hand mixer should always be used on a dry,level,
heat-resistant surface.

as spatulas and other utensils away from the beaters during opera-
tion to reduce the risk of injury to persons,and/or damage to the pro-
duct.
Close supervision is necessary when the hand mixer is used near

This hand mixer is not intended to be used by people (including chil-
dren)with reduced physical,sensory and mental capabilities.This
hand mixer is not for people with a lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning
the use of the hand mixer by a person responsible for their safety.
Remove the beaters from the motor housing before cleaning.
Never place the mixer near a sink or other water/liquid-filled container.
If the mixer falls into water or other liquids,do not touch or reach into the
water/liquid.Immediately unplug the mixer from the electrical outlet.
This hand mixer is intended solely for indoor,non-commercial,non-in-
dustrial,household use in mixing food items for human consumption.
Do not use the hand mixer outdoors or for any other purpose.
Turn the switch off before connecting or disconnecting the
plug from the power outlet.
Always unplug the hand mixer immediately after using,
and allow it to cool before cleaning or storing.
DO NOT leave hand mixer unattended while in use.
The hand mixer is not intended to be operated with an ex-
ternal timer or separate remote-control system.

BEFORE INITIAL USE
Wash the beaters and storage case in warm,soapy water.
Rinse,and let them dry.
WARNING:Do not immerse the hand mixer's body in water
or other liquids.You can wipe it with a soft,damp cloth.
ATTACHING THE BEATERS
Make sure the hand mixer is turned off and not connected to
the wall outlet.
Locate the two half-circles near the end of each beater.
Locate the breaks in the slots of the motor housing.
Insert the beaters into the slots such that the half-circles go
into the breaks.
Push down until the beaters click into place.
MIXING
Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
Place the beaters into the ingredients to be mixed.
Slide the speed switch to the desired setting.The speed ranges
from “1” (lowest)to “5” (highest).
CAUTION:To prevent the mixer from overheating,do not operate
it for more than five minutes at a time.Allow mixer to cool down
after every four or five minutes of operation.
NOTE:For best results,begin with the lowest speed setting (“1”)
and increase to a higher speed as necessary.
When adding ingredients,turn the mixer off and allow the motor
to stop.Lift the beaters out of the mixture and rest it on its heel.
Add ingredients and place the beaters back into the mixture
before continuing.
When mixing is complete,turn the mixer off.Make sure that the
motor has stopped before lifting the beaters out of the mixture.
Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.

Refrigerated ingredients,such as butter and eggs,should be
at room temperature before the mixing begins.Remove these
ingredients from the refrigerator ahead of time.
To eliminate the possibility of eggshells in your recipe,break
eggs into a separate container first,then add them to the
mixture.
When mixing egg whites,be sure that the mixing bowls and
beaters are thoroughly cleaned and dried.Even a small amount
of oil on the beaters or in a bowl could cause unaerated egg
whites.
Always start mixing at a slow speed.Gradually increase to the
recommended speed on the speed guide.
Do not over-mix.Over-mixing can cause toughness,lack of
rising,or excessive shrinkage.Mix ingredients until just com-
bined.Always use the lowest speed until it’s necessary to
change to a higher speed.
During mixing,ingredients may splash onto the sides of the
mixing bowl.Turn the mixer off and use a plastic or rubber
utensil to scrape the bowl.Do not use a metal utensils,as they
may damage the beaters if contact is made.A light scraping
after the addition of each ingredient helps achieve the best
results.

Ingredients:
½cup butter (softened)
cup sugar
3eggs
1½ tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1½ tsp baking powder
¼tsp salt
¼cup milk
Ingredients:
Yield:enough to frost two 9-inch
round layers
¾cup vegetable shortening
1box (1 lb.) powdered sugar
1tsp salt
5to 6tsp milk
2tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Beat ingredients for 3to 5minutes on speed 4.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Line muffin tins with baking cups.
Sift the flour,baking powder,and salt.Set mixture aside.
In a large bowl,add the butter and sugar.Beat until they are pale
yellow and fluffy,then add eggs one at a time until incorporated.
Add vanilla,flour mixture and milk.Beat until just combined.
Fill baking cups two-thirds to three-quarters full.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.

NOTICE:Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads to clean the hand mixer.
Clean after each use.Remove the beaters and the snap-on storage case
from the motor housing before washing.
Wash the beaters and the snap-on case with warm,soapy water.
Clean the exterior of the hand mixer by wiping it with a soft,damp cloth.
WARNING:Do not immerse the hand mixer’s body in water or other
liquids.Do not operate the product in water or under running water.
CAUTION:To prevent the mixer from overheating,do not operate the
appliance for more than five minutes at a time.Allow the mixer to cool down
after every four or five minutes of operation.
Store the hand mixer in a cool,dry place.
Storing the Hand Mixer
Place beaters and power cord into the
snap-on storage case and snap the storage
case onto the base of the mixer,making
sure to insert the tabs on the front of the
storage case into the second row of slots
on the front of the mixer.
To remove the snap-on storage case,pull
from the heel base first.
