Vor der Montage des Produkts die Anleitung und die Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam lesen.
Die unten stehenden Anweisungen genau befolgen und die Anleitung so lange aufbewahren,
wie das Produkt in Gebrauch ist. Jegliche von Overkiz nicht vorgesehene Montage oder
Verwendung gilt als nicht konforme Benutzung. Sie führt, wie jegliche Nichtbeachtung der
Anweisungen in dieser Anleitung, zum Ausschluss der Haftung und der Garantie durch Overkiz.
- Nicht versuchen, das Gehäuse zu önen.
- Produkt nicht fallen lassen und vor Stößen schützen.
- Produkt nicht in Flüssigkeit tauchen.
- Zur Reinigung des Gehäuses keine Schleif- oder Lösungsmittel verwenden. Die Oberäche mit einem
weichen, trockenenTuch reinigen.
- Produkt nicht im Freien verwenden. Anschlusskabel nicht nach außen verlegen.
- Jegliche von Overkiz nicht vorgeseheneVerwendung oder Veränderung an der Anlage könnte den Benutzer
gefährden.
- Das Ausschalten des Produkts kann durch Abklemmen von der Klimaanlage erfolgen.
Achtung: Bei Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungshinweise besteht Verletzungs- oder Lebensgefahr.
Warnhinweise: Die Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungshinweise kann zu Unfällen oder zur
Beschädigung des Geräts führen.
- Sicherstellen, dass Verbindungsanschlüsse wie Stromversorgungsklemmen und/oder das Kabel
staubfrei sind. Gefahr eines Brandes oder Stromschlags.
- Nur das mitgelieferte Kabel verwenden. Es darf nicht verändert werden. Das Kabel könnte heiß
werden und einen Brand auslösen.
- Die Schnittstelle nicht montieren, wo über Funk betriebene Geräte untersagt sind (die geltenden
örtlichen Vorschriften beachten).
- Die Schnittstelle nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe von Geräten betreiben, deren Betrieb durch Funkwellen
beeinträchtigt werden könnte.
- Die Schnittstelle nicht an Orten montieren, wo sich eventuell Personen mit Herzschrittmacher
aufhalten.
- Die Schnittstelle nicht in feuchter Umgebung (beispielsweise einem Bad) montieren.
- Sicherstellen, dass Kinder nicht an die Schnittstelle gelangen können. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.
- Die Klimaanlage nicht an einem Ort montieren, an dem die Gefahr eines Gasaustritts besteht. Falls die
Klimaanlage Gasen ausgesetzt ist, kann dies einen Brand verursachen.
- Die Klimaanlage ist für Räume bestimmt, in denen sich Personen aufhalten. Sie darf nicht zur
Konservierung von Lebensmitteln, für Tiere, Panzen, Präzisionsmaschinen, Kunstwerke, medizinische
Geräte usw. eingesetzt werden. Es können Schäden an Geräten oder Fehlfunktionen auftreten.

- Sicherstellen, dass die Klimaanlage während derWLAN Funkübertragung eingeschaltet ist.
Bei Problemen folgende Punkte kontrollieren, um das Auftreten von Schäden zu vermeiden:
- Im Falle eines anormalen Betriebs besteht die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags oder Brandgefahr.
Lassen Sie die Schnittstelle von einem Monteur installieren.
- Im Falle eines fehlerhaften Kontakts zwischen der Innen- und Außeneinheit kann das Produkt heiß werden
und in Brand geraten.
- Achten Sie auf die Sicherheit der Personen, die sich in den klimatisierten Räumen aufhalten; insbesondere
Kinder, ältere Personen oder Personen mit Behinderungen sollten keine Einstellungen an defekten Geräten
vornehmen.
- Ein Kältemittelaustritt im Kreislauf der Inneneinheit kann zu einer Fehlfunktion und zu einem Schaden an
der Klimaanlage führen.
- Die Inneneinheit nicht oberhalb von Möbeln oder sonstigen Gegenständen montieren. Diese
könnten bei Kondenswasser- oder Kältemittelverlust beschädigt werden.
- Während der Kühl- oder Entfeuchtungsphasen die Einheit nicht bei geöneter Tür oder oenem
Fenster betreiben (Umgebungsfeuchtigkeit über 80%). Aus den beweglichen Klappen können
Wassertropfen austreten und Gegenstände beschädigen, die sich unterhalb der Inneneinheit
benden. Der Schaden kann zunehmen, wenn das Problem bei Bedienung aus der Ferne nicht
rechtzeitig erkannt wird.

Die Schnittstelle wird über den durch das Logo im unteren Bereich der Schnittstelle
gekennzeichneten Steckanschluss mit der Klimaanlageneinheit verbunden. Verwenden Sie nur das
mit der Schnittstelle mitgelieferte Kabel.

ii. Sicherstellen, dass die Abdeckung für die Leitungen der Inneneinheit für Wartungsarbeiten entfernt
werden kann und die Schnittstelle mittels doppelseitigem Klebeband seitlich an der Klimaanlage
angebracht ist.
1) Die Abdeckung an der Frontseite der Klimaanlageneinheit und den Metalldeckelam elektrischen
Anschlussgehäuse entfernen.
2) Das mitder Schnittstelle mitgelieferte Kabel wird mit dem Stecker an der elektronischen Platine im
Anschlussgehäuse verbunden. Der Stecker ist im Allgemeinen mit CN7 oder CN1101 gekennzeichnet. Die
Nummer des Steckers kann der Montageanleitung der Klimaanlage entnommen werden.
3) Den Metalldeckel am elektrischen Anschlussgehäuse wieder schließen und dabei darauf achten, dass
das Kabel nicht eingeklemmt wird.
4) Die Abdeckung an der Frontseite der Inneneinheit wieder schließen.
- Vor Anschließen der Schnittstelle den Stromversorgungsstecker herausziehen.
- Falls die Stromversorgung über dieWärmepumpe erfolgt, diese über den Sicherungsschalter unterbrechen.

Verbinden der Klimaanlage
Voraussetzung:
- Sicherstellen, dass die Inneneinheit eingeschaltet ist.
- Sicherstellen, dass das WHLRR Gateway ordnungsgemäß mit der Inneneinheit
verbunden ist, die LINK LED dauerhaft grün leuchtet (mit Aufblinken alle 5s)
und die orangefarbene PROG LED in schneller Abfolge blinkt
(wartet auf die Verbindung).
- Das Smartphone mit dem WLAN Netz der Wohnung verbinden.
Je nach Smartphone Google Play oder den Apple Store aufrufen und
die Hi-Kumo App herunterladen.
Die App önen. Die Prozedur zur Erstellung eines Kontos starten und die Anweisungen befolgen.
Nachdem die Verbindung hergestellt wurde, muss die LINK LED dauerhaft grün leuchten
(und alle 5s aufblinken) und die grüne PROG LED dauerhaft leuchten.
Die Leuchtanzeige PROG informiert gemäß folgender Tabelle über den Betriebszustand des
Produkts:
Falls es Probleme beim Herstellen der Verbindung gibt, folgende Anweisungen befolgen:
1- Die erste Verbindungsprozedur wiederholen
Die WLAN Verbindung am Smartphone deaktivieren und ca. 30 Sekunden lang den Flugmodus
aktivieren.
Das Smartphone anschließend wieder in den normalen Modus schalten und WLAN aktivieren.
Sicherstellen, dass sich das Smartphone mit dem richtigen WLAN Netzwerk verbinden lässt (Name
des Netzwerks (SSID) und Zugangspasswort überprüfen).
Die Inneneinheit der Klimaanlage ausschalten oder das WLAN-Gateway der Einheit 3 Minuten lang
deaktivieren.
Nach Ablauf dieser Zeitspanne die Einheit wieder einschalten und/oder das WLAN Gateway wieder
aktivieren.

und wartet auf einen Befehlvom Smartphone.

Ein Reset des WLAN-Gateways durch längeres Drücken (15s) der PROG-Taste durchführen (siehe
nachstehende Prozedur).
Sobald die PROG LED des WLAN-Gateways in rascher Abfolge orangefarben blinkt, die Verbindung-
sprozedur mit der Hi-Kumo App durch Anlage eines Kontos fortsetzen.
Reset der Schnittstelle:
15 Sekunden lang auf die RESET Taste drücken, bis die PROG LED orange leuchtet. Taste wieder
loslassen. Die PROG LED beginnt, schnell orangefarben zu blinken. Die Konguration der Schnitts-
telle wird gelöscht, diese ist jetzt für eine neue Verbindungsprozedur bereit.
2- Zweite Verbindungsmethode
Falls dies trotz sorgfältiger Überprüfung der oben genannten Punkte nicht erfolgreich ist,
7 Sekunden lang auf den Knopf am WLAN Gateway drücken, bis die PROG LED rot leuchtet, um den
direkten Verbindungsmodus zu aktivieren.
Die PROG LED beginnt, rot zu blinken (das Gateway stellt ein WLAN Netzwerk bereit und wartet auf
die Verbindung mit einem Smartphone).
Es wird ein neues WLAN Netzwerk vom Gateway bereitgestellt. Der Name dieses Netzwerks (SSID) ist
das Password (PIN) des WLAN Gateways.
Per Smartphone eine Verbindung mit diesem WLAN Netz herstellen, das als Verbindung zum WLAN
Gateway dient. Das Passwort für den Zugang zu diesem WLAN Netz ist der "Service Code"
(Abkürzung“SC”) auf der Rückseite des WLAN Gateways.
Die PROG LED leuchtet dann dauerhaft rot (das Smartphone ist mit dem vom Gateway
bereitgestellten Netzwerk verbunden).
Die Hi-Kumo App önen und die Anweisungen zur Anlage eines Kontos befolgen.
Die PROG LED blinkt orange in langsamer Abfolge (das Gateway versucht, eine Verbindung mit dem
WLAN Netzwerk der Wohnung aufzubauen).
Die PROG LED blinkt in langsamer Abfolge grün (das Gateway ist mit dem WLAN Netzwerk der
Wohnung verbunden und versucht, eine Verbindung zum Server aufzubauen).
Die PROG LED leuchtet dauerhaft grün (das Gateway ist mit dem WLAN Netzwerk der Wohnung und
dem Server verbunden)
Das Smartphone mit dem WLAN Netz der Wohnung verbinden.
Die Einheit kann jetzt über die Hi-Kumo App gesteuert werden.
Diese Vorgehensweise für jedes einzelne Gateway der Anlage wiederholen.

Produkt nicht mit dem Haushaltsabfall entsorgen. Entsprechend den geltenden Vorschriften
bei den kommunalen Sammelstellen oder im Handel abgeben, um das Recycling zu
gewährleisten.
Wir erklären hiermit, dass dieses Produkt die wesentlichen Anforderungen sowie alle relevanten
Bestimmungen der Richtlinie 1999/5/EG erfüllt.
1) Falls das Produkt eine ordnungsgemäße Verbindung hat, leuchtet die “LINK” LED dauerhaft grün
und blinkt alle 5 Sekunden auf, um die Kommunikation mit der Wärmepumpe zu bestätigen.
2) Bei einer Kommunikationsstörung blinkt die “LINK” LED in rascher Abfolge rot. In diesem Fall das
Produkt abklemmen und erneut anschließen. Falls das Produkt nach dem Neustart weiterhin den
gleichen Zustand aufweist, Kontakt mit dem Support aufnehmen.
3) Bei einer Störung des Produkts blinkt die“LINK”LED in langsamer Abfolge rot.
In diesem Fall Kontakt mit dem Support aufnehmen.
Update des Produkts
Das Produkt kann ohne Eingreifen des Benutzers aus der Ferne aktualisiert werden.
In diesem Fall wird der Status des Produkts durch folgende Blinksequenzen angezeigt:
- Beide LEDs blinken orange
- Die“PROG”LED blinkt orange
- Die“LINK” LED blinkt orange
Falls beide LEDs rot blinken, Kontakt mit dem Support aufnehmen.

Follow all of the instructions below carefully and keep the guide for the entire life of the
product. Any installation or use not foreseen by Overkiz is deemed non-compliant. This
invalidates the warranty and discharges Overkiz of all liability, as does any failure to
comply with the instructions given herein.
- Do not try to open the housing.
- Avoid dropping or impacts.
- Never immerse the product in liquid.
- Do not use abrasive products or solvents to clean the housing. Its surface can be cleaned using
a soft dry cloth.
- Do not use this product outdoors. Do not route the connection cable outdoors.
- Any use or modication of the equipment not foreseen by Overkiz could endanger users.
- The product can be switched o by disconnecting it from the air conditioning system.
Caution: Failure to follow the precautions for use may result in injury or death.

damage.
- Make sure there is no dust on connection points such as the power terminals and/or on the cable. Risk
of re or electric shocks.
- Only use the cable supplied. It must not be altered. Risk of cable heating, resulting in a re.
- Do not install the interface in a location where devices using radio frequencies as a transmission
medium are prohibited (refer to the applicable local standards).
- Do not install the interface near devices that could be aected by radio waves.
- Do not install the interface in a location where there may be people with heart pacemakers.
- Do not install the interface in an environment with high humidity (e.g. bathroom).
- Do not allow children to touch the interface. Risk of injury.
- Do not install the air conditioning unit in a location where there is a possibility of gas leaks.

- The air conditioning unit is designed for people. Do not use it to cool food, animals, plants, precision
machinery, art, medicine, etc. Risk of damage, injury or malfunction.

- Make sure that the air conditioning unit is active during WiFi communication operations.
To prevent damage, check the following points in case of problems:
- Abnormal operation may result in re or electric shocks. Have the interface installed by a qualied
installer.
- In the event of a contact failure between the indoor and outdoor unit, the product may become
hot, resulting in a re.
- Consider the health and safety of those in the air conditioned environment, particularly children,
elderly people and disabled people, who must not work on a faulty device.
- A refrigerant leak in the indoor unit circuit may cause a malfunction and damage the air
conditioning system.
- Do not install the indoor unit above furniture or any other equipment, as this may be damaged in
the event of a condensate or refrigerant leak.
- Do not operate the unit with a door or window open during the cooling or dehumidifying phase
(ambient humidity above 80%). Water droplets may collect on the moving aps and drip onto and
damage equipment placed under the indoor unit. The damage may be worse if the problem is not
detected during remote operations.

Installation and configuration

The interface is connected to the air conditioning unit via the connector identied by the
logo located on the lower part of the interface. Only use the cable supplied with the
interface.
Do not install the interface near a metal surface and/or adjacent to electrical cables.
1) The interface must be installed on the wall or on the air conditioning unit, with double-sided
adhesive tape.
2) Install the interface vertically (connector at the bottom) as shown below.

i. Make sure the surface is clean before installation.
ii. Make sure that the cover on the indoor unit pipework can be removed for maintenance on the
equipment, and that the interface is axed to the side of the air conditioning unit using double-sided
adhesive tape.
1) Remove the front of the air conditioning unit and the cover of the electrics box.
2) The cable supplied with the interface must be connected to the electronic board inside the
electrics box. The connector is usually marked CN7 or CN1101. Refer to the air conditioning system
installation manual to conrm the connector number.
3) Close the cover of the electrics box, taking care not to trap the cable.
4) Close the front of the indoor unit.
- Do not install the interface near a metal surface and/or adjacent to electrical cables.
- Isolate the mains power supply if the indoor unit is powered from an outdoor unit.

Prerequisite:
- Make sure the indoor unit is powered on.
- Make sure the WHLRR gateway is correctly connected to the indoor unit,
the LINK LED is xed green (ashing every 5 seconds) and the orange
PROG LED is ashing rapidly (awaiting pairing).
- Connect the smartphone to the home WiFi network.
Go to Google Play or the Apple Store
(depending on your smartphone) and download the Hi-Kumo
application.
Open the application. Create an account and follow the instructions.
Once pairing is complete, the LINK LED should be xed green (ashing every 5 seconds) and
the PROG LED xed green.
The PROG indicator light provides information on the product's operating status as shown in
the table below:
In case of problems during pairing, follow the instructions below:
1- Repeat the rst pairing method
Deactivate the smartphone's WiFi connection and activate airplane mode for 30 seconds.
Reset the smartphone to normal mode and activate WiFi.
Make sure the smartphone can connect to the WiFi network that needs to be used
(check the network name (SSID) and the password used to access the network).
Power o the indoor air conditioning unit or disconnect the unit's WiFi gateway for 3 minutes.
Once this time has elapsed, power on the unit again and/or reconnect the WiFi gateway.

Pairing the air conditioning unit

Reset the WiFi gateway (see procedure below) by pressing and holding the PROG button for
15 seconds.
Once the PROG LED for the WiFi gateway is rapidly ashing orange, resume the pairing procedure
with the Hi-Kumo application by creating an account.
Resetting the interface:
Press and hold the RESET button for 15 seconds until the PROG LED turns orange.
Release the button. The PROG LED ashes rapidly orange.
The interface conguration is cleared and the interface is ready for a new pairing procedure.
2- Second pairing method
In case of failure despite having carefully checked the above points, press and hold the WiFi
gateway button for 7 seconds until the PROG LED turns red to activate direct connection mode.
The PROG LED ashes rapidly red (the gateway is generating a WiFi network and is awaiting
connection of a smartphone).
A new WiFi network is generated by the gateway. The name of this network (SSID) is the PIN for
the WiFi gateway.
Connect to this WiFi network via the Smartphone used to pair the WiFi gateway.
The password used to access this WiFi network is the "Service code" (abbreviated to "SC") shown on
the back of the WiFi gateway.
The PROG LED becomes xed red (a smartphone is connected to the WiFi network generated by the
gateway).
Open the Hi-Kumo application and follow the instructions to create an account.
The PROG LED ashes slowly orange (the gateway attempts to connect to the home WiFi network).
The PROG LED ashes slowly green (the gateway is connected to the home WiFi network and
attempts to connect to the server).
The PROG LED becomes xed green (the gateway is connected to the home WiFi network and
the server)
Connect your smartphone to the home WiFi network.
The unit can now be controlled via the Hi-Kumo application.
This procedure should be repeated for each of the system's gateways.

Do not dispose of the product with the household waste. Please take it to a collection

Wired operation
1) If the product is communicating correctly, the "LINK" LED remains lit green and ashes every
5 seconds to conrm communication with the heat pump.
2) In case of an error in the transmission, the "LINK" LED ashes rapidly red. In this case, disconnect
and reconnect the product. If, after restarting, the product remains in the same state, please contact
support.
3) In the event of a product fault, the "LINK" LED ashes slowly red.
In this case, please contact support.
Updating the product
The product can be updated remotely with no action required by the user.
In this case, the product status will be dened by the following ashing sequences:
- Both LEDs ashing orange
- "PROG" LED ashing orange
- "LINK" LED ashing orange
If both LEDs are ashing red, contact support.

- Ne pas utiliser de produits abrasifs ni solvants pour nettoyer le boîtier. Sa surface peut être nettoyée
à l’aide d’un chion doux et sec.
- Ne pas utiliser ce produit en extérieur. Ne pas faire passer le câble de connexion à l’extérieur.
- Toute utilisation ou modication sur l’équipement non prévue par Overkiz pourrait entrainer un
danger pour l’utilisateur.
- L’extinction du produit peut être réalisée en le débranchant du système de climatisation.
Attention : En cas de non respect des précautions d’utilisation, un risque de blessure ou de mort
existe.
Avertissements : Le non respect des précautions d’utilisation peut entraîner des accidents ou
une dégradation du matériel.
- S’assurer qu’il n’y a pas de poussière sur les points de connexion tels que les bornes d’alimentation
et/ou sur le câble. Un incendie ou un choc électrique peut survenir.
- Merci de n’utiliser que le câble fourni. Il ne doit pas être modié. Le câble pourrait chauer et un
incendie pourrait se déclencher.
- Ne pas installer l’interface où les dispositifs utilisant les radiofréquences comme média de transmis-
sions sont interdits (Se référer aux normes locales en vigueur).
- Ne pas installer l’interface à proximité de dispositifs qui pourraient être aectés par les ondes radio.
- Ne pas installer l’interface où des personnes disposant d’un stimulateur cardiaque peuvent se
trouver.
- Ne pas installer l’interface dans un environnement humide (par exemple une salle de bains).
- S’assurer que les enfants ne touchent pas à l’interface . Un danger de blessure existe.
- Ne pas installer le climatiseur dans un endroit où de potentielles fuites de gaz peuvent exister. Si du
gaz entoure le climatiseur, un incendie peut se déclencher.
- Le climatiseur est destiné aux personnes. Ne pas l’utiliser pour la conservation des aliments, pour les
animaux, pour les plantes, pour les machines de précision, pour l’art, pour la médecine etc. Une
détérioration ainsi que des dysfonctionnements peuvent se produire.

- Merci de vérier que le climatiseur est en fonction durant les opérations de communication WiFi.
An de limiter les dégâts, merci de vérier les points suivants lorsque des problèmes surviennent :
- Un fonctionnement anormal peut créer un choc électrique ou un incendie. Merci de demander à
un installateur d’installer l’interface.
- En cas de faux contact entre l’unité intérieure et extérieure, le produit peut chauer et un incendie
peut se déclencher.
- Etre attentif à la santé des occupants de l’endroit climatisé, notamment aux enfants, aux
personnes agées ou handicapées qui ne doivent pas intervenir sur un appareil défectueux.
- Une fuite de réfrigérant dans le circuit de l'unité intérieure peut provoquer un dysfonctionnement
et dégrader le système de climatisation.
- Ne pas installer l’unité intérieure au-dessus de meubles ou tout autre matériel. En cas de fuite de
condensat ou de réfrigérant, ils pourraient être endommagés.
- Ne pas faire fonctionner l’unité avec une porte ou une fenêtre ouverte durant les phases de
refroidissement ou de déshumidication (humidité ambiante à plus de 80%). Les volets mobiles
peuvent entrainer la chute de gouttes d’eau et endommager le matériel placé sous l’unité intérieure.
Sa détérioration peut être agravée si le problème n’est pas remarqué lors d’opérations à distance.

L’ Interface est connectée à l’unité de climatisation via le connecteur identié par le logo
situé sur la partie inférieure de l’interface. Merci de n’utiliser que le câble fourni avec
l’interface.
Ne pas installer l’interface à proximité d’une surface métallique et/ou dans une goulotte contenant
des câbles électriques.
1) L’interface doit être installée sur le mur ou sur le climatiseur, avec du ruban adhésif double face.
2) Installer l’interface en position verticale (connecteur vers le bas) comme indiqué ci-dessous.

i. S’assurer que la surface soit propre avant toute installation.
ii. Vérier que le capot donnant accès à la tuyauterie de l'unité intérieure peut être retiré lors de la
maintenance de l’équipement et que l’interface est xée sur le côté du climatiseur avec un adhésif double
face.
1) Retirer la façade de l’unité de climatisation ainsi que le capot du boitier électrique.
2) Le câble livré avec l’interface est à brancher sur le connecteur de la carte électronique à l’intérieur
du boîtier électique. Le connecteur est généralement repéré par CN7 ou CN1101. Se reporter au
manuel d’installation du système de climatisation an de conrmer le numéro du connecteur.
3) Refermer le capot du boitier électrique en veillant à ne pas bloquer le câble.
4) Refermer la façade de l’unité intérieure.
- Déconnecter la prise d’alimentation avant de procéder au branchement de l’interface.
- Couper la source d’alimentation au disjoncteur dans le cas où l’alimentation se fait par la pompe à
chaleur.

Appairage du climatiseur
Pré-requis:
- Veiller à ce que l'unité intérieure soit sous tension.
- Vérier que la passerelle WHLRR est bien connectée à l'unité intérieure, que la
LED LINK est bien verte xe (avec des ashs toutes les 5s) et la LED PROG
orange clignotant rapide (en attente appairage).
- Connecter le smartphone au réseau WIFI de la maison.
Se rendre sur Google Play ou Apple Store selon votre smartphone et
télécharger l'application Hi-Kumo.
Ouvrir l'application. Démarrer la procédure de création de compte et suivre les
instructions.
Une fois l'appairage nalisé, la LED LINK doit être verte xe (avec ashs toutes les 5s)
et la LED PROG verte xe.
Le voyant PROG donne des informations sur l’état de fonctionnement du produit suivant le tableau
ci-dessous :
En cas de diculté pour réaliser l'appairage, suivre les instructions suivantes:
1-Renouveler la première méthode d'appairage
Désactiver la connexion WIFI du Smartphone et activer le mode avion pendant 30 secondes.
Remettre ensuite le Smartphone en mode normal, et activer le WIFI.
Vérier que le Smartphone peut se connecter au réseau WIFI devant être utilisé (vérier le nom du
réseau (SSID) ainsi que le mot de passe donnant accès à ce réseau).
Mettre l'unité intérieure de climatisation hors tension ou déconnecter la passerelle WIFI de l'unité
pendant 3 minutes.
Une fois cette temporisation écoulée, remettre l'unité sous tension et / ou rebrancher la passerelle
WIFI.

Eectuer un reset de la passerelle WIFI (voir procédure ci-dessous) par un appui long de 15s sur le
bouton PROG.
Une fois la LED PROG de la passerelle WIFI en clignotement orange rapide, reprendre la procédure
d'appairage avec l'application Hi-Kumo via la création d'un compte.
Reset de l’interface :
Appuyer sur le bouton RESET pendant 15 secondes jusqu’a ce que la LED PROG devienne Orange.
Relâcher le bouton. La LED PROG devient orange clignotant rapide. La conguration de l'interface est
eacée et celle-ci est prête pour une nouvelle procédure d'appairage.
2-Deuxième méthode d'appairage
En cas d'échec malgré la vérication minutieuse des points précédents, appuyer durant 7 secondes
sur le bouton de la passerelle WIFI, jusqu’a ce que la LED PROG devienne rouge, pour activer le mode
de connexion directe.
La LED PROG devient rouge clignotant (la passerelle génère un réseau WIFI et est en attente de la
connexion d’un Smartphone).
Un nouveau réseau WIFI est généré par la passerelle. Le nom de ce réseau (SSID) est le PIN de la
passerelle WIFI.
Se connecter à ce réseau WIFI via le Smartphone servant à réaliser l’appairage de la passerelle WIFI.
Le mot de passe servant à accéder à ce réseauWIFI est le « Service code » (Abréviation“SC”) renseigné
au dos de la passerelle WIFI.
La LED PROG devient alors rouge xe (Un Smartphone est connecté au réseau WIFI généré par la
passerelle).
Ouvrir l’application Hi-Kumo et suivre les indications pour la création de compte.
La LED PROG devient orange clignotant lent (la passerelle tente de se connecter au réseau WIFI de la
maison).
La LED PROG devient vert clignotant lent (la passerelle est connectée au réseau WIFI de la maison et
tente de se connecter au serveur).
La LED PROG devient vert xe (la passerelle est connectée au réseau WIFI de la maison et au serveur)
Connecter votre Smartphone au réseau WIFI de la maison.
L’unité peut désormais être pilotée via l’application Hi-Kumo.
Cette procédure est à répéter pour chacune des passerelles de l’installation.

Comportement filaire
1) Si le produit communique correctement, LED“LINK”reste allumée en vert et clignote toutes les 5
secondes pour valider la communication avec la PAC.
2) En cas d’erreur dans la transmission, la LED “LINK” clignote rapidement en rouge. Dans ce cas,
débrancher puis rebrancher le produit. Si après le redémarrage, le produit est dans le même
état, merci de contacter le support.
3) En cas de défaut produit, la LED“LINK”clignote lentement en rouge.
Dans ce cas, merci de contacter le support.
Mise à jour du produit
Le produit pourra être mis à jour à distance sans nécessiter d’action de la part de l’utilisateur.
Dans ce cas, l’état du produit sera déni par les enchainements de clignotements suivants :
- Les 2 LEDs clignotent en orange
- LED “PROG” clignotant en orange
- LED “LINK” clignotant en orange

- Assicurarsi che non vi sia polvere sui punti di collegamento come i morsetti di alimentazione e/o sul
lo. Sussiste il pericolo di incendio o di scosse elettriche.
- Utilizzare esclusivamente il cavo in dotazione, che non deve essere modicato. poiché potrebbe
surriscaldarsi e causare un incendio.
- Non installare l'interfaccia laddove sono vietati dispositivi che utilizzano radiofrequenze come mezzi
di trasmissione (fare riferimento alle norme locali in vigore).
- Non installare l'interfaccia in prossimità di dispositivi che potrebbero essere soggetti a onde radio.
- Non installare l'interfaccia laddove possono trovarsi persone portatrici di pacemaker.
- Non installare l'interfaccia in ambienti umidi (ad esempio in un bagno).

- Vericare che il climatizzatore sia in funzione durante le operazioni di comunicazione WiFi.
Al ne di limitare i danni, vericare i seguenti punti in caso di problemi:
- Un funzionamento anomalo può causare scosse elettriche o un incendio. Richiedere l'installazione
dell'interfaccia da parte di un installatore.
- In caso di falso contatto tra l'unità interna e l'unità esterna, è possibile che il prodotto si surriscaldi
e che provochi un incendio.
- Stare attenti a coloro che occupano il luogo climatizzato, soprattutto ai bambini, agli anziani o agli
handicappati che non devono venire a contatto con un apparecchio malfunzionante.
- Una perdita di refrigerante nel circuito dell'unità interna può essere causa di un malfunzionamento
e di una degradazione del sistema di climatizzazione.
- Non installare l'unità interna al di sopra dei mobili o di qualsiasi altro materiale, In caso di perdita
del condensante o del refrigerante, è possibile che questi si danneggino.
- Non far funzionare l'unità con porte o nestre aperte durante la fase di rareddamento o di
deumidicazione (umidità ambiente superiore all'80%). Le imposte mobili possono causare la
caduta di gocce d'acqua e danneggiare il materiale posizionato sotto l'unità interna. Il danno può
peggiorare se il problema non è rilevato durante le operazioni a distanza.
