This product is intended for
outdoor use only.
Do not carry out alterations or
modifications to this product.
Clean only with a damp cloth. Do
not use strong industrial cleaning
substances.
Leaving the product outside
exposed to weather, especially
direct sun, rain and salt air, will
speed the weathering process.
This can be slowed by removing
the product from these
conditions, or covering it with a
suitable cover.
Before using the product, make
sure all the fastenings are tightly
in place and that everything is in
order, and checked periodically by
an adult.
Always make sure the trailer is
blocked properly before moving
the dolly into place.
The maximum weight capacity is
275kg for the trailer dolly alone
and does not include the load
supported by the trailer wheel.
Always keep arms, feet and legs
etc. away from the trailer tongue
while hitching, unhitching or
moving the trailer. Keep children
and bystanders at a safe distance.
Take precautions to prevent
uncontrolled movement of the
trailer once it is connected to the
dolly. The slope of a road can be
difficult to judge and may result in
an out of control trailer.

Firstly, attach the middle
support bar (3) to the bottom
of the front axle (1) using 2
small nuts and bolts (9). Please
see photo for guidance. Then,
attach the front axle support
(5), to the middle support bar
using the 2 remaining small
nuts and bolts. Secure tightly.
Lastly, attach the other end of
the front axle support to the
middle section of the front axle
using the 1 medium nut and
bolt (10) provided. Secure
tightly and move on to step 2.

For step 2, line up the handle bar (2) and the 2 pre-drilled holes at the end
of the V Shaped Stand. Now line these up with the pre made holes left on
the middle support bar (3) and secure in place using 2 of the large nuts and
bolts (8). Now, use the last large nut and bolt and secure the other end of
the V Shaped Stand to the handle bar. The extra hole is used when adjusting
the length of the handle bar. Please see photo above for guidance.

For step 3, simply
securely attach the
tow bar (6) onto the
top of the front axle
(1). Please see photo
for help and move
onto part 4 on the
next page.

Finally, slide each wheel
(7) onto the front axis
and fasten them in place
using the safety pins
(11)through the pre
made holes. Please see
photo for reference.
