Ãàðàíòèéíûé ðåìîíò íå ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ â ñëåäóþùèõ ñëó÷àÿõ:4.1.ïî èñòå÷åíèè ñðîêà ãàðàíòèè;4.2.ïðè îòñóòñòâèè ãàðàíòèéíîãî ñâèäåòåëüñòâà è ãàðàíòèéíîãî òàëîíà èëè íåïðàâèëüíîì èõ îôîðìëåíèè;4.3.åñëè ãàðàíòèéíîå ñâèäåòåëüñòâî èëè òàëîí íå ïðèíàäëåæàò äàííîìó èíñòðóìåíòó èëè íå ñîîòâåòñòâóåò óñòàíîâëåííîìó ïîñòàâùèêîì îáðàçöó;4.4.ïðè ïîïûòêàõ ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíîãî âñêðûòèÿ èëè ðåìîíòà èíñòðóìåíòà âíå ãàðàíòèéíîé ìàñòåðñêîé; 4.5. ïðè ïîÿâëåíèè íåèñïðàâíîñòåé, âûçâàííûõ äåéñòâèåì íåïðåîäîëèìîé ñèëû (íåñ÷àñòíûé ñëó÷àé, ïîæàð, íàâîäíåíèå, óäàð ìîëíèè è ò.ï.);4.6.ïðè íåïðàâèëüíîé ýêñïëóàòàöèè (èñïîëüçîâàíèå èíñòðóìåíòà íå ïî íàçíà÷åíèþ, óñòàíîâêè íà èíñòðóìåíò íå ïðåäíàçíà÷åííûõ çàâîäîì-èçãîòîâèòåëåì íàñàäîê, äîïîëíèòåëüíûõ ïðèñïîñîáëåíèé è ò.ï.);4.7.ïðè ìåõàíè÷åñêèõ ïîâðåæäåíèÿõ êîðïóñà èëè èíñòðóìåíòà;4.8.ïðè ïîâðåæäåíèÿõ, âûçâàííûõ âîçäåéñòâèÿìè àãðåññèâíûõ ñðåäñòâ, âûñîêèõ èëè íèçêèõ òåìïåðàòóð, à òàêæå ïðè ïîâðåæäåíèÿõ, íàñòóïèâøèõ â ðåçóëüòàòå íåïðàâèëüíîãî õðàíåíèÿ èíñòðóìåíòà(êîððîçèÿ ìåòàëëè÷åñêèõ ÷àñòåé);4.9.èñïîëüçîâàíèå èíñòðóìåíòà íå ïî íàçíà÷åíèþ, óêàçàííîìó â èíñòðóêöèè ïî ýêñïëóàòàöèè;4.10.ïðè âîçíèêíîâåíèè ïîâðåæäåíèé â ñâÿçè ñ íåñîáëþäåíèåì ïðåäóñìîòðåííûõ èíñòðóêöèåé óñëîâèé ýêñïëóàòàöèè (ñì. ãëàâó “Óêàçàíèå ïî òåõíèêå áåçîïàñíîñòè” â èíñòðóêöèè);4.11.ïîâðåæäåíèå èçäåëèÿ âñëåäñòâèå íåñîáëþäåíèÿ ïðàâèë õðàíåíèÿ è òðàíñïîðòèðîâêè.4.12.íà îáû÷íîå òåõíè÷åñêîå îáñëóæèâàíèå, à òàê æå ïðîìûâêó òîïëèâíîé ñèñòåìû è óñòðàíåíèå çàáèâàíèé (â ðåçóëüòàòå äåéñòâèÿ õèìèêàòîâ, ãðÿçè, óãëåðîäèñòûõ è èçâåñòêîâûõ îòëîæåíèé è ò.ï.).4.13.ãàðàíòèÿ íå ðàñïðîñòðàíÿåòñÿ íà ïîëîìêè, ñâÿçàííûå ñ íîðìàëüíûì èçíîñîì: áåíçîèíñòðóìåíò, òàê æå, êàê è âñå òåõíè÷åñêè ñëîæíîå îáîðóäîâàíèå, íóæäàåòñÿ â äîëæíîì òåõíè÷åñêîì îáñëóæèâàíèè. Ãàðàíòèÿ íå ðàñïðîñòðàíÿåòñÿ íà ðåìîíò, ïîòðåáíîñòü â êîòîðîì âîçíèêàåò âñëåäñòâèå íîðìàëüíîãî èçíîñà, ñîêðàùàþùåãî ñðîê ñëóæáû òàêèõ ÷àñòåé èíñòðóìåíòà, êàê ñòàðòåðà, ñâå÷è çàæèãàíèÿ, ïèëüíûå öåïè, øèíû, äèñêè, íîæè, çâåçäî÷êè, öàíãîâûå çàæèìû, ýëåìåíòû íàòÿæåíèÿ è êðåïëåíèÿ, ãîëîâêè òðèììåðîâ, ôèëüòðû è ò.ï.(ñìåííûå ïðèíàäëåæíîñòè); åñòåñòâåííûé èçíîñ (ïîëíàÿ âûðàáîòêà ðåñóðñà, ñèëüíîå âíóòðåííåå èëè âíåøíåå çàãðÿçíåíèå); îáîðóäîâàíèå è åãî ÷àñòè, âûõîä èç ñòðîÿ êîòîðûõ ñòàë ñëåäñòâèåì íåïðàâèëüíîé óñòàíîâêè, íåñàíêöèîíèðîâàííîé ìîäèôèêàöèè, íåïðàâèëüíîãî ïðèìåíåíèÿ, íàðóøåíèåì ïðàâèë îáñëóæèâàíèÿ èëè õðàíåíèÿ;4.14.íà âûõîä èç ñòðîÿ ïîðøíåâîé ãðóïïû èç-çà íåñîáëþäåíèÿ òðåáîâàíèé ê ñîñòàâëåíèþ òîïëèâíîé ñìåñè, ê áåçóñëîâíûì ïðèçíàêàì êîòîðîãî îòíîñÿòñÿ ïðîäîëüíûå çàäèðû ïîðøíåâîé ãðóïïû, çàëåãàíèå ïîðøíåâûõ êîëåö, ïåðåãðåâ.4.15.ãàðàíòèÿ íå ðàñïðîñòðàíÿåòñÿ íà áûñòðîèçíàøèâàþùèåñÿ äåòàëè, íàïðèìåð: ïðèâîäíûå ðåìíè, ñàëüíèêè, çàùèòíûå êîæóõè, íàïðàâëÿþùèå ðîëèêè, íàïðàâëÿþùèå, ðåçèíîâûå óïëîòíåíèÿ, ïîäøèïíèêè, çóá÷àòûå ðåìíè è êîëåñà, ëåíòû òîðìîçà, õðàïîâèêè è òðîñû ñòàðòåðîâ, ïîðøíåâûå êîëüöà, ïðèñîåäèíèòåëüíûå êîíòàêòû, óêàçàòåëè óðîâíÿ ìàñëà, òîïëèâíûå îòñòîéíèêè è ò.ï. Çàìåíà èõ â òå÷åíèå ãàðàíòèéíîãî ñðîêà ÿâëÿåòñÿ ïëàòíîé óñëóãîé.Î âîçìîæíûõ íàðóøåíèÿõ, èçëîæåííûõ âûøå óñëîâèé ãàðàíòèéíîãî îáñëóæèâàíèÿ, âëàäåëüöó ñîîáùàåòñÿ ïîñëå ïðîâåäåíèÿ äèàãíîñòèêè â ñåðâèñíîì öåíòðå.
