1 PREMESSA
Non operare se non si sono ben comprese tutte le notizie
riportate nel manuale; in caso di dubbi richiedere sempre
l’intervento di personale specializzato.
Palazzetti si riserva il diritto di modificare
specifiche e caratteristiche tecniche e/o
funzionali dell’apparecchio in qualsiasi
momento senza darne preavviso.
1.1 SIMBOLOGIA
Nel presente manuale i punti di rilevante importanza sono
evidenziati dalla seguente simbologia:
INDICAZIONE: Indicazioni concernenti il corretto utilizzo
del caminetto e le responsabilità dei preposti.
ATTENZIONE: Punto nel quale viene espressa una nota
di particolare rilevanza.
PERICOLO: Viene espressa un’importante nota di
comportamento per la prevenzione di infortuni o danni
materiali.
1.2 DESTINAZIONE D’USO
L’Ecoforno, oggetto del presente manuale, è un forno
(destinato alla cottura di cibi) che funziona solo ed
esclusivamente se abbinato all’Ecopalex T Glass.
L’utilizzo in abbinamento non compromette la funzionalità
del generatore o ne fa variare le prestazioni.
I dati caratteristici di e󰀩cienza ed i valori di emissione
del generatore rimangono invariati e devono essere
tenuti in considerazione nelle dichiarazioni del prodotto
combinato.
La destinazione d’uso sopra riportata è l’unica ammessa
dal Costruttore: non utilizzare l’apparecchio in
disaccordo con le indicazioni fornite.
La destinazione d’uso indicata è valida solo per
apparecchiature in piena e󰀩cienza strutturale, meccanica
ed impiantistica.
1.3 SCOPO E CONTENUTO DEL MANUALE
Scopo
Lo scopo del manuale è quello di consentire all’utilizzatore
di prendere quei provvedimenti e predisporre tutti i mezzi
umani e materiali necessari per un suo uso corretto,
sicuro e duraturo.
Contenuto
Questo manuale contiene tutte le informazioni necessarie
per l’installazione, l’uso e la manutenzione del prodotto.
La scrupolosa osservanza di quanto in esso descritto
garantisce un elevato grado di sicurezza e produttività
del prodotto.
1.4 CONSERVAZIONE DEL MANUALE
Conservazione e consultazione
Il manuale deve essere conservato con cura e deve
essere sempre disponibile per la consultazione, sia da
parte dell’utilizzatore che degli addetti al montaggio ed
alla manutenzione.
Il manuale Installazione Uso e Manutenzione è
parte integrante del prodotto.
Deterioramento o smarrimento
In caso di necessità fare richiesta di un’ulteriore copia a
PALAZZETTI.
Cessione del prodotto
In caso di cessione del prodotto l’utente è obbligato a
consegnare al nuovo acquirente anche il presente
manuale.
1.5 AGGIORNAMENTO DEL MANUALE
Il presente manuale rispecchia lo stato dell’arte al
momento dell’immissione sul mercato del prodotto.
Gli apparecchi già presenti sul mercato, con la relativa
documentazione tecnica, non verranno considerate
da PALAZZETTI carenti o inadeguate a seguito di
eventuali modiche, adeguamenti o applicazione di nuove
tecnologie su apparecchi di nuova commercializzazione.
1.6 GENERALITÀ
Informazioni
In caso di scambio di informazioni con il Costruttore
dell’apparecchio fare riferimento al numero di serie ed
ai dati identicativi indicati sulla targhetta matricola del
prodotto .
Responsabilità
Con la consegna del presente manuale PALAZZETTI
declina ogni responsabilità, sia civile che penale, per
incidenti derivati dalla non osservanza parziale o totale
delle speciche in esso contenute.
PALAZZETTI declina, altresì, ogni responsabilità
derivante da uso improprio del prodotto od uso non
corretto da parte dell’utilizzatore, da modifiche e/o
riparazioni non autorizzate, da utilizzo di ricambi non
originali o non specici per questo modello.
Manutenzione
Le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere eseguite
da personale qualicato ed abilitato ad intervenire sul
modello Ecoforno a cui fa riferimento il presente manuale.
Uso
L’uso dell’Ecoforno è subordinato, oltre che alle
prescrizioni contenute nel presente manuale, anche
al rispetto di tutte le norme di sicurezza previste dalla
legislazione specica vigente nello stato dove la stessa
è installata.

1.11 ASSISTENZA TECNICA
Palazzetti è in grado di risolvere qualunque problema
tecnico riguardante l’impiego e la manutenzione nell’intero
ciclo di vita del prodotto.
La sede centrale è a vostra disposizione per indirizzarvi
al più vicino centro di assistenza autorizzato.
1.12 PARTI DI RICAMBIO
Impiegare esclusivamente parti di ricambio originali.
Non attendere che i componenti siano logorati dall’uso
prima di procedere alla loro sostituzione.
Sostituire un componente usurato prima della rottura
favorisce la prevenzione degli infortuni derivanti da
incidenti causati dalla rottura improvvisa dei componenti,
che potrebbero provocare gravi danni a persone e cose.
1.13 CONSEGNA DELL’ECOFORNO
L’Ecoforno viene consegnato perfettamente imballato.
Il prodotto viene dotato di:
• libretto di installazione, uso e manutenzione
• guanto di protezione
1.7 PRINCIPALI NORME ANTINFORTUNISTICHE
RISPETTATE E DA RISPETTARE
1. Direttiva 89/391/CEE: “Attuazione delle misure volte
a promuovere il miglioramento della sicurezza e della
salute dei lavoratori durante il lavoro”.
2. Direttiva 85/374/CEE: “Concernente il
riavvicinamento delle disposizioni legislative,
regolamentari ed amministrative degli stati membri
in materia di responsabilità per danno da prodotti
difettosi”.
1.8 GARANZIA LEGALE
L’utente per poter usufruire della garanzia legale, di
cui alla Direttiva CEE 1999/44/CE deve osservare
scrupolosamente le prescrizioni indicate nel presente
manuale, ed in particolare:
• operare sempre nei limiti d’impiego dell’Ecoforno;
• effettuare sempre una costante e diligente
manutenzione;
• autorizzare all’uso dell’Ecoforno persone di provata
capacità, attitudine ed adeguatamente addestrate
allo scopo.
L’inosservanza delle prescrizioni contenute
in questo manuale implicherà l’immediata
decadenza della garanzia.
1.9 RESPONSABILITÀ DEL COSTRUTTORE
Il Costruttore declina ogni responsabilità civile
e penale, diretta o indiretta, dovuta a:
• installazione non conforme alle normative vigenti nel
paese ed alle direttive di sicurezza;
• inosservanza delle istruzioni contenute nel manuale;
• installazione da parte di personale non qualicato e
non addestrato;
• uso non conforme alle direttive di sicurezza;
• modiche e riparazioni non autorizzate dal Costruttore
e󰀨ettuate sul prodotto;
• utilizzo di ricambi non originali o non specici per il
modello di Ecoforno;
• carenza di manutenzione;
• eventi eccezionali.
1.10 CARATTERISTICHE DELL’UTILIZZATORE
L’utilizzatore dell’Ecoforno deve essere una persona
adulta e responsabile provvista delle conoscenze
tecniche necessarie per la manutenzione
ordinaria dei componenti del prodotto.
Fare attenzione che i bambini non si avvicinino al prodotto
mentre è in funzione, con l’intento di giocarvi.

2 AVVERTENZE PER LA SICUREZZA
2.1 AVVERTENZE PER L’INSTALLATORE
L’installatore, prima di avviare le fasi di montaggio o
di smontaggio dell’Ecoforno, deve ottemperare alle
precauzioni di sicurezza previste per legge ed in
particolare a:
• non operare in condizioni avverse;
• deve operare in perfette condizioni psicofisiche
e deve vericare che i dispositivi antinfortunistici
individuali e personali, siano integri e perfettamente
funzionanti;
• deve indossare i guanti, le scarpe antinfortunistiche
e tutti gli altri mezzi di protezione previsti per legge;
• deve accertarsi che l’area interessata alle fasi di
montaggio e di smontaggio sia libera da ostacoli;
• vericare che le predisposizioni all’accoglimento
dell’apparecchio siano conformi ai regolamenti locali,
nazionale ed europei;
• osservare le prescrizioni indicate nel presente
manuale e nel manuale d’installazione dei kit
opzionali.
2.2 AVVERTENZE PER L’UTILIZZATORE
• Predisporre il luogo d’installazione secondo i
regolamenti locali, nazionale ed europei.
• L’apparecchio presenta delle superfici esterne
particolarmente calde. Per questo motivo si
raccomanda la massima cautela durante il
funzionamento in particolare:
• non aprire la porta se non per le normali
operazioni di inserimento/scarico delle pietanze.
Per queste operazioni utilzzare sempre il guanto
di sicurezza ed adoperare apposite pentole e/o
contenitori;
• non eseguire pulizie di qualunque tipo;
• fare attenzione che i bambini non si avvicinino.
• Osservare le prescrizioni indicate nel presente
manuale.
• Non utilizzare l’Ecoforno in caso di funzionamento
anomalo, sospetto di rottura o rumori.
• Non gettare acqua sull’Ecoforno, o nel suo interno,
in funzionamento.
• Non appoggiarsi sulla porta aperta, potrebbe
comprometterne la stabilità.
• Non usare l’Ecoforno come supporto od ancoraggio
di qualunque tipo.
• Non pulire l’Ecoforno no a completo ra󰀨reddamento
della struttura.
• Eseguire tutte le operazioni nella massima sicurezza
e calma.
• Non usare l’Ecoforno come inceneritore di riuti.
2.3 AVVERTENZE PER IL MANUTENTORE
• Osservareleprescrizioniindicatenelpresentemanuale.
• Usare sempre i dispositivi di sicurezza individuale e
gli altri mezzi di protezione.
• Prima di iniziare qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione
assicurarsi che l’Ecoforno, nel caso in cui sia stato

4 MOVIMENTAZIONE E
TRASPORTO
Il prodotto viene consegnato in un imballo adeguato ai
lunghi trasporti.
Consigliamo di disimballare l’Ecoforno solo quando è
giunto sul luogo di installazione.
Il prodotto viene consegnato completo di tutte le parti
previste.
Durante il sollevamento evitare strappi o bruschi
movimenti.
Fare attenzione che i bambini non giochino con i
componenti dell’imballo (es. pellicole e polistirolo).

3 CARATTERISTICHE E
DESCRIZIONE
3.1 DESCRIZIONE
L’apparecchio è un forno che funziona senza legna, né
elettricità, né gas perché si scalda rapidamente sfruttando
il calore prodotto dall’Ecopalex T Glass.
Grazie ad un particolare brevetto, i fumi in uscita
dall’Ecopalex T Glass avvolgono l’involucro esterno
dell’Ecoforno portandolo rapidamente a temperatura
per cuocere a puntino pizze, pane, arrosti e ogni altra
pietanza.
3.2 TARGHETTA DI IDENTIFICAZIONE
La targhetta matricola posta sul prodotto riporta i dati del
Costruttore e il numero di Matricola.
Il numero di matricola deve essere sempre indicato per
qualsiasi tipo di richiesta riguardante il prodotto.
3.3 I KIT OPZIONALI
L’apparecchio può essere adattato ai vari modelli di
Ecopalex T Glass utilizzando gli appositi raccordi di
collegamento che vanno ordinati separatamente.

5 PREPARAZIONE DEL LUOGO DI
INSTALLAZIONE
5.1 PRECAUZIONI PER LA SICUREZZA
La responsabilità delle opere eseguite nello spazio
d’ubicazione dell’Ecoforno è, e rimane, a carico
dell’utilizzatore; a quest’ultimo è demandata anche
l’esecuzione delle verifiche relative alle soluzioni
d’installazione proposte.
Qualsiasi nitura in materiale combustibile deve essere
adeguatamente isolata (e comunque posta al di fuori della
zona d’irraggiamento dell’Ecoforno).
L’utilizzatore dove ottemperare a tutti i regolamenti di
sicurezza locali, nazionale ed europei.
Vericare che il peso complessivo dei due apparecchi
(Ecoforno ed Ecopalex T Glass) più il kit opzionale sia
adeguato alla portata del pavimento su cui tali apparecchi
andranno installati.
Nel caso in cui il pavimento non sia di capacità portante
sufficiente, si consiglia di utilizzare una piastra di
distribuzione del carico di dimensioni adeguate.
Le operazioni di montaggio e smontaggio dell’Ecoforno
sono riservate ai soli tecnici specializzati.
É sempre consigliabile che gli utenti si rivolgano al nostro
servizio di assistenza per le richieste di tecnici qualicati.
Nel caso in cui intervengano altri tecnici si raccomanda
di accertarsi sulle loro reali capacità.
5.2 CANNE FUMARIE E COMIGNOLI
Per la realizzazione della canna fumaria da collegare
all’Ecoforno, fare riferimento al manuale uso, installazione
e manutenzione dell’Ecopalex T Glass e alla normativa
UNI 10683.

6 USO
6.1 APERTURA DELL’ANTA
Per aprire l’anta è necessario utilizzare la maniglia (A)
(Fig. 6.1).
6.2 VARIAZIONE DELLA TEMPERATURA
La temperatura all’interno dell’Ecoforno deriva
esclusivamente dal calore sprigionato dall’Ecopalex
T Glass. Maggiore è la quantità di legna presente
nell’Ecopalex, maggiore sarà la temperatura raggiungibile
all’interno del vano.
E’ possibile variare la temperatura nel vano dell’Ecoforno,
mediante la circolazione dell’aria, agendo sulla levetta (B)
(g. 6.1) posizionata sul frontale dell’anta: scorrendo verso
destra (-) si può diminuire il valore e viceversa.
Il valore della temperatura può essere letto dall’apposito
termometro analogico posto all’interno del vano forno
(g. 6.2).
7 MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
7.1 PRECAUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Prima di e󰀨ettuare qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione
o di pulizia adottare le seguenti precauzioni:
A) Assicurarsi che tutte le parti dell’Ecoforno siano
fredde.
B) Utilizzare i dispositivi di protezione individuale previsti
dalla direttiva 89/391/CEE.
C) Operare sempre con attrezzature appropriate per la
manutenzione.
La manutenzione deve essere e󰀨ettuata a cura di un centro
di assistenza specializzato o personale qualicato.
7.2 PULIZIA
La pulizia dell’Ecoforno deve essere e󰀨ettuata solo con un
panno asciutto non abrasivo. Evitare l’utilizzo di prodotti
chimici per non contaminare i cibi.

8 INFORMAZIONI PER LA DEMOLIZIONE E LO SMALTIMENTO
La demolizione e lo smaltimento dell’apparecchio sono ad esclusivo carico e responsabilità
del proprietario.
Smantellamento e smaltimento possono essere a󰀩dati anche a terzi, purché si ricorra sempre
a ditte autorizzate al recupero ed all’eliminazione dei materiali in questione.
Attenersi sempre e comunque alle normative in vigore nel paese dove si opera per lo
smaltimento dei materiali ed eventualmente per la denuncia di smaltimento.
Tutte le operazioni di smontaggio per la demolizione devono avvenire ad apparecchio fermo.
Rottamare il prodotto tramite le ditte autorizzate.
L’abbandono dell’apparecchio in aree accessibili costituisce un grave pericolo perpersoneed
animali.
La responsabilità per eventuali danni a persone ed animali ricade sempre sul proprietario.
All’atto della demolizione la marcatura CE, il presente manuale e gli altri documenti
relativi a questo apparecchio dovranno essere distrutti.
Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’etichetta dell’apparecchiatura indica che il
prodotto alla ne della propria vita utile deve essere raccolto separatamente da altri riuti.

1 INTRODUCTION

1.1 SYMBOLS
In this manual the points of major importance are
highlighted by the following symbols:
INDICATION: Indications concerning the correct use of the
replace and the responsibility of the designated persons.

1.2 DESTINATION OF USE
The Ecoforno, subject of this manual, is an oven (intended
for cooking food) that works only and exclusively if
combined with the Ecopalex T Glass.
Use in combination does not compromise the functionality
of the generator or vary its performance.
The characteristic e󰀩ciency data and the emission values
of the generator remain unchanged and must be taken
into account in the declarations of the combined product.
The intended use refer to above is the only one permitted
by the Manufacturer: do not use the appliance
disregarding the instructions provided.
The destination of use indicated is valid only for appliances
in full structural, mechanical and engineering e󰀩ciency.

This manual reects the state of the art at the time of
placing the product on the market.
The appliances already on the market, with the relative
technical documentation, will not be considered by
PALAZZETTI as decient or inadequate as a result of
any modications, adaptations or the application of new
technologies on newly-marketed appliances.
1.6 GENERAL INFORMATION
Information
In case of exchange of information with the manufacturer
of the appliance, refer to the serial number and
identication data indicated on the product serial number
plate.
Responsibility
With the delivery of this manual, PALAZZETTI declines
all responsibility, both civil and criminal, for accidents
resulting from partial or total non-compliance with the
specications contained in it.
PALAZZETTI also declines all responsibility deriving from
improper use of the product or incorrect use by the user,
modications and/or unauthorised repairs, use of spare
parts that are non-original or non-specic for this model.
Ordinary
Maintenance operations must be performed by qualied
personnel authorised to intervene on the Ecoforno model
to which this manual refers.

Use of the Ecoforno is also subject, in addition to the

1.11 TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
PALAZZETTI is able to resolve any technical problem
concerning the use and maintenance of the entire life
cycle of the product.
The headquarters is at your disposal to direct you to the
nearest authorized service centre.
1.12 SPARE PARTS
Use only genuine spare parts.
Do not wait until the components are worn by use before
proceeding to their replacement.
Replacing a worn component prior to breakage promotes
the prevention of incidents resulting from accidents
caused by the sudden breaking of components which
could cause serious damage to persons and property.
1.13 DELIVERY OF THE ECOFORNO
The Ecoforno is delivered perfectly packaged.
The product is accompanied by:
• Installation, use and maintenance manual
• a cold hand
1.7 THE MAIN ACCIDENT-PREVENTION

1. Directive 89/391/EEC: “Implementation of measures
to promote improvements in the safety and health of
workers at work”.
2. Directive 85/374/EEC: “Concerning the
rapprochement of the laws, regulations and
administrative provisions of the member states with
regard to liability for damage caused by defective
products”.
1.8 LEGAL WARRANTY
The user, in order to be able to take advantage of the
legal warranty, referred to in EEC Directive 1999/44/EC,
must scrupulously observe the prescriptions contained
in this manual and in particular must:
• always operate within the use limits of the Ecoforno;
• always carry out a constant and diligent maintenance;
• authorise use of the Ecoforno to persons of proven
ability and aptitude ensuring they are adequately
trained for the purpose.
Failure to comply with the instructions
contained in this manual will result in immediate
invalidation of the warranty.
1.9 MANUFACTURER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The manufacturer declines all civil and criminal,
direct or indirect responsibility, due to:
• installation non-complying with the existing
regulations in the country and with the safety
directives;
• failure to follow the instructions contained in this
manual;
• installation by unqualied and non-trained personnel;
• use not in compliance with the safety directives;
• modifications and repairs not authorised by the
Manufacturer carried out on the product;
• the use of non-original or non-specic parts for the
Ecoforno model;
• lack of maintenance;
• exceptional events.
1.10 USER CHARACTERISTICS
The user of the Ecoforno must be an adult and responsible
person with the technical knowledge necessary for ordinary
maintenance of the components of the product.
Make sure that children do not approach the product while
it is operating with the intent of playing with it.

2 SAFETY WARNINGS
2.1 WARNINGS FOR THE INSTALLER
Before starting the installation or disassembly of the
Ecoforno, the installer must comply with the safety
precautions required by law and in particular:
• must not operate in adverse conditions;
• must operate in perfect psychophysical conditions
and must check that the personal protective
equipment, are intact and functioning perfectly;
• must wear gloves, safety shoes and all other means
of protection required by law;
• must make sure that the area involved in the
assembly and dismantling phases is free from
obstacles;
• verify that the predispositions to the acceptance
of the appliance comply with local, national and
European regulations;
• observe the instructions provided in this manual and
in the installation manual of the optional kits.
2.2 WARNINGS FOR THE USER
• Prepare the installation site according to the local,
national and European regulations.
• The appliance has particularly hot external surfaces.
For this reason, maximum caution is recommended
during operation, in particular:
• do not open the door except for the normal
operations of inserting/removing food. For these
operations always use the safety glove and the
relevant pots and/or containers;
• do not perform any type of cleaning;
• keep children out of reach.
• Observe the prescriptions contained in this manual.
• Do not use the Ecoforno in the event of abnormal
operation, suspicion of breakage or noise.
• Do not direct water onto the Ecoforno, or inside it,
when it is operational.
• Do not lean on the open door, it could compromise
its stability.
• Do not use the Ecoforno as a support or anchor of
any kind.
• Do not clean the Ecoforno until the structure has
completely cooled.
• Perform all operations in maximum safety and when
calm.
• Do not use the Ecoforno as a waste incinerator.
2.3 WARNINGS FOR THE MAINTENANCE
TECHNICIAN
• Observe the prescriptions contained in this manual.
• Always use personal protective equipment and other
means of protection.
• Before starting any maintenance operation make
sure that the Ecoforno, if it has been used, has
cooled down.

3 CHARACTERISTICS AND
DESCRIPTION
3.1 DESCRIPTION
The appliance is an oven that works without wood,
electricity or gas because it heats up quickly using the
heat produced by Ecopalex T Glass.
With its particular patent, the fumes leaving the Ecopalex
T Glass envelop the outer shell of the Ecoforno quickly
bringing it to temperature to bake pizzas, bread, roasts
and any other dish.
3.2 IDENTIFICATION ID PLATE
The serial number plate on the product shows the
manufacturer’s data and the Serial number.
The serial number must always be indicated for any type
of request regarding the product.
3.3 OPTIONAL KITS
The appliance can be adapted to the various models of
Ecopalex T Glass using the appropriate connection ttings
that must be ordered separately.
4 HANDLING AND TRANSPORT
The product is delivered in packaging suitable for long
distance transportation.
It is advisable to only unpack the Ecofoil when it has
arrived at the place of installation.
The product is delivered complete with all the necessary
parts.
During lifting avoid jerking or abrupt movements.
Make sure that children do not play with the components
of the packaging (e.g. lms and polystyrene). Danger of
su󰀨ocation!

5 PREPARATION OF THE PLACE
OF INSTALLATION
5.1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Responsibility for the works carried out in the space of
the Ecoforno location is, and remains, the responsibility
of the user; the latter is also responsible for carrying out
checks regarding the proposed installation solutions.
Any nish in combustible material must be adequately
insulated (and in any case placed outside the irradiation
zone of the Ecoforno).
The user must comply with all the local, national and
European safety regulations.
Check that the total weight of the two appliances
(Ecoforno and Ecopalex T Glass) plus the optional kit is
adequate for the oor capacity on which these devices
will be installed.
If the oor is not of su󰀩cient load-bearing capacity, it is
advisable to use a load distribution plate of adequate
dimensions.
The assembly and dismantling operations of the Ecoforno
are reserved for specialist technicians only.
Users should always use our assistance service for
requests for qualied technicians.
In the case other technicians are involved, it is
recommended to verify their actual abilities.
5.2 FLUES AND CHIMNEY COWLS
For the construction of the ue to be connected to the
Ecoforno, refer to the use, installation and maintenance
manual of the Ecopalex T Glass and to the UNI 10683
standard

6 USE
6.1 DOOR OPENING
To open the door it is necessary to use the handle (A)
(Fig. 6.1).
6.2 TEMPERATURE VARIATION
The temperature inside the Ecoforno derives exclusively
from the heat given o󰀨 by the Ecopalex T Glass. The
greater the quantity of wood present in the Ecopalex,
the greater the temperature that can be reached inside
the compartment.
It is possible to vary the temperature in the Ecoforno
compartment, by means of air circulation, by acting on
the lever (B) (Fig. 6.1) positioned on the front of the door:
sliding to the right (-) decreased the value and vice-versa.
The temperature value can be read by the dedicated
analogue thermometer located inside the oven
compartment (g. 6.2)
7 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
7.1 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning
operation, take the following precautions:
A) Ensure that all the parts of the Ecoforno are cold.
B) Use personal protective equipment provided for by
Directive 89/391/EEC.
C) Always use appropriate equipment for maintenance.
Maintenance must be performed by a specialist service
centre or by qualied personnel.
7.2 CLEANING
Cleaning of the Ecoforno must only be performed with a
dry, non-abrasive cloth. Avoid using chemicals to prevent
contaminating the food.

8 INFORMATION FOR DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
The demolition and disposal of the appliance are the sole responsibility and responsibility of
the owner.
Decommissioning and disposal can be entrusted to a third party, provided to always use
companies authorised for recovery and elimination of the materials in question.
Always follow the regulations in force in the country where the appliance is working for the
disposal of materials and possibly for the disposal notication.
All disassembly operations for the demolition must occur with the machine stopped.
Scrap the product through authorised companies.
Leaving the appliance in accessible areas is a serious danger to persons and animals.
Any liability for damages to people and animals always falls on the owner.
Upon demolition, the CE marking, this manual and other documents relating to this
appliance must be destroyed.
The crossed out wheelie bin symbol that appears on the label of the appliance indicates that
the product at the end of its useful life must be disposed of separately from other waste.
