1. General
1.1 Symbols
Signal words are used in this manual and apply to hazards or unsafe practices
which could result in
personal injury or property damage. See the information below for definitions of
the signal words.

2. Safety Information
Check ALL parts for shipping damage. If shipping damage is noted, DO NOT
use.
Contact carrier/dealer for further instruction.

ACCESSORIES WARNING :
Pana products are specifically designed and manufactured for use
in conjunction with Pana accessories. Accessories designed by
other manufacturers have not been tested by Invacare and
are not recommended for use with Pana products.
WARNING :
ALWAYS wear safety glasses and use extreme caution when
removing the packing pin from the
column assembly of the overbed table. The column assembly is
spring loaded and will extend
suddenly when the packing pin is removed. Serious injury or
damage can occur.
After any adjustments, repair or service and before use, make
sure that all attaching component
parts are secure.

3. Assembling the Stainless steel Trolly
For this procedure, refer to FIGURE 1.
4. Using the Stainless steel Trolly

Made of stainless steel, dismantlable
• Shelf :
Consist of 2 shelfs, Upper shelf provided with One drawer, with list each
side Bottom shelf provided with stainless sheet, with list each side
• Castors :
2” with brake

• Dimension :
L. 470 mm, x W. 630 mm, x H. 830 mm
Used :
1. Unpack all the components carefully.
2. lf the packing is drenched by rain, water, or other liquids, inform this matter
to the operator
3. Each Trolley is supplied with the following components as per the packin list:
- Stainless steel tubular frame with castors 4pcs with 2 brake.
- Stainless steel shelves
- Stainless steel railing rod
- SS tray holder with SS tray 1 set
- drawer 1 set
4. Place both the tubular frame on a flat surface
5. Insert the support tube in the sleeves, and insert the railing rods in the holes
provided in the tubular frames
6. Upright the trolley on its castors and screw both the shelves to the support
tubes, using the screw provided
7. Fix the bowl/bucket/ tray holders (product specific) in the sleeves provided
in the tubular Frame. Lock the holder with a cotter pin provided. Place the
bowl/ bucket! tray (product specific) in the respective holders
Operation :
1. Before putting the trolleys into use for the first time ensure that all the
transport securing devices and packing film are removed
2. Clean and disinfect the trolleys before the first time use
3. The trolleys should be used on a flat floor
4. The force required to move the trolleys from one place to
another with/without patient may vary depending on the
flooring conditions

MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
Maintenance
Each time before putting the trolleys into service the user must check that –
•Lubrication of all the mechanical joints/pins / moving parts / tightening of
the bolts should be carried out at least once in three months, to avoid
unnecessary sound and wear & tear of the Trolleys
•At regular intervals carry out a visual inspection and check for any
mechanical damage (e.gloose I missing rivets, screws, etc.)
•If any damage or malfunction is observed, immediately report this matter
to the operator
•If the trolleys is not in use, it should be stored in a dry and rodent free
indoor environment on a flat surface with a gradient not more than 5
degrees
•If the trolleys is not in use for a long term, it is necessary to conduct a test
to check for functioning and any mechanical damage that may have been
caused
•Depending on the usage, certain moving parts may require replacement
due to wear & tear. We recommend timely replacement with original
spares for safety and trouble-free operation
Cleaning & Disinfecting
•The trolleys is not suitable for machine wash or steam cleaning
•Do not use water jet for cleaning
•The trolleys cannot tolerate the influence of strong solvent, basic or
alkaline liquids & caustic agents
WARNING :
Do not use the trolleys for purposes other than the intended use
as it may cause damage to
the patient/equipment
With due consideration to environmental limitation, materials
used to make the device are
not affected by contact with any biochemicals or biowaste when
used as per its intended purpose, all materials used in the product
and accessories do not facilitate breeding or growth of bio-
contaminants on their own.

•The cleaning agents must not contain any substances which bring about
any change in the structure or adhesive property of the plastic
•The trolleys should be properly cleaned and disinfected to avoid
infection and stains before allotment to a new patient.
•We recommend the use of approved disinfectant and cleaning agents to
clean the trolleys. Take extra care to clean areas that may trap dust or
dirt. All detachable accessories and its component can be cleaned
separately
5. Limited Warranty
PLEASE NOTE: THE WARRANTY BELOW HAS BEEN DRAFTED TO COMPLY WITH
LAW APPLICABLE
TO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AFTER JULY 4, 2020.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user of our products.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal
rights which vary from state to state.
PANA warrants its product to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for one year for the original purchaser. If within such warranty
period any such product shall be proven to be defective, such product shall be
repaired or replaced, at PANA option with refurbished or new parts. This
warranty does not include any labor or shipping charges incurred in replacement
part installation or repair of any such product. Product repairs shall not extend
this warranty coverage for repaired product shall end when this limited warranty
terminates. PANA sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty
shall be limited to such repair and/or replacement. For warranty service, please
contact the dealer from whom you purchased your PANA product. In the event
you do not receive The defective unit or parts must be returned for warranty
inspection using the serial number, when applicable, as identification within
thirty days of return authorization date.
DO NOT return products to our factory without our prior consent. shipments will
be refused; please prepay shipping charges.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: THE WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO
PROBLEMS ARISING FROM NORMAL WEAR OR FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE
ENCLOSED INSTRUCTIONS. IN ADDITION, THE FOREGOING WARRANTY SHALL
NOT APPLY TO SERIAL NUMBERED PRODUCTS IF THE SERIAL NUMBER HAS BEEN
REMOVED OR DEFACED; PRODUCTS SUBJECTED TO NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT,
IMPROPER OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR STORAGE; OR PRODUCTS MODIFIED
WITHOUT PANA WRITTEN CONSENT INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
MODIFICATION THROUGH THE USE OF UNAUTHORIZED PARTS OR
ATTACHMENTS: PRODUCTS DAMAGED BY REASON OF REPAIRS MADE TO ANY
COMPONENT WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC CONSENT OF PANA; PRODUCTS
DAMAGED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND PANA CONTROL; PRODUCTS REPAIRED
BY ANYONE OTHER THAN AN PANA DEALER, SUCH EVALUATION SHALL BE
SOLELY DETERMINED BY PANA. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND
IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, IF ANY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IT SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY
PROVIDED HEREIN AND THE REMEDY FOR VIOLATIONS OF ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE
PRODUCT PURSUANT TO THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN.
PANA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE EXTENDED TO COMPLY
WITH STATE/PROVINCIAL LAWS AND REQUIREMENTS.
