If you sense any danger or abnormality, press an emergency stop
button to stop the machine.
If you continue to operate the machine in a dangerous or abnormal state, a breakdown or an
accident will occur.
There is one emergency stop button. Pressing it stops operation. Remove the cause of the danger or
abnormality, then re-start the machine. To reset the emergency stop button, turn it clockwise.

Observe the following items before placing your hand or other part of
your body in an active part of the machine in order to feed production
material, change machine set-up, or adjust machine settings.
You may be injured if the machine is actuated. Also you may be struck by an electric shock.
There are two levels of procedure, shown below, for each kind of work.
1 Cutting off the power supply of the machine ---------- For repairing the control box.

or for disassembling or replacing parts.

Damaged cord and plug may cause electric
shock, short circuit or fire.
Hold the plug when plugging in or unplug-
ging.
Cord and plug repairs should be attempted
only by the person competent to do the
electrical work, or contact the manufacturer.
PERIODICALLY REMOVE DUST
FROM POWER PLUG.
Dust on the plug may result in fire caused by
defective insulation because of moisture.
Pull out the power plug and wipe off dirt with
dry cloth.
If the machine is not going to be used for a
long period, turn off the breaker connected
with the machine.
Never damage, remake, bring
close to heating appliances, bend
forcibly, twist, pull, put heavy
objects on, and bundle up.

forming maintenance work.

CARRY OUT PERIODIC MAIN-
TENANCE AND INSPECTION.
If you fail to carry out periodic inspection and
maintenance, the machine cannot exhibit its
true performance. Also, it may break down or
produce defectives.
Periodic inspection and maintenance should
be carried out by a trained person in charge
of maintenance according to the instructions
in MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
