to property, please follow the instructions below.

●Do not disassemble, repair or modify this appliance.
➜Consult the place of purchase or a Panasonic service center.
●Do not damage the power cord or power plug.
Following actions are strictly prohibited.
Modifying, touching on or placing near heating elements, bending,
twisting, pulling, pulled over sharp edges, putting heavy objects on top,
bundling the mains lead and carrying the appliance by the mains lead.
●Do not use the appliance if the power cord or power plug is
damaged or the power plug is loosely connected to the outlet.
➜If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service center or similarly qualified person in order
to avoid a hazard.
●Do not plug or unplug the power plug with wet hands.

WARNING
●Insert the power plug rmly.
●Clean the power plug regularly.
●Make sure the voltage indicated on the label of the appliance is the
same as your local supply. Also, avoid plugging other devices into
the same outlet to prevent electric overheating. However, if you are
connecting a number of power plugs, make sure the total wattage
does not exceed the rated wattage of the outlet.
●This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
●Always keep the infants and children away from the appliance
including power cord. Children do not realize dangers that are
likely to occur because of improper use of appliances.
●When abnormal or breaking down occurs, discontinue using the
appliance immediately and unplug.

CAUTION
●Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.
➜When leaving it, turn the power off.
●Do not use the appliance in the following locations.
●On uneven surfaces, on carpet or tablecloths etc.
●Places where it may be splashed with water or near a heat source.
●Near any open water such as bathtubs, sinks, or other containers.
●Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than those
described in these instructions.
●Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
●Do not put ngers between mixer holder and base of the stand.
●Do not put hot liquid in the bowl.
●Do not bring hands, spatulas or other utensils, etc. close to the
beaters or dough hooks while they are moving.
●Do not hold the appliance to move by the power plug or cord.
●Do not get hair, necklace or string of clothes close to the appliance.
➜It may cause injury due to entrainment.
●Make sure to hold the power plug when unplugging the power
plug. Never pull on the power cord.
●Unplug the power plug when the appliance is not in use.
●Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing attachment or approaching parts that move in use.
●Make sure to turn the switch on the "0" position before unplugging.
Always disconnect the appliance from the outlet if it is left unattended
and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Do not allow children to use the appliance without supervision.
●Ensure to operate and rest the appliance as stated on specication
table. (See P. EN12 "Specications")
●Ensure to clean the appliance especially surfaces in contact with
food after use. (See P. EN11 "How to Clean")

How to Use the Hand Mixer
Preparation
Assembling
Prepare ingredients and bowl
Make sure the body is disconnected from outlet and
switch is on the "0" position.
Insert beaters or dough hooks into the openings on the
side of the body.
Make sure to insert beaters or dough hooks two of each.

• Use the deeper bowl to avoid splashing ingredients.
• Please avoid using plastic or aluminum bowl as they get scratched easily.
• Do not exceed the quantity of ingredients higher than beater wings.
• Please use the dough hooks for hard or thick ingredients such as :
■Bread dough
■Chilled butter
➜If you wish to use the beaters, place them at room temperature.
• Match the direction and insert
until you hear the click sound.
• Insert a dough hook with collar
into larger opening on the side
of the body.

When beaters or dough hooks are turning slow or they stop during
operation
How to Use
Make sure the switch
is on the "0" position,
then plug in.
Insert the beaters or
dough hooks in the
bowl.
Turn the switch on the "0" position, then pull up the hand
mixer.
Unplug the power plug.
Turn on the switch to start.

① The beaters or the dough hooks lightly hit the bottom of the bowl, and turn
on the switch.
② Adjust the speed by the usage. (See P. EN6 "Mixing Guide")
③ Move the hand mixer in the bowl to mix equally.
●
When the ingredients are small quantity, it is possible to stir it well by
tilting the bowl.
●
Please do not run the hand mixer continuously for 5 minutes or more.
●
Do not pull up beaters or dough hooks when they are still turning.
➜
The ingredients may splash.
•
Ensure to turn o the switch, remove the ingredients stuck on beaters or
dough hooks.
➜
If the ingredients are exceeded amount, decrease the ingredients a little.
(If keep using as it is, it may cause malfunction on the motor.)

How to Use the Stand Mixer (MK-GB3 only)
Preparation
Prepare ingredients and bowl
• Use the bowl provided.
• When mixing small quantity of ingredients, use the hand mixer for better
performance.
• Do not exceed the quantity of ingredients higher than beater wings.
Assembling
Make sure the body is disconnected from outlet and
switch is on the "0" position.
Set the beaters on the body. (See P. EN7)

• Do not use the dough hooks on the stand mixer.
➜
The ingredients may not mix well.
Place the hand mixer on the stand.

① Fit the front holes of the body into the projections on the mixer holder and
slide toward rear end of the mixer holder.
② Press down the rear end of the mixer until you hear the click sound.

Do not give excessive force when
assembling body on the stand.

How to Use
When beaters are turning slow or they stop during operation
Set the bowl on the
turntable.
Set the hand mixer
on the stand.
(See P. EN9)
Make sure the switch
is on the "0" position,
then plug in.
Turn the switch on the "0" position, then unplug.
Press the release button on the side of the base and tilt or
remove the hand mixer, then remove the bowl.
Turn on the switch to start.

How to Clean
●Body/Stand/Turntable
Wipe with well-wrung cloth.
Do not wash them under the running water or immerse them in the water.

It may cause malfunction.
●Beaters/Dough hooks/Bowl
Wash with diluted dish soap (neutral) and a soft sponge.
●Do not use a dishwasher.
➜
It may cause plastic deformations.
●Do not use the benzine, thinner, cleanser, metal scrubber or nylon side of
sponge.
➜
It may damage plastic parts.
●After washing, make sure to drain and thoroughly air dry.
➜
It may cause rust.
●Press the eject button to disassemble the
beaters or dough hooks.
Ensure not to drop the beaters or dough hooks
on the floor etc.
➜
It may cause deformations.
*The eject button can only be pressed
when the switch is on the "0" position.
●Press the release button on the side of the
base and slide the hand mixer following the
arrow as shown.
