THE PROGRAMS, OR ANY COPYTHEREOF, INWHOLE OR IN PART.
YOU MAY NOT USE, COPY, MODIFY, ALTER, OR TRANSFER THE PROGRAMS OR ANY COPY THEREOF, IN
WHOLE OR IN PART, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THE LICENSE.
IFYOUTRANSFER POSSESSION OFANY COPY OFANY PROGRAMTOANOTHERPARTY, EXCEPTASPERMIT-
TED IN PARAGRAPH E ABOVE,YOUR LICENSE IS AUTOMATICALLYTERMINATED.
This license is effective only for so long as you own or lease the Product, unless earlier terminated.You may terminate
thislicense at anytimeby destroying, atyourexpense, theProgramsandrelated documentationtogetherwith all copies
thereofin anyform.This license willalsoterminate effectiveimmediatelyuponoccurrence oftheconditions thereforeset
forth elsewhere in this Agreement, or if you fail to comply with any term or condition contained herein. Upon any such
termination, you agree to destroy, at your expense, the Programs and related documentation together with all copies
thereof in any form.
A. MEI hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Programs in
accordancewith the termsandconditions statedinthis Agreement.Youacknowledgethatyou arereceivingonly a
LIMITEDLICENSETOUSE theProgramsand relateddocumentationandthat youshall obtainnotitle,ownership
norany other rightsinor to theProgramsand relateddocumentationnorin ortothe algorithms, concepts,designs
andideas represented byorincorporated inthePrograms and relateddocumentation,all ofwhichtitle, ownership
and rights shall remain with MEI or its suppliers.
B. You may use the Programs only on the single Product which was accompanied by the Programs.
C. You and your employees and agents are required to protect the confidentiality of the Programs.You may not
distributeorotherwisemaketheProgramsor related documentationavailabletoanythird party,bytime-sharingor
otherwise, without the prior written consent of MEI.
D. You maynot copyor reproduce,orpermit to becopied or reproduced,thePrograms orrelateddocumentation for
any purpose, exceptthat you may makeone (1)copyof thePrograms forbackup purposes only in support ofyour
use of the Programs on the single Product which was accompanied by the Programs.You shall not modify, or
attempt to modify, the Programs.
E. Youmay transfertheProgramsand licensethemtoanother party only inconnectionwith your transferofthesingle
Productwhich was accompanied by theProgramstosuchother party.Atthe timeofsuch a transfer, you must also
transferall copies, whetherinprinted or machinereadableform,of everyProgram,andthe relateddocumentation,
to the same party or destroy any such copies not so transferred.
F. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other notice or product identification from the Programs and you
must reproduce and include any such notice or product identification on any copy of any Program.

YOUACKNOWLEDGETHATYOUHAVEREADTHIS AGREEMENT,UNDERSTANDIT AND AGREETO BEBOUNDBY
ITSTERMS ANDCONDITIONS.YOUFURTHERAGREETHATITISTHECOMPLETEAND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT
OFTHE AGREEMENT BETWEEN US,WHICHSUPERSEDESANY PROPOSALOR PRIORAGREEMENT, ORALOR
WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN US, RELATINGTOTHE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS
AGREEMENT.
THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM(S) (“PROGRAMS”) FURNISHED WITH THIS PANASONIC®PRODUCT (“PRODUCT”)
ARELICENSED ONLYTOTHEEND-USER (“YOU”), ANDMAYBEUSEDBYYOU ONLYINACCORDANCEWITHTHE
LICENSETERMS DESCRIBEDBELOW.YOUR USE OFTHE PROGRAMSSHALLBE CONCLUSIVELYDEEMEDTO
CONSTITUTEYOURACCEPTANCEOFTHETERMSOFTHIS LICENSE.
Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.(“MEI”) has developed or otherwise obtained the Programs and hereby licenses
their use to you.You assume sole responsibility for the selection of the Product (including the associated Programs) to
achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use and results obtained therefrom.
