INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the Paralinx Arrow Plus, multicast HD wireless video
system. Your Arrow Plus transmitter can connect your camera or video source to
up to four (4) Arrow Plus Receivers with no loss in performance.

TRANSMITTER
1. Registration button — used to link the transmitter to a receiver unit.
2. “Picture” LED indicates when transmitter unit is receiving a supported sig-
nal and is capable of video sync to one or more receivers
3. “Sync”LEDindicatesstatusofthetransmitter/receiverconnection.Ifash-
ing, transmitter has lost or is searching for a connection to receiver units
4. HDMI connector — connect to your desired video output source to origi-
nate your video signal
5. Mini USB port — Arrow Transmitter receives power through this mini USB port

RECEIVER
1. 5V DC power input port — DO NOT FEED OVER 5V!
2. IR Sensor Port — used for connecting IR sensor to add additional receiver
units to a network
3. MiniUSBport—usedforpossiblefuturermwareupgradesandrepairs
4. “PICTURE” LED indicates when receiver unit is receiving a supported signal
5. "SYNC”LEDindicatesstatusofthetransmitter/receiverconnection.Ifashing,
receiver has lost or is searching for a connection to receiver units
6. HDMI port — video output
7. ¼ 20’’ Screw hole — CAUTION! Attempting to over-tighten into this may
crack casing and damage receiver unit.

QUICK START GUIDE
The Paralinx Arrow Plus wireless system is plug and play with no interface
requiredonceyouhaveaddedyourreceiver(s)tothetransmittersource.
1. Plug in Transmitter to power and video signal
2. Plug in Receiver to power and video monitor
3. Plug in IR sensor to Receiver unit
4. If no transmitter is linked on your receiver the following message will be
displayed:
Select Video Source

5. Press the “OK” button on Remote to enter Setup Menu.
Select "Add New Video Source."

6. WithinaminutetheregistrationprocesswillstartonboththeTransmitter
andReceiver.Thefollowingmessagewillappear:
Please Activate Registration on Transmitter Unit
7. Press the registration button on your transmitter for 3 seconds and release.
*Note:Oncethesyncingprocessstartedonthereceiver,thereisoneminutetoinitiateregistrationonthetrans-
mitter side. If the syncing process on the transmitter was not started on time, the syncing process will have to
be restarted from stage 5.
8. Pressthe"OK"buttononremotecontroltoregistertheTransmitter:
8.B Waitfortheprogressbartocompleteandyournewreceivershouldbe
successfully synced to the desired transmitter.

REGISTERING MULTIPLE
RECEIVERS
To add additional Receivers simply Power Down any synced Receivers and
Follow Steps 1–8 for Each Additional Receiver.
TROUBLESHOOTING
a. Iftransmitter“SYNC”lightissolid,but“PICTURE”isashing,checkyour
video source to ensure it is a supported frame rate or resolution and double
check the video connection is established.
b. Iftransmitter“PICTURE”LEDissolidbut“SYNC”isashing,checkifReceiver
unit is powered up and in range of Transmitter.
c. IfTheNETWORKLEDashesrapidlyandthereisnodisplayonthemonitor,
power cycle the unit. If the issue remains, the device might be faulty. Please
contact PARALINX support team.

WARRANTY
ParalinxLLCwarrantiestotherstend-user,thattheproductwill,undernormal
use, be free from defects in workmanship and materials when received in its orig-
inal container for a period of one year from the purchase date, according to the
original sales receipt or invoice.
This warranty is extended to the purchasing end-user only and proof of purchase
is necessary to honor the warranty. If there is no proof of purchase provided with
a warranty claim, Paralinx LLC reserves the right to apply charges for parts and
labor where they may be applicable.
This warranty does not apply to product exterior and cosmetics. Misuse, abnor-
malserviceorhandling,alterationsormodicationsindesign,constructionand/
or use, void this warranty. No sales personnel, representative, dealer, distributor
oranyotherpersonisauthorizedtomakeanywarrantyotherthantheparameters
outlined above or to extend the duration of any warranties on behalf of Paralinx
LLC beyond the time period described above.
