Assembly area: 10’ x 10’ or larger open floor space.
To prevent scratching, use cardboard or other protective
underlayment.

• 4 mm hex wrench
• 5 mm hex wrench

Step 1. At 8 locations marked 1, join beams together
in the order listed below using Standard Fastening Set
(20-003):
Beam #1 with Beams #2
Beams #2 with Beams #3
Beams #3 with Beams #4

A. Use M5 hex wrench to loosely thread 20-003 Standard
Fastening Set into all tapped ends of Beams #1, #2 and #3
B. Slide fastener head of 20-003 onto joining beam member
and position to align with access hole
C. Use M5 hex wrench through access holes to tighten
20-003 Standard Fastening Set to rmly secure
all beam sections. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN!
Step 2. At 4 locations marked 2, attach
gussets to connect Beam #3 and #4
(4) 20-055 T-Nuts
Place T-Nuts into slot and
roll into position as shown
