1. Overview
Partilink GRA-HU2HU3, HDMI 2.0 to 4K@30Hz USB-C Capture Pro, is designed
to capture 4K@60Hz HDMI video then uplink 4K@30Hz data to the connected
computer via USB-C. It allows the user to capture video from HDMI sources such
as PS4, XBOX, Switch, camera …etc. for filing, re-editing and streaming on
connected PC, laptop and tablet.
With this tool, streaming media is made easy to capture every sound and
movement beautifully. This is a professional level capture tool for gamer or
YouTuber to realize the captured video professionally in front of the audiences.

4. System Requirements
•CPU: i5 Dual Core 2.8GHz or higher
•RAM: 4GB or higher
•OS: Microsoft Windows 8.1/10

5. Installation
•Connect the Partilink GRA-H01C01 HDMI 2.0 to 4K@30Hz USB-C Capture into the
computer USB-C port.
•Plug-in the HDMI device (such as PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, Camcorder...etc.) with HDMI
cable into the HDMI port of the capture unit

(c) Open OBS Studio. (version 25.0.8)
6.1 Video Setting
a) Add and select “Video Capture Device”
b)Select “4K Grabber” as your device

c)Parameter setting references as indication below
•Resolution/FPS Type: Custom
•Resolution: 3840x2160
•FPS: Match Output FPS (auto select: 30)
•Video Format: NV12
•Audio Device: HDMI (Partilink 4K Capture)
6.2 Audio Setting
a) Click on the audio setting icon as indication below

b) Select “Properties”
c)Under “Properties”: Select “HDMI (4K Grabber)”as your device

d) Under the “Audio Setting” icon: Select “Advanced Audio properties”
e) Under the “Advanced Audio Properties”: Adjust your audio source to the suggested
preferences. Please change the setting of Microphone and speaker into “Monitor
and Output”.
f) OBS Setting completed

7 Capture Operation for Mac OS with OBS
7.1 Video Setting
a) Under “Sources”, please click on the “+” icon and select “Video Capture Device”
b) Rename the input source and click “OK”

c) C) Under “Properties”: Select “4K Grabber” in “Device”
d) Under “Properties”: Select “4K Grabber Pro” in “Device”

Note:
Do not click “Use Preset” and customize the configuration.
Resolution: select the best resolution possible 3840 x 2160
FPS: simple FPS Values 30
Input Format: NV12.
7.2 Audio Setting
a) Click on the audio setting icon as indication below
b) Select “Properties”

c) Select “4K Grabber” in device
d) Click on the Audio Setting icon and select “Advanced Audio Properties”
e) Under “Advanced Audio Properties”: select “Monitor and Output”
f) Setting completed
Note:
USB 3.0 is recommended to be connected
The different versions of OS will be slightly different in interface
Make sure your source doesn’t have HDCP, the capture unit doesn’t support HDCP
