PBM Vibration

PBM Vibration is designed only to be used for orthodontic treatment and as prescribed by your dentist. Do not use the device for any other
applications. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or unusual feeling in the mouth or jaw, immediately discontinue and contact your
dentist.
PBM Vibration is designed for one person. The device cannot be sterilized without damage to its components inside the mouthpiece.
There is a serious risk of contamination and infection by bacteria and/or viruses between people if shared between persons.
DO NOT SHARE YOUR DEVICE WITH ANYONE ELSE AND DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STERILIZE.
Before your first use, ensure the battery pack is fully charged.
A full charge takes 6 hours.

HOW TO CHARGE THE BATTERY PACK
DO NOT USE THE PBM VIBRATION DEVICE WHEN IT IS CHARGING OR CONNECTED TO ANY EXTERNAL POWER SOURCE.
To charge, insert the charging cable into the USB port of the battery pack and connect to the power adapter.
When charging the 4 white lights near to the charging cable connection will blink.
Full charge is indicated when the white lights become solid. A full charge takes up to 6 hours.
A fully charged device is ready to be used for approximately eight sessions.
As the device is powered by a lithium battery, the battery capacity will gradually decrease with long term usage.
Connect the mouthpiece to the battery pack via the power cable. Gently and firmly fit the two connections together. The battery
normally turns on and indicates the charging level. If it does not, press the battery switch on the side.
Place the mouthpiece inside your mouth, make sure that it is centered in your jaw (use front teeth as reference).
Gently hold the mouthpiece in place with light biting pressure. Firm, gentle pressure will need to be maintained during the 4-minute
session to ensure the vibrations carry directly on the aligners or onto the teeth if being treated with braces.
Press the on-off switch located in the middle of the power cable, the indicator will blick for 5 seconds and then you will experience a
slight vibration on all of your teeth. Then, the light indicator will stop blinking and the treatment starts.
After 4 minutes, you will hear a beep sound, and the light will turn off and the switch will change colours. Treatment is complete.

A slight vibration and pulsing feeling might be felt in your jaw/gingival area after extended usage; this is a natural result of
microvibrations produced by the device.

The usage can be paused simply by removing the mouthpiece from your mouth or by pressing the "on-off switch". When the
switch colour changes to red the device has paused.
You can resume use by putting the mouthpiece back into your mouth.
If you have paused the device for more than 30 seconds, it would be considered an incomplete session, and the entire session
would need to be repeated.
To restart the session, turn off the power and turn it back on. Reinsert the mouthpiece back into the mouth, press the “on-off
switch” again, and apply 4minutes for the treatment.
COMPLIANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
Suggestions on building a habit:
It is best to use PBM Vibration each time after reseating the aligners in the mouth for maximum effect. It is recommended that PBM
Vibration is used at least once per day. It takes about 3 weeks to build a habit, so patiently keep using it regularly.
If you are using the PBM Vibration with aligners, the device HAS TO be applied with the aligners in the mouth. Set up PBM Vibration
next to where you regularly take out and replace your aligners to coordinate their uses.
If your orthodontic treatment involves braces, you can use the PBM Vibration anytime.
PAUSING USAGE

The components are not replaceable or serviceable (including lithium battery).
Usually, during the usage, components should not need any replacements.
Wear marks, especially bite marks that become present in the mouthpieces over time of usage, are expected, and there is no need to
replace the device.
If the device tears or the internal surface of the mouthpiece becomes exposed, stop use immediately and contact your doctor or PBM
Healing.
Part Replacement:
The PBM Vibration device should last for up to two years if used daily with care and within the ranges recommended by the
manufacturer.
The PBM Vibration device includes a lithium battery that will lose charge over time if not recharged. The device should be fully charged
before the first usage.
It is highly recommended that the first usage be conducted within two months from product delivery.
Shelf Life:
Store all components separately. Unplug the battery pack from the charging cable and detach the mouthpiece from the battery pack.
Do not wrap the charging cables too tightly, or they may break.
The PBM Vibration device should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it in locations where it might be
exposed to elevated temperatures. Avoid storing it in locations where it might be exposed to elevated electrical or energy sources.
It is recommended to store in the original packaging case when it is not used.
Special care should be taken, particularly when traveling with the device. This will prevent probable damage and avoid battery
depletion.
Rough handling may cause damage to the device. Stop usage if any damage is suspected.
Storage & Handling:
Detach the mouthpiece from the battery pack.
Wash it gently, using clean, warm water or an aligner cleaner. Do not wash or put the battery in contact with water.
To dry, lightly rub the mouthpiece with a clean, dry towel and let it air dry. Do not shake or pat-down hard on the mouthpiece to dry it.
Cleaning:
The mouthpiece is manufactured from medical-grade biocompatible silicone and does not need any special
cleaning or disinfection.

It might create vibration and pulsing feeling in the affected area, which is common and expected.
Safety and Environmental Considerations
The device supports the healing function of the cells and reduces the pain that might be caused by dental or orthodontic treatment in the
jaw or tooth area.
Pain Relief Caused by Dental or Orthodontic Treatment
PBM Vibration delivers high-frequency small magnitude microvibrations during orthodontic treatment through a mouthpiece to seat
aligners and reduce pain. Studies also showed that it might accelerate tooth movement with aligners as well as metal braces.
It is clinically and scientifically proven that micro-vibration provides a therapeutic benefit.

During usage, you should bite gently on the bite pad of the mouthpiece. Chewing or clenching on the mouthpiece may harm the
device or lead to a choking hazard.
The mouthpiece must be detached from the battery when cleaning and should be kept in a dry environment.
The mouthpiece is not dishwasher safe.
The mouthpiece should not be dried with a hairdryer
Exposing the mouthpiece to excessive heat and elevated temperatures may result in the softening of its material, which would be
considered permanent damage to the device.
Mouthpiece
It is not recommended to do a treatment session or have the mouthpiece attached to the battery pack during charging. When the
charging period is completed, then you can use the device freely.
During charging, please position the battery on a stable flat surface and out of the way to avoid tripping hazards.
The battery is not water-resistant and should not be rinsed or submerged in water.
Do not incinerate the battery by exposing it to excessive heat, short circuit, or any similar hazardous action to the battery.
Mishandling the battery may result in a burn, fire, or possibly even an explosion.
Do not plug the power adapter into an outlet with a voltage other than that specified on the AC adapter plug. Voltage converters do
not guarantee a compatible and safe voltage to use.
When charging, keep all components away from water or from contacting water.
Charging
Make sure that you are entirely familiar with the correct procedures for operating the device before usage.
Stop using the PBM Vibration or its accessories if you have an allergic reaction to it. If this happens, contact your doctor or orthodontist
immediately.
Do not stare directly & closely at the light source on the mouthpiece; it might cause eye irritation, especially for children.
Do not use the device near high-frequency (HF) equipment.
Although it can be used while lying down, it is recommended to use while sitting.
There is no need to be motionless during the use; you might watch TV, read, walk, etc.
Do not use the device while performing complex tasks such as driving or operating machinery.

The User Manual and packaging are recyclable and should be disposed of with other recyclable wastes.
To preserve the environment, the device should not be disposed of with normal household wastes. It must be delivered to the collection
points designated for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment wastes.
Disposal to Environment
Keep the PBM Vibration device away from pets and children.
It is not a toy and should not be played with.
When it needs to be used by a child, the steps of usage & sequencing must be demonstrated for them.
Subsequently, each session of use should be supervised by a parent or an adult to ensure the correct usage of the device.
Additional Precautions for Children
Connect the equipment to a different outlet.
Increase the distance between the equipment and the receiver.
If interference with a radio or television is observed it is recommended to:
Do not attempt to repair the device or battery. No servicing or modification of this device is permitted.
The battery is intended for use with the PBM Vibration only. Do not use it with other devices, as it may damage or destroy it.
PBM Vibration has been tested and met the requirements to provide reasonable protection against Radio Frequency Interference in a
residential setting. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not happen in a particular situation.

請勿在PBM齒列震動器充電或連接到任何外部電源時使用它。

バッテリーのを充電方法
PBM歯列振動装置を充電中、または外部電源に接続している場合の使用はご遠慮ください。
充電するには、充電ケーブルをバッテリーパックのUSBポートに挿入し、電源アダプターに接続します。
充電中は、充電ケーブルが接続されている側の近くにある4つの白いライトが点滅します。
フル充電には最大6時間かかり、白いライトが点滅から点灯に変わります。
完全に充電された装置は、約8回分、ご利用いただけます。
装置はリチウム電池で供給されるため、長期間使用すると電池容量が徐々に減少します。
マウスピースの使用方法
1. 電源ケーブルでマウスピースをバッテリーに接続し、2つの接続口をしっかりと固定します。通常、バッテリーはオンになり、
