Thank You for purchasing the Peerless-AV Antenna. This antenna will enable the user to receive over the air digital
broadcast signals. These antennas will not pickup satellite or premium cable content. It is intended solely to receive
over-the-air digital broadcast signals. For a comprehensive list of HDTV broadcasts in your area, please refer to:

Antenna Placement
For optimum reception of HD broadcast content, the Antenna should be placed in line-of-sight (LOS) of the
broadcasting antenna. For interior placement of the antenna, it is recommended that it be placed up as high as
possible and away from any large metallic objects as this may interfere with the full reception of the broadcast signal.
As the design of the Antenna allows for multi-directional reception, mounting options allow for horizontal or vertical
placement via the mounting clips. For optimal placement based on location of broadcast, refer to the website
http://transition.fcc.gov/mb/engineering/maps.
Antenna Installation Overview
Attach the coax connector end of the Antenna to the port on the DTV labeled ANT IN. This port is normally located on
the back side of the DTV. Hand-tighten the F connector to the ANT IN port on the DTV. Once the Antenna is attached
and connected, set the DTV for AIR and begin the channel scan. It is recommended to test different mounting
orientations to reveal which orientation is best suited for the DTVs location. Best practice is to stand no less than 6
feet from the Antenna when conducting the channel scan.
Antenna Setup
Step 1
Connect Antenna to theANT IN port on DTV.

Attach mounting clips to the top of the DTV as shown.

Attach Antenna to mounting clips previously installed.

Set DTV tuning mode to AIR and conduct channel scan.
FAQs
Q. What is the Range of the Antenna?
A. The Antenna has the capability of OTA reception of standard broadcast stations up to 40 miles.
Q. Does the Antenna Receive UHF/VHF/FM?
A. Yes, this antenna will tune in VHF, FM and UHF.
Q. Do I need a digital-ready TV to use theAntenna?
A. Yes. If the TV you are using does not have an ATSC tuner, you will need a digital converter box.
Q. Can I use the Antenna with a non-digital TV?
A. Yes. You will need a digital converter box, and the broadcast stations that are tuned in will be displayed in SD.
Q. Can I use a different coaxial cable to extend?
A. If you run an additional 25 feet or more, you may need a signal boosting amplifier.
Q. Can the Antenna be used on multiple TVs?
A. The Antenna signal may be split to feed multiple DTVs, however a signal amplifier may need to be used if you are
experiencing weak reception where you should have moderate to strong reception.

Limited Warranty
Peerless Industries, Inc. (“Peerless-AV®”) warrants to original end-users of Peerless-AV® products that Peerless-AV® products
will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use, for the periods listed below, from the date of purchase
by the original end-user. At its option, Peerless-AV® will repair or replace with new or refurbished products or parts, or refund the
purchase price of, any Peerless-AV™ product which fails to conform with this warranty.
In no event shall the duration of any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose be longer
than the period of the applicable express warranty set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by (a) service or repairs by the customer or a person who is not authorized
for such service or repairs by Peerless-AV®, (b) the failure to utilize proper packing when returning the product, (c) incorrect
installation or the failure to follow Peerless-AV®’s instructions or warnings when installing, using or storing the product, or (d)
misuse or accident, in transit or otherwise, including in cases of third-party actions and force majeure. This warranty also does
not cover corrosion or rust resulting from damaged, scratched or chipped paint or other surfaces.
In no event shall Peerless-AV® be liable for incidental or consequential damages or damages arising from the theft of
any product, whether or not secured by a security device which may be included with the Peerless-AV® product. Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and is the sole remedy with respect to product defects. No
dealer, distributor, installer or other person is authorized to modify or extend this Limited Warranty or impose any obligation on
Peerless-AV® in connection with the sale of any Peerless-AV® product.
This warranty gives specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
