ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
ToolsRequiredAssemblingthe Machine: TwoAdjustableWrenchesand Allen
Wrenches. NOTE: It is stronglyrecommended thismachinetobeassembledby
twoor morepeople to avoid possibleinjury.
STEP 1(SeeDiagram1)
A.)Slide two 2½” RoundRubber Bumpers(#43) onto theGuide Rods (#7). Insert
thetwoGuideRods into theholes on theRear Stabilizer (#8). Secureeach Guide
Rod withoneM10x1” AllenBolt(#72) and ∅¾” Washer (#77) fromthebottom.
B.)Attach therear of MainBase Frame (#1) to theRear Stabilizer.Secure them with
twoM10x2 ¾” CarriageBolts (#62), one 43/8”x2” Bracket(#20), two ¾”
Washers(#77),andtwoM10AircraftNuts (#81). Do not tighten thenuts andbolts
yet.
C.) Attach theFront Stabilizer (#19) to theMain Base Frame(#1).Secure them with
oneM10x3” AllenBolt(#74),one4” x2” Bracket (#29),two ¾” Washers (#77),
andoneM10Aircraft Nut (#81) to thetophole.Securethebottomholewith one
M10x21/2” AllenBolt (#64) and ∅3/4” Washer (#77) fromtheback.
D.) Attach theFoot Plates (#30) tothe Front Stabilizer(#19). Securethemwith two
M10x2 ¾” CarriageBolts (#62), ¾” Washers(#77),andM10Aircraft Nuts
(#81).
E.)Place theVerticalFrame (#2) onto theMain Base Frame. Securethemwithtwo
M10x3½” CarriageBolts (#63), one PulleyBracket (#18),two ¾” Washers
(#77), andtwoM10Aircraft Nuts (#81). Securely tighten all nuts andbolts
previously installed.

STEP 2(See Diagram2)
A.)Slide 14Weight Plates (#37) onto theGuideRods (#7). Aligntheholes ontheWeight
Plates. Insert a SelectorRod(#21) through thecenter hole. Use a L-shaped Pin(#31) to
select thenumber ofWeightPlates.SlidetheSelector Stem(#36) ontotheGuideRods.
B.)Attach theholes on theUpperFrame (#6)ontothe Guide Rods.Place theUpper Frame
ontotheVertical Frame (#2).
C.)Securethe Upper Frame (#6) to theGuideRods (#7) withtwoM10x1” Allen Bolts(#72) and
¾” Washers (#77).
D.)Securethe Upper Frame tothe VerticalFramewith twoM10x2 ¾”CarriageBolts (#62),
one4 ¾”x2” Bracket (#22),two ∅¾” Washers (#77), andtwoM10Aircraft Nuts(#81).

STEP 3(See Diagram3)
A.)Place theSeat(#55)ontothe Seat Support(#10). SecureitwithtwoM8x15/8” AllenBolts
(#69) and 5/8” Washers (#78).
B.)Insert theSeatSupport into theopening ontheMainBase Frame (#1). UseaLockKnob
(#32) tosecure theSeat Support at desiredheight.
C.) Attach two ∅1” x½” Bushings (#34)tothe Leg Developer (#9). Attachthe Leg Developer to
thebracket on theMain Base Frame. Secureitwith oneM12x31/8” AllenBolt(#71),two
1” Washers(#76),andone M12 Aircraft Nut (#80). Do notover tightentheBolt andNut.
Make surethe Leg Developer isabletoswivel ontheBolt.
D.) Insert twoFoamTubes (#40) halfwaythrough theholesonthe Seat Support andLeg
Developer. Pushfour Foam Rolls (#48) ontotheTubesfromboth ends. Cover each end
with a FoamRollEndCap(#54). DIAGRAM3

A.)Attach theFront PressBase(#3) to theUpperFrame (#6). Secureitwith oneAxle(#24), two
Spacers(#79), andtwoM10Aircraft Nuts (#81). Do not over tighten theNuts.
B.)Insert theaxle onthe Right Butterfly(#4) through theholeon theFrontPress Base (#3) from the
bottom. Slidea Lock Ring (#60)ontothe axle.Align theholesand secure itwithoneM6 x1 ¼”
Allen Bolt(#61) and M6 Aircraft Nut (#73). Repeat thesamestepto install theLeft Butterfly(#5).
C.)Attach theSwivel PulleyBracketFrame(#16) to thebackof theVerticalFrame(#2).Secure it
with one M10 x3½” AllenBolt (#70), two ¾” Washers(#77),andone M10 Aircraft Nut (#81).
D.)Attach a Swivel PulleyBracket (#17) toeach end of Swivel PulleyBracket Frame. Secureeach
Bracket with oneM10x2 ½” AllenBolt (#64), two ¾” Washers(#77),and oneM10Aircraft Nut
(#81).
E.)Attach theBackrest Board(#56) totheVertical Frame(#2). Secure it withtwoM8 x2½” Allen

E.)DrawtheCablearoundthe Pulleythen through theholeon theVerticalFrame (#2)
totheopenbracket onthebackof Vertical Frame.
F.)Attach a Pulleyto thebracket. Secure it withoneM10 x1 ¾”AllenBolt(#65),two
∅¾” Washers (#77), andoneM10Aircraft Nut(#81).
G.) DrawtheCableover the PulleyandpulltheCabledownwards. Attacha Pulleyto
theupper holes onthetwoDouble Floating PulleyBrackets (#14). RepeatStepF
abovetoinstallanother Pulley.Let theBracket hanging for now.
H.) DrawtheCablearoundthe Pulleythen pullupwardsto theopen bracketonrear of
theUpper Frame. AttachaPulleytothe bracket. Secureitwith oneM10 x2” Allen
Bolt(#66),oneL-shapedBracket(#23), two ¾”Washers (#77), and oneM10
Aircraft Nut(#81).
I.)Pull the Cable downwards betweenthetwoGuide Rods to theSelector Rod(#21).
Securely threadthebolt on theendof theCable into theSelector Rod.
J.) Attach a 10-Joint Chain (#26) to theCable using aC-clip (#28). Attach theLat Bar
(#11) totheChainusinga C-clip. Adjustthe length of Chainto obtainthedesired
Lat Bar exercise.

(#53) totheend of thetubeandsure itwithaM10x3 ½”AllenBolt(#70). Repeatthe same
proceduretoinstall theother side.

Developer (#9).
B.)Attach a Pulley(#41) to theopening.Secure itwithoneM10x2 ½” AllenBolt
(#64), two ∅7/8” PulleyBushings (#35), and oneM10Aircraft Nut (#81).
C.) DrawtheCableunderneath thePulleytowards theback of themachinethrough
theopening onthebottomof theMainBaseFrame(#1) to anopenbracket.
D.) Attach a Pulleyto thebracket. Secure it withoneM10x1 ¾”AllenBolt(#65),
two ¾”Washers (#77), andoneM10AircraftNut(#81).
E.)DrawtheCableunderneath thePulleytowards theback of themachinetothe
PulleyBracket (#18) underneaththe MainBaseFrame.
F.)Attach a Pulleyto thebracket. Secure it withoneL-shapedBracket(#23), one
M10x2” AllenBolt(#66), two ∅¾” Washers (#77), andoneM10AircraftNut
(#81).
G.) Pull the Cable upwardtotheAngledDouble Floating PulleyBrackets (#15)
previously installedinStep6. Repeat StepD to install another Pulley.
H.) DrawtheCablearoundthe Pulleythen pulldownward to theopen bracketonthe
Main Base Frame. Repeat Step D toinstallanother Pulley.
I.)DrawtheCablearoundthe Pulleythen pullupwardtothe DoubleFloating Pulley
Bracket (#14) previouslyinstalledinStep-5. Repeat StepD to install a Pulley.
J.) DrawtheCablearoundthe Pulleythen pulldownward to thebracket onthe rear
of Main Base Frame. Attach theCabletoa6-Joint Chain (#25) using aC-clip
(#28). Secure theother end of the Chain to thebracket withaM10x1” Allen
Bolt(#72),two ∅¾” Washers (#77)andone M10 Aircraft Nut (#81).
K.)Use thelengthof theChaintoadjustthe tensionof theCableLoopSystem.If
theCablesaretoo loose, shortenthe Chain.
L.) Attach the15-JointChain(#27) tothe endof theCable byusinga C-clip. Attach
theArmCurlHandle(#12) totheChainbyusing another C-clip. Replace Arm
CurlHandlewith theAnkleStrap(#82) forvariousLeg exercises. Adjust the
lengthofChaintoobtainthedesiredexercise.RemovetheArmCurlHandleand
Ankle Strap when using theLegDeveloper.
