Thisexercise machine is built for optimumsafety.However, certainprecautionsapply
whenever you operateapiece of exerciseequipment. Be suretoreadtheentiremanual
beforeyou assemble or operateyour machine. In particular, notethe followingsafety
precautions:
1. Keep childrenand pets awayfrom the machineat all times. DONOT leave children
unattendedinthesame roomwiththemachine.
2. Only onepersonat atimeshould use themachine.
3. Iftheuserexperiencesdizziness, nausea,chestpain, or anyother abnormalsymptoms,
STOP the workout at once. CONSULTA PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.
4. Position themachineonaclear, leveled surface. DO NOT usethemachinenear water or
outdoors.
5. Keephandsawayfromall movingparts.
6. Always wear appropriate workout clothingwhen exercising.DONOTwear robes or other
clothing thatcouldbecome caught inthe machine. Running or aerobicshoesarealso
required when using themachine.
7. Usethemachineonly for its intendeduse as describedinthis manual.DONOTuse
attachmentsnot recommended bythe manufacturer.
8. Do notplaceanysharp object around themachine.
9. Disabled person shouldnot use themachinewithout a qualified personor physicianin
attendance.
10. Beforeusing the machine to exercise,always do stretching exercises toproperlywarmup.
11. Never operatethe machineifthemachineis notfunctioning properly.
12. A spotter is recommendedduringexercise.
13. Thismachineis designedand intended for home andconsumer useonly,not for
commercial use.
14. Maximumuser’s weight: 300lbs.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
ToolsRequiredFor AssemblingtheMachine: TwoAdjustable Wrenchesand Allen
Wrenches. NOTE: Itisstronglyrecommendedfor twoor morepeopleto assemble this
machine to avoid possibleinjury.
STEP 1 (See Diagram 1)
A.) Attach one Base Frame(#3) to theRear Base Frame(#2).Attach anUpright Beam
(#1)ontotheBaseFrame andRearBase Frame.SecurethemtogetherwithtwoM10x
3 5/8” CarriageBolts(#32), one5 ½” x2” Bracket (#15), two ¾” Washer (#41), and
twoM10AircraftNuts(#44) frombottom.Secure withtwoM10x2 ¾” CarriageBolts
(#33),two ¾” Washer (#41), and twoM10Aircraft Nuts (#44) from side. Do not
tightenthe Nuts and Boltsyet. Repeat thesame procedure to install theother side.
B.)Securelytighten all Nutsand Bolts.
C.)Insert twoCrutches (#4) into thetwoUprightBeams. Insert twoM18LockKnobs (#19)
throughthe selectedholesto obtain desiredheight. DIAGRAM1

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2)
A.)Attach theMainSeat Support (#5)totheRear Stabilizer(#6). Secure it withtwoM10x2 ¾”
CarriageBolts(#33),one51/8” x2 ¾”Bracket(#14), two ¾”Washers(#41),andtwoM10
Aircraft Nuts(#44).
B.)Attach thetwo InclineSupport Frames (#12) tothe MainSeat Support.Secure them tothe
Main Seat Support with threeM10x3 5/8” Allen Bolts (#35), six ¾” Washers (#41), and
threeM10Aircraft Nuts (#44). DIAGRAM2

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3)
A.)Attach thepivotontheLegDeveloper Holder (#7) to theopenbracket onthe MainSeat
Support(#5). Attach thebottomof Leg DeveloperHolder to theMain SeatSupport. Secure
itwith oneM10 x2 ¾” CarriageBolt(#33)fromfront,oneM10x2 ½” AllenBolt (#37) from
rear,two ¾” Washers (#41), andoneM10Aircraft Nut (#44).
B.)Attach theInclineSupport (#9) totheside-holesonthe twoBackrest Supports (#8). Align
theholes.Secure itwithoneM10x5½” AllenBolt(#34),two ¾”Washers (#41), andone
M10Aircraft Nut(#44).
C.) Attach theholes ontheendoftheBackrest Supports (#12)tothe bracketon theMain Seat
Support.Align theholes. SecurethetwoBackrestSupportstothebracket,andthepivoton
Leg Developer Holder together with oneM12x5 ¾” HexBolt (#31), two 1” Washers
(#41), andoneM12AircraftNut(#44).
D.) Donot over tightentheNuts andBolts. MakesuretheBackrest Supports andBackrest
Inclineareabletoswivel.
E.)Place theother endsof InclineSupport ontotheselectedslotonInclineSupport Frames
(#12) toholdthe Backrest Inclinein position. DIAGRAM3

STEP 4 (See Diagram 4)
A.)Attach theBackrest Board(#17) totheBackrest Supports (#8).Secure itwithfour M8x1
5/8” AllenBolts (#38) andfour 5/8” Washers (#42).
B.)Place theSeatPad(#16)ontothe seatbracket onLeg DeveloperHolder(#7). Secure itwith
oneM8 x 15/8”AllenBolts (#38),twoM8 x5/8” Allen Bolts(#39),andtwo 5/8” Washers

A.)Attach two 5/8” Bushings(#20)tothe Leg Developer (#10).Attachthe Leg Developer to
theLegDeveloper Holder(#7). Secure it withoneM10x3 1/8” Allen Bolt(#36), two ¾”
Washers(#41),andone M10 Aircraft Nut (#44).
B.)Insert threeFoamTubes (#13) halfwaythrough theholesonthe LegDeveloper andLeg
DeveloperHolder.Pushsix Foam Rolls(#27) ontotheTubesfromboth ends. PlugsixFoam
Roll EndCaps (#26) intotheends.
C.) SlideanOlympicSleeve(#29) onto theweightpost onLeg Developer. AttachaSpringClip
(#30) ontotheSleeve.
D.) Attach theArmCurl Pad (#18) to theArmCurlStand(#11). Secureitwith twoM8x5/8”
Allen Bolts(#39) and two 5/8” Washers (#42).
E.)Insert theArmCurl StandintotheLegDeveloper holder. UsetheM10Lock Knob(#28) to
locktheArmCurl Standinposition.
F.)Remove theArmCurlStandwhendoingLeg Developer exercises. DIAGRAM5
