Scrapping
Recycle any unwanted material, do not
throw it in the household rubbish. All
machines, accessories and packaging
must be sorted and left at a recycling center and
disposed of in an environmentally friendly
manner.
Important!
Note! Before you start using the winch, it is
important that you very carefully read, understand
and follow all the instructions and safety
instructions contained in the manual. Toprevent
the risk of personal injury and damage to the
winch. Save the user manual for future use.
• Wear appropriate clothing. Never wear loose
clothing or loosely hanging jewelry as they
can easily get caught in rotating parts of the
electric winch. Use leather gloves when
handling the wire as you can easily be
injured by protruding wire ends. Non-slip
safety shoes are recommended when
working with the electric winch. Long,
hanging hair must be put up or held in place
in a hair net.
• Always have as large a safety distance to
the wire as possible, preferably 1.5 times
the length of the wire. Also applies to those
who use the winch. Never stay between the
electric winch and the object to be winched
when in use. NEVER pass over or under the
wire when it is loaded.
• Large forces are generated when using the
electric winch and also large safety risks.
Therefore, only let people who have
knowledge about the functions of the electric
winch use it.
• Children and other spectators, as well as
animals, must be kept at a safe distance from
the electric winch and its working area.
• Posture and balance. Stand rm and
comfortable. Never reach over equipment in
operation. Maintain proper posture and
balance at all times.
• DO NOT use the electric winch under the
inuence of alcohol or drugs. Think about
what you are doing, use common sense and
absolutely DO NOT use the electric winch if
you are tired, if you are taking medication that
can lead to sleepiness.
• Always inspect the electric winch before use.
Components may have been attacked by
exposure to chemicals, salt and rust. Check
that the function is correct.
• Check for any damage that may affect use.
Ev. damaged parts must be replaced
immediately by an authorized repairer.
• Secure the vehicle with handbrake and
chocks before using the electric winch,
especially if it is tilted where the vehicle is
standing parked.
• DO NOT use a cable that is damaged.
• Keep hands away from moving parts, such
as the wire drum and wire guide, when in use.
Always use gloves when handling the electric
winch cable. Keep hands away from moving
parts, such as the wire drum and wire guide,
when in use.
• DO NOT exceed the maximum pulling
capacity of the electric winch.
• Make sure the electric winch is securely
bolted to a mounting prole (or vehicle) that
is strong enough to withstand the maximum
capacity of the electric winch.
• Always use the correct type of connection
when the hook is to be connected to the
object it is to be attached to.
• The electric winch must NOT be loaded when
the cable is fully unrolled. Make sure that the
wire is distributed evenly over the drum when
it is rolled up.
• Do not overload the electric winch. Do not
force the electric winch to heavier work than
it is intended for. The work will be safer and
the result better if the electric winch is not
overloaded but used with regard to its
capacity. If, after all, you have to winch
something that exceeds the maximum
capacity of the electric winch, it is
recommended to use a so-called ”double
cable”. It means that you double the wire
via a breaking roller, while at the same time
The cable must be wound on under load the
rst time it is used. The load should not be
less than 230kg to avoid the overlying turns
of the drum cutting into the lower ones.
This can cause damage to the wire and
signicantly shorten its life.
