Bruksanvisning
Varning: Varningarna och instruktionerna som
diskuteras i denna bruksanvisning kan inte täcka
alla möjliga förhållanden och situationer som kan
uppstå. Det måste förstås av operatören att sunt
förnuft och försiktighet är faktorer som inte kan
byggas in i denna produkt utan måste tillhandahål-
las av operatören.
Varning
Överskrid inte den maximala kapaciteten på 450
kg.
1. Använd alltid stativet på hård, plan yta som kan
upprätthålla lasten.
2. Arbeta aldrig direkt under en upphängd motor.
3. Försök inte ytta stativet när det är under last.
Hjulen är inte utformade för rullning när stativet
bär en tung vikt. Om du behöver ytta motorn
måste du överföra den till en godkänd, lämplig
rörlig enhet, t.ex. en motorlyft.
4. Se till att stativet är stabilt. Innan du använ-der
stativet, kontrollera det för sprickor, böjningar
i metallen eller tecken på ovanligt slitage. Om
det nns några, använd inte stativet. Kontakta
Verktygsboden för service eller reparation.
5. Försök inte ta bort en motor från ett fordon
som använder den här enheten. Använd en
motorlyft (ingår ej). Läs alla säkerhetsvarningar
och anvisningar som medföljer motorlyften.
6. Var försiktig så att du inte klämmer ngrar och
händer när du justerar och använder motorsta-
tivet.
7. Se till att lasten är centrerad och xerad på
monteringsplattan.
8. Släpp inte plötsligt eftersom det kan orsaka
skador på enheten.
9. Se till att alla muttrar och bultar är korrekt
monterade och åtdragna före varje användning.
Ersätt inte tillhandahållen hårdvara.
10.VARNING: Att inte följa dessa anvisningar kan
resultera i förlust av last och/eller personskada
eller skada på egendom.
Inspektion
1. Visuell besiktning bör göras före varje använd-
ning av motorstativet.
2. Varje motorstativ som verkar vara skadat på
något sätt, visar sig vara slitet eller inte fung-
erar normalt måste tas ur drift.
3. Om motorstativet av misstag utsätts för en
onormal belastning eller stöt måste det inspek-
teras av kvalicerad tekniker omedelbart.
4. Det rekommenderas att en årlig inspektion av
motorstativet görs och att defekta delar/deka-
ler eller varningsetiketter ersätts.
Monteringsinstruktioner
Varning: Under monteringsproceduren ska
muttrar och bultar endast dras åt för hand. När
monteringen är klar måste muttrar och bultar
dras åt helt.
1. Fäst två framhjul (#19) på frambalken
(#20) med muttrar (#17) och låsbrickor
(#18).
2. Fäst frontbalken (#20) på mittbalken (#16)
med hjälp av bultar (#9), muttrar (#11) och
låsbrickor (#10).
3. Fäst huvudstolpen (#5) på bakre balken
(#14) med hjälp av bultar (#9), muttrar
(#11) och låsbrickor (#10).. ,
4. Sätt in mellanbalken (#16) på huvudstol-
pens rör (#5) och fäst den med bult (#15).
5. För in den roterande plattan (#3) genom
röret högst upp på huvudstolpen. Rotera
plattan tills ett av hålen i innerröret är i linje
med ett hål i det yttre röret och sätt in det
ringmärkta stiftet (#4).
6. För in handtaget (#1) genom hålet i det ro-
terande plåtröret som sticker ut från toppen
av huvudstolpen.
7. Fäst fyra pinnar (#2) på det roterande hu-
vudet (#3) med hjälp av bultar (#8), platta
brickor (#6) och muttrar (#7).
8. Kontrollera att alla bultar är åtdragna innan
du använder den.

Instructions
Warning: The warnings and instructions discussed
in this manual may not cover all possible condi-
tions and situations that may arise. It must be un-
derstood by the operator that common sense and
caution are factors that can not be built into this
product but must be provided by the operator.
Warning
Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 450 kg.
1. Always use the stand on a hard, at surface
that can maintain the load.
2. Never work directly under a suspended engine.
3. Do not attempt to move the stand when it is
under load. The wheels are not designed for
rolling when the stand carries a heavy weight. If
you need to move the engine, you must transfer
it to an approved, suitable mobile device, e.g. a
motor lift.
4. Make sure the stand is stable. Before using the
stand, check it for cracks, bends in the metal
or signs of unusual wear. If there are any, do
not use the stand. Contact Verktygsboden for
service or repair.
5. Do not attempt to remove an engine from a
vehicle using this unit. Use a motor lift (not
included). Read all safety warnings and instruc-
tions that come with the engine lift.
6. Be careful not to pinch your ngers and hands
when adjusting and using the motor stand.
7. Make sure that the load is centered and xed
on the mounting plate.
8. Do not release suddenly as it may damage the
device.
9. Make sure that all nuts and bolts are properly
mounted and tightened before each use. Do not
replace the hardware provided.
10.WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions
could result in loss of cargo and / or personal
injury or property damage.
Inspection
1. Visual inspection should be performed before
each use of the motor stand.
2. Any motor stand that appears to be damaged in
any way, turns out to be worn or does not work
normally must be taken out of service.
3. If the motor stand is accidentally subjected to
an abnormal load or shock, it must be inspec-
ted by a qualied technician immediately.
4. It is recommended that an annual inspection of
the engine stand be performed and that defecti-
ve parts / decals or warning labels be replaced.
Assembly instructions
Warning: During the assembly procedure, nuts and
bolts should only be tightened by hand. When the
assembly is complete, nuts and bolts must be tigh-
tened completely.
1. Attach two front wheels (# 19) to the front
beam (# 20) with nuts (# 17) and lock was-
hers (# 18).
2. Attach the front beam (# 20) to the center
beam (# 16) using bolts (# 9), nuts (# 11)
and lock washers (# 10).
3. Attach the main post (# 5) to the rear beam
(# 14) using bolts (# 9), nuts (# 11) and
lock washers (# 10) ..,
4. Insert the middle beam (# 16) on the main
post pipe (# 5) and secure it with a bolt (#
15).
5. Insert the rotating plate (# 3) through the
tube at the top of the main post. Rotate
the plate until one of the holes in the inner
tube aligns with a hole in the outer tube and
insert the ringed pin (# 4).
6. Insert the handle (# 1) through the hole in
the rotating plate tube protruding from the
top of the main post.
7. Attach four pins (# 2) to the rotating head
(# 3) using bolts (# 8), at washers (# 6)
and nuts (# 7).
8. Make sure all bolts are tightened before
using it.

at a recycling center and disposed

manner.
