It is necessary to check that the contents of the
delivery are complete before installing the lift.
Moving and installation of the lift must be
performed by trained, competent staff.
See the sections Transport and Storage for
details on transport and storage of the lift.
Install the lifting platforms
The yellow-black warning markings should be on
the sides and the oil cylinder is located
behind the lift (direction of travel). Use a forklift
or other lifting equipment to lift the platforms; lift
to approx. 1 m to ensure that the safety device
is on and locked. A wooden block can be placed
between the bars as a safety measure if the
lifting device’s safety device does not work.
Never work during lifting when the hydraulic
system is not completely lled with hydraulic
oil or when the lift is operated. Move the lifting
platform, adjust the distance between the two
platforms and make sure that the two platforms
are parallel.
Connect the wires
Electrical circuits, oil and gas lines must be
connected according to the wiring diagram for
electricity and oil lines. The connection of
overhead lines must only be carried out after the
hydraulic system has been connected. Be careful
not to damage the lines when the oil and airlines
are pulled into the pit through the PVC pipe from
the control cabinet, and take measures to prevent
contaminants that could damage the hydraulic
system from entering the oil and air line.
Connect the electrical circuit
The electrical connection is made according to
the dimensions and numbers specied in the
electrical diagram. All electrical installations
must be performed by a qualied technician.
• Open the top cover of the control cabinet.
• Mains connection: connect a 400 V 3-phase
four-wire mains cable (3 × 2.5 mm1 × 1.5
mm2 cable) for control panels L1, L2, L3 and
input contacts; Connect protective earth to
bolt with earth marking (Figure 25) and the
bolt with earth marking located at the bottom
of the two platforms.
• For 230 V 3-phase power supply, a control
transformer and wiring connection of the
motor is required.
• Sensor connection: the limit switch should
be installed on the switch frame on the base
platform of the main platform.
Connection of hydraulic circuit
Connect hydraulic oil lines in accordance with
the oil pipeline wiring diagram. Only authorised
technicians are permitted to install the hydraulic
circuit. Take special care to ensure that the oil
lines are properly connected.
• Route the high-pressure line from the oil inlet
“A” and the lling valve “F” in the control
cabinet in numerical order, and then connect
the high-pressure line to the oil cylinder via
the PVC pipe (see diagram for the oil circuit)
• When transmitting through the PVC pipe, it is
important to seal the overhead line
connection to prevent contaminants from
entering the compressed air circuit.
• When connecting the oil lines, it is important
that this is done according to the numbering.
In a standard installation, the control cabinet
is placed to the left of the direction of impact,
if the cabinet is to be placed to the right, the
oil lines must be connected accordingly.
Connect the compressed air lines
The connection of the overhead lines is made
according to the wiring diagram for overhead
lines. The installation must be done by a qualied
technician.
• Connect the inlet line Φ8 × 5 to the inlet port
on the oil / water separator in the control
cabinet.
• Connect the Φ6 × 4 compressed air line from
the air outlet to the pneumatic solenoid valve
on the lift and connect it to the claw lift air
valve.
• Seal the coupling on the gas line before
pulling it through the PVC pipe to prevent
contaminants from entering the compressed
air circuit.

valve. Wiring diagram for lifting claw air valve.
When pulling the gas line through the PVC pipe,
be careful not to squeeze or pinch it, which can
cause an uneven gas ow. The compressed air
line must be drawn to the oil / water separator
and further to the inlet on the solenoid valve on
the oil / water separator.
