● ALUMINUM ELECTRIC STATIC PLASMA FILTER: Its purification for dust is more than 99.9%. It will
effectively absorb dust in an area up to 229 square feet.
● ANION (ION): More than 8 million ions are generated per second creating a fresh, clean environment equal
to a 160,000 square foot forest. (Optional on/off feature).
● UVC LIGHT: Its sterilization rate is more than 99.2%, killing a variety of bacteria, mold, viruses and
other microorganisms.
● ULPA (SUPER HEPA) FILTER: Absorbs particulate down to 0.1 micron like pollen, drifting dust and germs
with purification efficiency of 99.999%.
● PHOTO CATALYST FILTER: Restrains the activation of bacteria and viruses with efficiency equal to an
environment of 54,000 °F.
● ACTIVATED CARBON: Absorbs and decomposes harmful gasses, odors and volatile organic compounds (VOC).

Six stages of purification power
UVC LIGHTS: Kill a variety of bacteria, mold, viruses and other microorganisms that can trigger allergic
reactions and respiratory illnesses and infections. It effectively kills over 99% of germs. (Optional on/off
feature).
ULPA MICRO ALLERGEN FILTER (SUPER HEPA): Captures particles such as dust mites, dander and
pollen and keeps them from being circulated into the air that your family and pets breathe. This powerful
filter filters out particles as small as 0.1 microns with 99.999% efficiency, making it more effective than even
a HEPA filter.
ALUMINUM ELECTRONIC STATIC PLASMA FILTER: Collects the dust in the air around you with electric
plasma technology that is 99.9% effective. You’ll have cleaner air and less dust on your furniture. Aluminum
filter is washable and reusable. (Optional on/off feature).
PHOTO CATALYST FILTER: Restrains and inactivates reproduction of microorganisms such as mold,
bacteria and viruses with TiO2.
ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER: Absorbs odors, gas, smoke, fumes and VOC’s for cleaner, fresher air.

AIR POLLUTION SENSORS: There are odor sensors and particle sensors* in the unit which will control
its working status when the sensors detect pollutants in the air such as dust, odor and smoke as well as a
multitude of many others.
AIR QUALITY LED: It notifies you of the pollution level of the air according to the color of the LED: Red
(highly polluted), Purple (semi-polluted), Blue (non-polluted).
EXTENDED FILTER LIFE: TheAluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter can reduce large particles in the
air up to 99%, helping to extend the life of the ULPA and Activated Carbon Filters.
AUTO FILTER CLEANING/REPLACEMENT LEDS: The auto filter LEDs notify you when the ULPA Filter,
Aluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter and the UVC Light need cleaning or replacement. An audible alarm
will also sound when cleaning or replacement is necessary.
AUTO MODE: Controlled by the built-in Samsung intelligent chip (IC), the unit will automatically alternate
in 20 minutes on / 40 minutes off cycles for ultimate convenience.
AUDIO AND VISUAL SIMPLICITY: ON/OFF sound settings and LED display technology maximize
convenience and operating simplicity.

Air sensor power settings
The unit begins to record air quality once it is plugged in. Air quality will continue to be recorded
so that the unit will turn on and off based on changes in the air quality.
The ULPA Filter or Aluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter RESET Button
After cleaning or replacing the ULPA Filter or Aluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter, press the respective reset
button to alert the unit to begin recording the working time of the appropriate filter.

Disassembly and reassembly of the front panel
Use your fingertips to locate the indents on each side of the bottom front panel. With your fingertips in
place, smoothly pull the bottom front panel towards you until it disconnects from the unit. Avoid forced
disassembly with one hand.

Insert the top of the front panel to the upside of the unit. Press the bottom and top of the front panel until
it is secured in place. Then use two hands, one on each side of the middle of the front panel, and press
forward firmly until you hear each side of the panel click into place.The front panel should be flush against
the unit, it should not be bowed.

Press the POWER button. The POWER LED lights up and the unit powers on.

LOW Fan Speed
Press the ANION (Ion), UV and STATIC buttons to turn these features on and off individually. All three features are
on by default. Their corresponding lights will turn on and off on the LED panel as the feature buttons are toggled.
The ULPA + Activated Carbon + Photo Catalyst combination filter is working whenever the unit is powered on.
The remote control can control the functions separately.
It is recommended that ANION (Ion), UV and STATIC remain on for optimal benefit.
Mode settings (Air sensor function must be off)
Press the MODE button repeatedly to select the preferred mode of operation: MANU (Manual), AUTO
(Automatic), 1H, 2H or 4H function.
The MODE LED will show:
MANU: Manual mode; the unit needs to be turned on and off manually
AUTO:Automatic mode; the unit is set to alternate in 20 minutes on, 40 minutes off cycles
1H: The unit will power off after 1 hour
2H: The unit will power off after 2 hours
4H: The unit will power off after 4 hours.

The air sensor function must be off to use any
individual MODE settings.

Fan speed settings (Air sensor function must be off)
Press the SPEED button to select the preferred fan speed; LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH.
The SPEED LED will show:
The air sensor function must be off to use any individual SPEED settings manually.
Automatic air quality sensor settings (Sensor mode)
Press the SENSOR button. The pollution LED strip on the front panel of the unit will light up and the unit will
work in air quality sensor mode.
In this mode, the unit’s function and fan speed will adjust automatically to the air quality in your environment.
There are three main color indicators representing the air quality:
Blue
(Non-Polluted) Purple
(Semi-Polluted) Red (Highly-Polluted)
Hibernation Low fan speed High fan speed
When turning on the Air Sensor mode, the pollution LED strip will always be in red. True air quality
indicator colors will not be available for 3 minutes after entering Air Sensor mode. The unit will need
adequate time to record and adjust to the environment’s air quality.
Operating while in Sensor mode
When the air sensor function is on, the unit has Air Sensor Interception Control (AIC).
It records the pollution of the air every 20 minutes and the unit will work according to the pollution / air quality record.
The pollution / air quality record will be erased after the power is disconnected.
The pollution / air quality record will be replaced everyday.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE REMOVE THE PLUG
FROM THE WALL OUTLET
BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO
MAINTAIN OR CLEAN THE UNIT.
● Clean the outside of the unit (the panels) with a
damp soft cloth only.
● Do not directly apply water to the unit.
● Do not use any chemicals, solvent, alcohol,
aerosols or any other type of cleaning solution on
the unit.
● Failure to do so may cause damage to surface
and paint
Cautions for cleaning the carbon fiber of the ion generator
Open the cover and clean the carbon fiber head with the soft bristled brush that was
shipped with your unit. Close the cover securely when finished.
Clean the carbon fiber head once per month.
Do not put any metal materials or foreign objects to the carbon fiber head even when the
power is off. There is still a small quantity of high voltage power.
Cautions for cleaning the Aluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter
When the Auto Filter Cleaning/Replacement LED is on for the Aluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter
and/or you hear a sound notification, it is your reminder to clean this filter.

Take out the Aluminum Electric Static Plasma filter, rinse it thoroughly with water or clean it with a soft
brush. Dry it thoroughly before putting it back into the unit.
After putting it back into the unit, press the STATIC RESET button. You will hear a sound notification.
The unit is now recording the working time of the filter.

Remove the front panel of the unit.
Slide out the combined ULPA filter by pulling on the fabric loops at the top and bottom of the
filter casing.
With the combined ULPA filter removed, use your fingertips to locate the indentations on the
sides of the Aluminum Electric Static Plasma Filter.
Slide the filter out smoothly.

Line the filter up properly to its entrance into the unit and push it
forward into the unit smoothly.

Issue Possible Solution
The unit does not
power on
Ensure the plug has not disconnected from the electrical socket
Ensure the front panel is securely in place in all four corners and in
the middle.
When in air sensor mode,
the unit runs continuously
as though the air quality
never changes. The air
pollution LED is in RED
continuously.
The air quality in your environment may be highly polluted due to
vapor, strong odor, smoke, aerosol, etc. Move the unit to another
room to test it.
The air sensor switch may be set to HIGH. Change to LOW.
Odor in the room is not
being removed by the unit.
The Activated Carbon Filter inside of the unit may need cleaned or
replaced. First, clean the Activated Carbon Filter as is described
previously in this manual. If the cleaned filter does not solve the
problem, replace it with a new filter.
Particles (dust, dirt, etc.) in
the air are not being
removed by the unit and/or
the unit seems to be
running loudly.
The combination ULPA Filter inside of the unit may need replaced.
Contact the retailer for a replacement filter.
When in air sensor
mode, the unit does not
seem to kick on
although the air quality
is noticeably polluted.
The air pollution LED is
in BLUE continuously.
Particles (dust, dirt, etc.) may not be absorbing into the filters.
Move the unit to another room to run continuously in HIGH fan
speed.
The room size may be too large for the unit to control its air
quality appropriately.
The air sensor switch may be set to LOW. Change to HIGH.
If the problem still exists after the above troubleshooting, please
disconnect the power and contact the retailer for repair.
Refer to the below FAQs before contacting the retailer or sending it in for repair.
