thisabilitythroughtheSDK. TheSDKisafreeutility,compatiblewithWindows,available
todownloadonourwebsite. TheSDKenablestheparametersoftheMT107E-HDtobe
controlled,modified,andstoredontotheunit. TheSDKcommunicateswiththe
MT107E-HDthroughastandardUSBconnection. OncethesettingsoftheMT107E-HDhave
beenmodifiedusingtheSDK,theusercansavethenewsettingsontothedevice.

PhoenixAudioTechnologieswarrantsthatthisproductisfreeofdefectsinbothmaterialsandworkmanship.Shouldanypartof
thisproductbedefective,theManufactureragrees,atitsoption,torepairorreplacewithalikenewreplacementanydefective
part(s)freeofcharge(excepttransportationcharges)foraperiodoftwoyearsforallproducts.Thiswarrantyperiodbeginsonthe
datetheenduserisinvoicedfortheproduct,providedtheenduserprovidesproofofpurchasethattheproductisstillwithinthe
warrantyperiodandreturnstheproductwithinthewarrantyperiodtoPhoenixAudioTechnologiesoranauthorizedPhoenix
AudioTechnologiesdealeraccordingtotheProductReturnandRepairPolicylistedbelow.Allinboundshippingcostsarethe
responsibilityoftheenduser,PhoenixAudioTechnologieswillberesponsibleforalloutboundshippingcosts.
ProductReturnandRepairPolicy
1. Returntosellerifpurchasedthroughanauthorizeddealer
a. Proofofpurchasedatefromresellerwithinwarrantyperiodmustbeprovidedbytheenduser.
b. Sellermay,atitsdiscretion,provideanimmediateexchangeorrepairormayreturntheunittotheManufacturerfor
repair.
2. ReturntoManufacturer
a. AnRMA(returnmerchandiseauthorization)numbermustbeobtainedbytheenduserfromPhoenixAudio
Technologies.
b. TheendusermustreturntheproducttoPhoenixAudioTechnologieswithproofofpurchase(showingpurchasedate)for
awarrantyclaim,anddisplaytheRMAnumberontheoutsideoftheshippingpackage.
THISWARRANTYISVOIDIF:
Theproducthasbeendamagedbynegligence,accident,actofGod,ormishandling,orhasnotbeenoperatedinaccordancewith
theproceduresdescribedintheoperatingandtechnicalinstructions;or;Theproducthasbeenalteredorrepairedbyotherthanthe
ManufactureroranauthorizedservicerepresentativeoftheManufacturer;or;Adaptationsoraccessoriesotherthanthose
manufacturedorprovidedbytheManufacturerhavebeenmadeorattachedtotheproductwhich,inthedeterminationofthe
Manufacturer,shallhaveaffectedtheperformance,safetyorreliabilityoftheproduct;or;Theproduct’soriginalserialnumber
hasbeenmodifiedorremoved.
NOOTHERWARRANTY,EXPRESSORIMPLIED,INCLUDINGWARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITYORFITNESS
FORANYPARTICULARUSE,APPLIESTOTHEPRODUCT.MANUFACTURER’SMAXIMUMLIABILITY
HEREUNDERSHALLBETHEAMOUNTPAIDBYTHEENDUSERFORTHEPRODUCT.
Manufacturershallnotbeliableforpunitive,consequential,orincidentaldamages,expenses,orlossofrevenueorproperty,
inconvenience,orinterruptioninoperationexperiencedbytheenduserduetoamalfunctioninthepurchasedproduct.No
warrantyserviceperformedonanyproductshallextendtheapplicablewarrantyperiod.
Thiswarrantyextendsonlytotheoriginalenduserandisnotassignableortransferable.Thiswarrantyisgovernedbythelawsof
theStateofCalifornia.
