Note: The booster requires a minimum cellular signal reading
of -119dBm for 4G/LTE signal or -109dBm for 3G/1x signal at
the location of the outdoor antenna. Signal strength of
-105dBm to -91dBm for 4G/LTE signal or -85dBm to -71dBm
for 3G/1x is recommended for best performance.





Warning: Signal stronger than -50dBm may cause the affected
frequency bands to turn off.














Decibels are measured in the negatives, and a score
closer to zero indicates you have a better signal.

Note: Turn off your Wi-Fi before accessing the Field Test
application.

1. The Inside Panel Antenna should be facing the area signal is
needed and away from the outdoor antenna (See “Aiming Panel
Antenna” on Page 12).
2. The installation location is the approximate height of normal
cell phone use.

NOTE:
1.Do NOT connect the power adapter to the Signal Booster until
you have connected both the Inside and Outside Antennas.
2.The booster case may become warm during operation,this is
normal, please don’t worry.
Note: It is best to avoid turning the gain dial below 40 dB as this
could cause affected frequency band to stop amplifying.

Step 7: Measuring Booster Performance






Note: Having an accurate measurement of signal strength in
decibels (dBm) is crucial when measuring the performance
of the booster. Decibels accurately measure the signal
strength you are receiving, bars are not always a reliable
measure of signal.
