This product has passed CE tests for environmental specifications and limits. The CE certification,
which stands for "Conformite Europeenne" in French, testifies to a product's compliance with EU
standards for consumer safety, health, and the environment. The CE compliance declaration may no
longer be valid if users modify or add new components to this equipment.

under Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against

Safety Guidelines
Follow these precautions to ensure general safety:
•Lay the device horizontally on a stable and solid surface in case the device may fall, causing
seriousdamage to the device.
•Use this product in environments at ambient temperatures of 0˚C ~ 40˚C.
•Slots and openings on the chassis are for ventilation. Do not block or cover these openings. Make
sureyou leave plenty of space around the device for ventilation.
•Before installing or removing a chassis or working near power supplies, disconnect all
power byturning off the power and unplugging the power cord.
•Keep the chassis area clear and dust-free during and after installation.
•Vacuum the dust with a computer vacuum cleaner to prevent the air vent or slots from
clogging.
•Keep food, drinks, or cigarettes away from the computer.
•Wear safety glasses if you work under any conditions that might be hazardous to your eyes.

Lithium Battery Caution

Warranty & RMA
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is the procedure for returning faulty hardware for repair
or replacement. While we take our quality control seriously and check each appliance before dispatch,
we understand the importance of protecting your investment with us.
The appliance comes with a standard 1-year warranty.
To claim a warranty please register your product. Please carefully read and understand the terms &
conditions in the detailed user manual (download online from the website) for a valid claim.
Terms and Conditions

The system is covered by a one-year warranty period.
2.
The AC Adapter is covered by a one-year warranty.
3.
The chassis, VESAmounting kit (including. screws), cables, and product package are not included
in the warranty.
4.
Warranty claims will be serviced through the defective product's repair or replacement (based
on condition).
5.
Before returning the goods, the buyer must contact the seller and follow the seller's instructions.
6.
The product must be purchased from an authorized store and re-seller. The warranty only
applies tothe original purchaser of the product.
7.
The warranty duration starts from the product’s original date of purchase.
8.
The warranty is only applicable for registered products only.
9.
Warranty void if removed warranty sticker on the screws.

The buyer pays the return shipping, and the seller pays the 1-way shipping cost to send back after
RMA.

We will not be liable for any data loss or damage. We strongly recommend maintaining your
data backup and recovery plan before the RMA process.

1.1 General Description
PICO PC® mini firewall router powered by the latest 11th Gen. Intel® Pentium® Silver quad-core
N6005 Processor with Intel® AES-NI for secure and fast data encryption and decryption. A
complete network hub as a VPN, suitable for building firewall/router/security gateway, and
network-based applications in client/server environments.
This networking appliance is a key for achieving seamless and powerful network connectivity
proving its versatility across various situations and standing as a reliable ally with cutting-edge
ports, including three Intel® I225-V 2.5Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet ports, and dual Intel® 82599ES 10
Gigabit SFP + fiber ports for fast networking and communication tasks. Comprehensive connectivity
with multiple ports, including dual USB 3.1 Gen2 up to 10Gbps data rate, HDMI HD display port
powered by integrated Intel UHD Graphics. Comes with embedded 16GB LPDDR4 memory, 128GB
eMMC storage and embedded wireless Wi-Fi 6 (up to 2.4Gbps) connectivity. Support M.2 NVME
2280 hi-speed SSD and TF card provides versatile storage expansions.
Support Windows 10/11, Proxmox Virtual Environment (VE), and various operating systems such

2.2 Back Cover Removal
Please follow the given steps before removing the cover
1.
Turn off the system and remove the connected cables.
2.
Remove two screws from the back side of the chassis to open the Case.
3.
Insert NVMe storage drive in the M.2 Slot.
4.
Place bottom cover back and tighten with the two screws.
Note: Tighten the screws carefully, over-tighten causes damage to the screw holes.
2.3 Installing M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD
PICO PC® supports one M.2 NVMe 2280 SSD storage drive. To add the storage into the M.2 socket,
follow the
steps for installation.
Steps
1.
Before adding NVMe storage drive, please make sure the power is disconnected. Open the bottom
chassis cover. Locate the M.2 slot as shown above.
2.
Align the notches of the SSD with M.2 socket key. Now insert the M.2 memory card pins at 30 degrees into
the socket until it is fully seated.
3.
Push down on the module card and secure it with a screw.

2.4 Installing TF card
PICO PC® has a micro-SD card slot on the side panel for TF card.
Steps
1.
Before inserting TF card, please power off the system.
2.
Figure out the micro-SD card slot cover on the side panel.
3.
Hold the TF card with the label facing up and the metal contacts facing down.
4.
Carefully slide the TF card into the card slot until it clicks into place. Ensure that the card is securely
seated in the slot.
5.
To remove the SIM card, use your fingertips to push it once, to have the card automatically
eject.
