Assembling the speaker stand
1 Pass the speaker cord from the base, up through
the speaker stand.
It’s easier if you loosly twist the two strands of
the speaker cord together, as shown in the
diagram below.

2 Connect the speaker cord to the speaker terminal.
• Connect the speaker cord before you attach the
speaker to the stand.
• The speaker cords and speakers are color
coded. Match up the speaker cords with their
respective speakers.
• Open the speaker terminals by lifting the tab,
then insert the wire of the speaker cord into the
terminal. Release the tab to secure. Connect the
colored half of the speaker cord to the red
terminal; the other half to the black terminal.
*Place the speakers on a level surface when
connecting.
3 Fix the speaker to the stand using two large
screws.
* If there is an excess length of speaker cord after
fixing the speaker to the stand, steady the base
of the stand with one hand and gently pull the
excess speaker cord with your other hand.
4 Attach the cover plate to the speaker/stand
using four small screws.

Attaching the speaker to the stand
1 Fix the hook to the speaker as shown using the
two small screws supplied.
2 Connect the speaker cable.
Attaching the center speaker to
the plasma display stand
•The supplied accessories are for use only with
the PDK-FS03 plasma display floor stand.
Please do not use with any other plasma display
stand.
•For good sound and also to prevent accidents, use
the supplied fixing bracket to attach the speaker to
the plasma display stand.

3 Mount the speaker on the plasma display stand.

4 Secure the fixing bracket to the stand using the
two washer screws.
Plasma display stand (rear)
The front panel of the speakers (the part that
actually produces the sound) is very fragile. to avoid
damaging them, do not touch directly, allow objects
to come into contact with, or put stickers on these
panels. Be especially careful of young children
accidently damaging them.
