Safety
• Always wear safety glasses when tightening screws on the Mobile Storage Unit.
• Keep fingers and loose articles of clothing clear of the drill.
Recommended/Required Tools
• Corded or cordless drill/driver
• Driver bits including Philips head, T-25 Torx bit, and T-30 Torx bit
• 9/16" open end wrench for caster adjustment
• 1/16" drill bit or scratch awl for starting 6 x 3/4" wood screw holes (optional)

Step 1.0
Tip: Using the drill with the T-30 Torx bit and the
9/16" open end wrench, install six 2" Casters (23375)
on the Mobile Storage Unit Bottom (38761) first.
You will then need to flip the Storage Unit only
once after all parts are installed. This minimizes
the chances of damaging the storage unit during
construction.

Tip: Using a drill with a T-25 Torx bit, insert three
Countersink Confirmat Screws (20263) through the
Mobile Storage Unit Bottom (38761) and tighten. Repeat
for Steps 3-5.

Tip: When you place the plastic runners for trays, check spacing
between bins using the Gratnell bins. The number of plastic runners
mounted will vary depending on the size of the bins.

Tip: Using a drill with a Philips bit, install the Flat Phillips Head Wood
Screws (20987) through the Plastic Runner for Trays (40545) and tighten.
Insert the screws through the holes and use the drill to self-start.
