Introduction
PF-UHK100HE-RX is an HDMI KVM Ethernet over HDBaseT Receiver. It is
designed to be used with PF-MS82T, it supports resolutions up to 4096 x
2160@60Hz 4:2:0, and the transmission is up to 100m/330ft via Cat 6/6a/7
cable. It also supports bi-directional IR pass-through, RS232 pass-through,
Ethernet pass-through,PoH, and USB 2.0 over HDBaseT.
With USB 2.0 pass-through and USB Host/Device adjustable in Receiver,
when it is connected to PF-MS82T or HDBaseT transmitter with USB
Host/Device, it provides solutions where remote users want to control PC
sources with keyboard and mouse, or interactive display operation and data
transmission over distance is required. Additional features include one analog
stereo audio pass through from Transmitter in to Receiver out, bi-directional
S/PDIF audio pass through, 100MBase-T Ethernet Switch built in, etc.
With Bi-directional 48V PoH integrated inside, it just needs one power supply
connected to Receiver or Transmitter (supports Bi-directional PoH function)
to power both units or when connected with PF-MS82T, the PF-MS82T can
supply power for it. Its 12V power supply is secured with a screw-on
connector to prevent the power being accidentally disconnected, with LED
indication for visual power supply to units and signal status to show
established connection between connected devices.
PF-UHK100HE-RX simplifies integration and installation of a small
presentation system for classrooms and small offices, providing localized
presentation switching support over long distances.
Features
Supports signals transmission up to 90m/300ft for 4K and 100m/330ft for

4
1080P via a single Cat 5e cable, and supports signals transmission up
to100m/330ft for 4K and 1080P via a single Cat 6/6a/7 cable.

Installation and Wiring
Installation
CAUTION:Before installation, please ensure the device is disconnected from
the power source.
Steps to install the receiver on a suitable place:
1. Attach the installation bracket to the enclosure using the screws provided
in the package separately.
2. The bracket is attached to the enclosure as shown.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for the other side of the unit.
4. Install the unit in the mounting rack using the screws (provided by
others).
Wiring
WARNING:Before wiring, ensure all units are DISCONNECTED from power.
Otherwise, circuitry damage or physical injury may be caused.
Steps for device wiring:
1. Connect video source
Connect the VGA, DP and HDMI sources (such as PC, Blu-ray player,
Apple TV, 4K media player, etc) to the VGA IN, DP IN and HDMI IN ports
of PF-MS82T switcher.

10
2. Connect HDMI OUT
Connect an HDMI display device (such as TV, projector, LED/LCD
display) to the HDMI OUT of the receiver.
3. Connect HDBT IN
Connect HDBT OUT of the PF-MS82T switcher to HDBT IN of the
receiver with a Cat 5e/6/6a/7 cable.
4. Connect for additional control options:
•ETHERNET: Connect an active Area Network/PC to the ETHERNET
1/2 port of the receiver, connect a PC/Local Area Network to the
ETHERNET port of PF-MS82T switcher/transmitter (Support
Ethernet pass-through), the PC can be connected to the Area
Network.
•IR: For bi-directional IR pass through, connect an IR emitter to IR
OUT of the receiver/switcher (or transmitter supports IR
pass-through), an IR receiver to IR IN of the switcher (or transmitter
supports IR pass-through)/receiver. the source remote can control the
source at receiver side, or display remote can control the display at
the switcher (or transmitter supports IR pass-through) side.
•RS232: Connect to a control or slave device to the receiver, set DIP
Switch to “UP, X, X” position (see “DIP Switch Settings” section).
Connect a slave or control device to RS232 Port for HDBT OUT of
PF-MS82T switcher, they can realize RS232 pass-through.
•USB: Set the DIP switch of the receiver to “X, UP, X”, the devices on
the PF-MS82T switcher can be connected to the host PC connected
with the receiver. Set DIP switch of the receiver to “X, DOWN, X”, the
USB devices of the receiver can be connected with Host PC
connected with the receiver.
•S/PDIF Pass-Through: When the receiver is connected with the
transmitter supports S/PDIF pass-through, Connect the audio source
such as a DVD player to the S/PDIF IN port of the

11
Transmitter/Receiver, and connect the Amplifier to the S/PDIF OUT
port of the Receiver/Transmitter.
5. Connect the AC power cord provided to the switcher.
The switcher supports one-way PoE, it enables the switcher to power the
receiver along a single Cat X cable, and no additional power adapter is
required at the receiver.
Note: When the receiver is connected with an HDBT transmitter supports
bi-direction PoH, one power adapter is needed to the receiver or transmitter.
6. Power on all attached devices.
When all is set, check if all LED indicators on the receiver and switcher are
normal to ensure installation is successful. For receiver LED indication,
please refer to Panel Description section.
