Tip: Find a power source that shuts off with ignition.
DO NOT POWER UP IN TILL INSTALL IS COMPLETE
•Step One
Find and connect to 12-18v power source (as shown below in picture)

Tip: Carefully route the HDD cable. Making sure it does not rub or chafe.
•Step Two
Connect (figure two) into HDD serial port.

Tip: One 4 button remote can operate multiple DM-100’s when the other DM-100’s
are set to slave
•Step Three
Connect 4 Button Remote to Remote input.

Tip: If you have more sensor modules, simply connect them in between the DM-100
and the Sensor Module. Make sure that any subsequent sensor modules added to the
iMFD daisy chain MUST have the termination jumper REMOVED.
Use the 1tf serial cable provided to make the connections.

Tip: Use the “UP” button to toggle through all the available sensors. Some sensor will have
several units measurements available. For example, a fluid temperature sensor will give you the
choice if you want to show degrees Fahrenheit “Fah” or degrees Celsius “Cel.”
