OPERATIONS / SETTINGS
How to Change Firm Name:
Step 1: Hold MR Key and Power on the device
Step 2: UNLOC= Enter Master password
Step 3: PASWAD = Change Parameter setting password
Step 4: FNAME = Enter Farm name (6+6=12 char. Length of name)
How to Change Parameter Settings:
Steps: Hold M+ key power = (Enter parameter setting password)
MF= mode function: 1= counting
3= liter / % ( Optional)
DSS= display mode: 0 = normal mode
1= power save mode.
A-0 = Set time to blank the display in idle condition (0-9 Seconds)
DU-0 = dummy zero: 0= without dummy zero
1= with dummy zero
2= dual accuracy (0.5/1) or (5/10)
CS = Capacity Selection: 1 = Only One Capacity
2= Two Capacity
3= Three Capacity
CAP-1= first capacity ( first scale range for triple capacity) (Enter)
(If not use inter 00000 value)
DP1 = decimal point (DP) of cap1
FD1= accuracy class (FIRST DIGIT) of cap1
CAP-2= second scale capacity (enter)
(If not use inter 00000 value)
DP2 = decimal point (DP) of cap2
FD2 = accuracy class (FIRST DIGIT) of cap2
CAP-3= scale capacity (enter)
DP3 = decimal point (DP) of cap3
FD3 = accuracy class (FIRST DIGIT) of cap3
Litd = Feed liter density
How to see LoadCell counts:
Step 1: Hold MODE key power on = see machine internal count
Step 2: On No-load machine count must be 3000 to 12000 count
Step 3: Usable machine counts are up to 300000
How to Calibrate the Device:
Step 1: Make sure that the Machine is in weighing mode
Step 2: Keep Weight on the Pan/ platform (near 30% of maximum capacity.)
Step 3: Press MR Key and hold then press MODE key
Step 4: Display Show PASSWAD (Enter)
Step 5: If display shows READML (Then check your weight)
Step 5: Display show 00000 (feed above weight by M+& MR Keys)
Step 6: Press ENTER KEY to complete calibration.
How to set up Piece counting mode:
Step 1: Make sure that machine is in weighing mode.
Step 2: Keep some pieces on the pan/ platform.
Step 3: Display shows you the weight.
Step 4: Press MR Key & M+ Key display show COUNT
Step 5: Then press TARE/ENTER key
Step 6: Display show P. 00000
Step 7: Enter the number of pieces which kept on the pan (press Enter key)
Step 8: Now machine working in counting mode.
Step 9: For weight mode, press again MODE key.

The manufacturer warrants all products shipped against defects in MATERIAL and WORKMANSHIP for a
period of one year for standard line of products. All OEM and custom build orders carry (1) year warranty for
MATERIAL and WORKMANSHIP. Warranty will not be applicable for Battery and adaptors. Normal wear
and tear, injury by natural forces, user neglect and purposeful destruction are NOT covered by this warranty.
Technical Service MUST be performed by authorized staff or factory authorized personnel. Manufacturer’s
obligation is limited to replacement of parts that have been so returned and are disclosed to manufacturer’s
satisfaction to be defective. The provisions of these warranty clauses are lieu of all other warranties, expressed
or implied, and of all obligations or liability in connection with sale of said articles. Manufacturer makes no
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting the goods, the buyer acknowledges
that the buyer has determined that the goods are suitable for the buyer’s purposes. In no event shall the
manufacturer be liable for any sub sequential or special damages. Any misuse, improper installation or
tampering shall VOID this warranty. Product that is malfunctioning within the 1-year warranty period for scale
line and 1-year warranty period for OEM products may be returned to manufacturer for Warranty Evaluation at
the customers’ expense. Manufacturer reserves the right to repair OR replace the components free of charge as
may qualify under this warranty. REMINDER!! WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER USER DAMAGE AND
ABUSE. In addition to a listing of the repairs covered under warranty, if any, the customer will be billed
accordingly for all parts and labor associated with any NON-WARRANTY repairs made to the product.
