Le elettropompe serie V-VX-VR sono
soggette a rigorosi ollaudi in ogni stadio
produttivo, funzioneranno regolarmente
per lungo tempo on piena soddisfazione
del liente se verranno seguite on severa
attenzione le istruzioni indi ate.
L’installazione è responsabilità del liente
e deve seguire leggi e regole di igiene e
si urezza lo ali vigenti. L’installazione non
orretta e l’uso inadeguato provo ano
guasti, peri olose rotture e usure pre o i.
La garanzia del prodotto opre eventuali
omprovati difetti di fabbri azione, e non
sarà ri onos iuta in aso di utilizzo non
orretto dei ma hinari, né in aso di
smontaggio/manomissione di ma hina o
sue parti ausiliarie ( ome interruttori a
galleggiante o avi di alimentazione). Se
nel periodo di garanzia presenta un non
orretto funzionamento, l’elettropompa
dovrà essere resa al ostruttore o ad un
punto di assistenza autorizzato.

Non tilizzare mai il cavo elettrico per
sollevare l’elettropompa: per qualunque
spostamento, usare la maniglia o i gan i
on ui la pompa è equipaggiata.
Non sv otare piscine o vasche q ando vi
sono persone immerse, in quanto non
onforme alla norma EN 60-335-2-60.

subje t to stri t tests during ea h

with full ustomer satisfa tion for a long

The Installation is responsibility of the
ustomer and must be arried out in
omplian e with safety lo al rules.
Improper installation and inadequate use
will ause breakdowns, premature wear
and dangerous damages.
The produ t warranty overs all proven
manufa turing defe ts, and will not be
re ognized in ase of in orre t use of the
ma hinery, or in ase of disassembly or
tampering of the ma hine or its auxiliary
parts (su h as float swit hes or power
ables). If during the warranty there is an
in orre t operation, the ele tri pump
must be returned to the manufa turer or
to an authorized servi e point.

any additional information not present in
the man al, please contact o r technical
offices.
Upon re eiving the goods, he k that data
indi ated on the identifi ation plate of the
pump orrespond to the order data.

Read arefully this instru tions manual
before installing the pumps: failure to
omply with the above mentioned
pro edures will result in the invalidation
of the warranty and relieves the seller of
any responsibility in ase of a idents.
Never se the electric cable to lift the
electric p mp: for any movement, use the
hooks or the handle with whi h the pump
is equipped.
Do not empty pools or tanks when there
are persons immersed in it, as it does not
omply with the standard EN 60-335-2-60.
Do not to ch the electrop mp with yo r
hands when it is operating.
Never r n the electric p mp when it is
o t of water: dry running, even briefly,
may ause immediate destru tion of the
hydrauli omponents.
Les éle tropompes de la série V-VX-VR
sont soumises à des tests stri ts à haque
étape de la produ tion, elles travailleront
régulièrement pendant longtemps ave
satisfa tion du lient si les instru tions
indiquées seront suivies ave attention.
L'installation est à la harge du lient et
doit respe ter les lois lo ales et les règles
de sé urité. Une installation in orre te et
une utilisation inadéquate entraîneront
des pannes, des ruptures dangereuses et
une usure prématurée.
La garantie du produit ouvre tous les
défauts de fabri ation prouvés et ne sera
re onnue en as d'utilisation in orre te
ou en as de démontage ou manipulation
de la ma hine ou de ses piè es auxiliaires
( âbles d'alimentation ou interrupteurs à
flotteur). Si pendant la garantie le
fon tionnement est in orre t, la pompe
éle trique doit être renvoyée au fabri ant
ou à un point de servi e agréé.

A la rè eption des mer handises, vérifiez
que les ara tèristiques sur la plaque
d’identifi ation de la pompe sont égales à
elles de la ommande.
Vérifier que les mer handises. N’ont pas
été endommagées pendant le trasport, en
parti ulier le àble éle trique et, le as
é héant, l’interrupteur à flotteur si elle en
est purvue.
Lisez attentivement e manuel d’entretien
et utilisation avant d’installer les pompes:
le non respe t des règles i dessus
entraìnera l’expiration de la garantie et
dégagera le vendeur de toute
responsabilité en as d’a ident.
N’ tilisez jamais le càble électriq e po r
so lever la pompe électriq e: pour tout
mouvement utilisez les ro hets ou la
poignée.
Ne pas vider les piscines o les réservoirs
lorsq e des personnes sont immergées,
ar elle ne respe te pas la norme EN 60-
335-2-60.
Ne to chez pas l'électropompe avec vos
mains q and elle fonctionne.
N' tilisez la pompe lorsq 'elle est hors
de l'ea : le fon tionnement à se due à la

IMPIEGO APPLICATION UTILISATION
Le elettropompe V-VX-VR, disponibili per
installazione fissa o mobile, sono adatte a
onvogliare a que luride grigliate on
orpi sospesi di diametro fino a 40 mm.
Posizione di f nzionamento: verticale.
Non s perare mai i seg enti limiti:
- 40°C di temperatura liquido pompato
- 30 di avviamenti/ora
- 20m di altezza immersione
- 5% sopra il valore di targa di tensione
È vietato l’ so della pompa per liq idi
infiammabili/pericolosi (cherosene, olio,
benzina,…) e in aree esplosive.
The V-VX-VR ele tri pumps, available for
fixed or mobile installation, are suitable
for dirty sewage waters with suspended
solids with 40 mm max. diameter.
Operating position: only vertical.
Do not exceed the following limits:
- 40°C of liquid temperature pumped
- 30 starts/hour
- 20m max. depth
- 5% above the nominal value of voltage
It is forbidden to se the p mp for
inflammable/dangero s liq ids (petrol,
kerosene, oil,...) and in explosive areas.

installation fixe et mobile, sont adaptée
au transport d’eau râpée ave des orps
suspendus de 40mm diamètre max.
Position de fonctionnement: verticale.
Ne jamais dépasser les limites s ivantes:
- 40° de température du liquide pompé

- 20m de hauteur de plongée
- 5% au-dessus de la valeur de tension

COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO ELECTRICAL CONNECTION BRANCHEMENT ELECTRIQUE
I collegamenti elettrici devono essere
eseg iti solo da personale q alificato,
che operi nel rispetto delle norme locali.
I motori sono provvisti di cond ttore di
terra gialloverde che l’ tente deve
sempre provvedere a far collegare alla
terra della rete di distrib zione.
Verifi are he tensione e frequenza siano
orrispondenti ai valori indi ati sulla targa
di identifi azione dell’elettropompa.
Le elettropompe monofase sono fornite
di spe iale spina in ludente ondensatore
e protezione amperometri a a riarmo
manuale. La protezione termi a protegge
il motore da sovra ari hi he possono
provenire da eventuali intasamenti della
pompa, sbalzi di tensione, blo aggi,… In
aso di arresto per surris aldamento,
l’elettropompa si riazionerà in automati o
dopo ir a 15min di raffreddamento.
Per le elettropompe trifase la protezione
è responsabilità dell’utente, he dovrà
impiegare un quadro di omando di
apa ità tale da mantenere un eser izio
affidabile nel tempo. La strumentazione di
avvio deve omprendere:
- interruttore generale on fusibile di
adeguata apa ità
- relè termi o proporzionato a potenza
del motore
- relè di minima tensione per prevenire i
asi di man anza di fase
L’utente deve provvedere a far ollegare
alla linea elettri a le elettropompe trifase,
utilizzate on interruttore automati o a
galleggiante o meno, per mezzo di quadro
di ontrollo e relative protezioni in modo
da prevenire sovra ari hi imprevisti. (Fig.
1, pag. 6)
L’utente deve provvedere a proteggere
strumentazione, giunzioni e ollegamenti
elettri i dall’umidità.
Qualora si debba prolungare il avo di
alimentazione, verifi are he sia di buona
qualità e di sezione adeguata in rapporto
a lunghezza e potenza del motore.

Single phase electric p mps are equipped
with a spe ial plug in luding ondenser
and amperometri prote tion.
Thermal prote tion prote ts motor from
overloads that may be aused by possible
blo kage of the pump, power surges,… In
ase of overheating stop, the ele tri
pump will automati ally restart after 15
minutes of ooling.
About 3-phase electric p mps, prote tion
is responsibility of user, who must employ
a ontrol panel of adequate apa ity to
ensure reliable operation over time.
Starter equipment must in lude:
- main swit h with suitably sized fuses
- thermal relay proportional to motor
power
- minimum voltage relay to prevent la k
of phase
The user must ensure that the 3-phase
ele tri pumps, used with float swit h or
not, are onne ted to the main ele tri
supply by a suitable ontrol box and
relative prote tions in order to prevent
unexpe ted overloads. (Fig. 1, pag. 6)
The user must prote t instrumentation,
joints and ele tri al onne tions from
moisture and humidity.
In ase of need to extend the ele tri
power able, he k that it is of good
quality and of suitable size in relation to
able length and motor power.

Vérifiez que les la tension et la fréquen e
orrespondent aux valuers indiquées sur
la plaque d'identifi ation de la pompe.
Pompes électriq es monophasées sont
équipées d'un prise spé ial omprenant
une prote tion ampérométrique et un
ondensateur. La prote tion thermique
protège le moteur ontre les sur harges
pouvant provenir des blo ages, éventuels
entassement de la pompe, surtensions,…
En as d'arrêt de sur hauffe, la pompe
redémarre après refroidissement pendant
environ 15min.
Pour les pompes électriq es 3-phasées, la
prote tion in ombe à l'utilisateur, qui doit
employer un panneau de ontrôle d'une
apa ité adéquate pour maintenir un
fon tionnement fiable dans le temps. Le
appareillage de servi e doit omprendre:
- interrupteur général ave fusible de
alibrage adéquat
- relai thermique proportionnel à la
puissan e du moteur
- relais de tension minimum pour éviter
une manque de phase
L'utilisateur doit s'assurer que les pompes
éle triques 3-phasées, utilisées ave ou
non un interrupteur à flotteur, sont
onne tées à l'alimentation prin ipale par
un boîtier de ommande approprié et des
prote tions relatives afin d'éviter des
sur harges imprévues. (Fig. 1, pag. 6)
L'utilisateur doit protéger onnexions
éle triques, les joints et l'instrumentation
ontre l'humidité.
En as de besoin de rallonger le âble
d'alimentation, vérifiez qu'il est de bonne
qualité et de taille appropriée par rapport
à la longueur et à la puissan e du moteur

he il pozzetto abbia dimensioni ampie
tanto da garantire un afflusso di fluido
suffi iente al orretto funzionamento on
limitato numero di avviamenti all’ora.
Se sono previsti interruttori di livello a
galleggiante, ontrollare he i avi non si
attor iglino né si impiglino in qual he
asperità. Verifi are he vi sia lo spazio
adeguato al orretto funzionamento.
Dimensioni minime consigliate: 500x500
H650 [mm].
In onfigurazione di installazione mobile,
la pompa può essere appoggiata al fondo
del pozzetto o essere sospesa da una fune
(in nylon, inox,…) an orata alla maniglia.
È ra omandabile he il diametro del tubo
di mandata sia non inferiore al diametro
della bo a della pompa.
Se per q alsiasi ragione fosse necessario
procedere a smontaggio, il cliente dovrà
obbligatoriamente rivolgersi al servizio
assistenza o al rivenditore.

liquid flow for orre t operation with a
limited number of starts per hour.
In ase of ele tri pump equipped with
automati float level swit h, he k that
tank provides spa e suffi ient for good
operation and that the ables do not twist
or be ome aught in some roughness.
Recommended minim m dimensions:
500x500 H650 [mm].
In a mobile installation onfiguration, the
pump may be pla ed on the bottom of
the tank or suspended by a strong rope
(stainless steel, nylon,...) an hored to the
handle. It is advisable that delivery pipe
has a diameter not inferior to the mouth
of the pump.
If, for any reason, it will be necessary to
proceed with the dismo nting, the
cost mer m st contact the retailer or the
assistance service.
Assurez d'abord que le puits ne ontient
matériaux pouvant obstruer les onduites
de la pompe. Assurez que les dimensions
du puits sont suffisamment grandes pour
garantir un débit de fluide suffisant pour
un fon tionnement orre t ave un
nombre limité de démarrages par heure.
Si le onta teur de niveau à flotteur est
fourni, vérifiez que les âbles ne sont pas
emmêlés ou tordus. Vérifiez que le puits
offre un espa e suffisant pour un orre t
fon tionnement.
Dimensions minimales recommandées:
500x500 H650 [mm].
En as d’installation mobile, la pompe
peut être pla ée au fond du puits ou
suspendue par une orde résistant (a ier
inoxydable, nylon,...) an rée au man he.
Il est onseillé que le tuyau de distribution
ait un diamètre inférieur à elui de la
bou he de la pompe.

nécessaire de procéder a démontage, le
client doit contacter le service après-
vente o le revende r.

MISE EN MARCHE
et FONCTIONNEMENT
Eseguire un ultimo attento ontrollo alle
appare hiature elettri he e alle relative
tarature prima di avviare l’elettropompa.
Verifi are prima dell’immersione, on un
breve impulso e in ondizioni di massima
si urezza, he il senso di rotazione della
pompa trifase sia uguale a quello indi ato
dalla fre ia sul oper hio. Se la pompa
trifase è già immersa e azionata, verifi are
he il valore di amperaggio non superi il
dato di targa: se la pompa funziona on
senso di rotazione invertito, la orrente
assorbita risulterà esuberante.
L’elettropompa monofase gira sempre nel
senso di rotazione orretto.
Non infilare mai mani o attrezzi dentro la
bocca di aspirazione della pompa: prima
di ogni ontrollo, assi urarsi di avere tolto
l’alimentazione elettri a.
A motore funzionante, ontrollare he la
orrente non superi mai il dato di targa e
la tensione di alimentazione risulti non
superiore al 5% più del valore nominale.
Eseguire la taratura dei relè di protezione,
il ui valore non deve mai superare il dato
di targa della pompa.

Before immersion, with a short impulse
and in onditions of maximum safety,
he k that the dire tion of rotation of the
3-phase pump is the same as that
indi ated by the arrow on the over. If the
pump is already immersed and a tivated,
he k that the amperage value does not
ex eed the plate data: if the pump works
with an inverted rotation dire tion, the
absorbed urrent will be exuberant.
The single-phase ele tropump always
runs in the orre t dire tion of rotation.
Never p t hands or tools into the p mp
s ction opening: before any he k, make
sure that the power supply has been
dis onne ted.
When the motor is fun tioning, he k that
the urrent never ex eeds the rating plate
data and that the supply voltage does not
ex eed 5% more than the nominal value.
Perform the alibration of the prote tion
relays, whose value must never ex eed
the plate data of the pump.
Avant de pro éder à la mise en servi e de
la pompe, effe tuer un ultime ontrole de
l’appareillage éle trique.
Avant immersion, ave une impulsion
ourte et dans des onditions de sé urité,
vérifiez que le sens de rotation de la
pompe 3-phasée est le même que elui
indiqué par la flè he sur le ouver le. Si la
pompe 3-phasée est déjà immergée et
a tivée, vérifiez que l’ampérage ne
dépasse pas la plaque signalétique: si la
pompe fon tionne ave sens de rotation
inversé, le ourant sera exubérant.
L'éle tropompe monophasée fon tionne
toujours dans le bon sens de rotation.
Ne jamais mettre les mains o les o tils
dans la b che d'aspiration de la pompe:
avant toute les vérifi ation, veillez à
débran her l'alimentation éle trique.
Lorsque le moteur tourne, vérifiez que le
ourant ne dépasse la plaque signalétique
et la tension d'alimentation ne dépasse
pas 5% de la valeur nominale.
Régler les relais de prote tion, dont la
valeur ne doit jamais dépasser la plaque
signalétique de la pompe.

Se utilizzata orrettamente e in ondizioni
di lavoro normali, l’elettropompa non
ne essita di manutenzione ordinaria.
Qualora venga utilizzata per liquidi he
tendono a reare in rostazioni e depositi,
si onsiglia di pulire pozzetto ed eventuale
