•Kabelstrang in Tank einlegen / Place loom into the fuel cell
•Pumpe mit Kabelbinder an Halterung fixieren / Mount pump to bracket with cable tie
•Kabelstrang (Stecker XY) an Pumpe anschließen / Connect cable loom (plug XY) to pump
•Filtergehäuse muss dabei bündig mit der Pumpe an der Tankwand anliegen (siehe Pfeil) /

Notes:
•Lange Stütze des Catchtank (Pfeil) entfernen und nach Einbringen des Catchtanks in die Blase wieder
montieren (Anzugsdrehmoment 9 Nm) / Dismount long trail of the catch tank (arrow) and remount
(torque with 9 Nm) again after placing the catchtank in the fuel bladder
•Hauptpumpe in Catchtank einführen, Pumpe im Bajonettverschluss um 90°nach rechts drehen bis die
Pumpe im Halter einrastet / Place main pump into catch tank, guide into bayonet base and turn 90°
clockwise until pump clicks into position

•Deckel Catchtank montieren (Anzugsdrehmoment 9 Nm) / Mount catch tank cover (torque to 9 Nm)

zurückbinden / Tie remaining cables together with cable tie (optinal wires for use of 4 intank pumps)
•Spannungsversorgung der Hauptpumpe an Kabelstrang anschließen / Connect main pump power
supply with cable loom

•Kraftstoffleitung mit Stutzen (Pos. 7) verbinden / Connect fuel line with supply neck (pos. 7)
•Stecker des Kabelstrangs durch Öffnung der Befestigungsplatte führen und mit Mutter befestigen /
Lead connector socket through opening of the top plate and mount with nut
•Befestigungsplatte auf Tank montieren (Pos. 17 Anzugsdrehmoment 3 Nm) / Mount top plate to tank
(pos. 17 torque to 3 Nm)
•Roll-Over Ventil (Pos. 15) mit neuem Dichtring (Pos. 16) montieren (Anzugsdrehmoment 23 Nm) /
Mount roll over valve (pos. 15) with new seal (pos. 16) (torque to 23 Nm)
•Einfüllstutzen (Pos. 2) mit neuer Dichtung (Pos. 3) montieren (Pos. 4 Anzugsdrehmoment 4 Nm) /
Mount filler neck (pos. 2) with new seal (pos. 3) (pos. 4 torque to 4 Nm)
•Füllstandsensor montieren (Pos. 12 Anzugsdrehmoment 4 Nm) / Mount fuel level sensor (pos. 12
torque to 4 Nm)
•Kraftstoffleitungen und elektrische Anschlüsse zum Fahrzeug verbinden und auf Funktion überprüfen /
