DISASSEMBLY
When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts List in the manual of the power
sweeper 8617409.
WARNING! Drain all fluids from the engine before performing any maintenance to the unit.
1. Remove the linch pin from the axle head.
2. Take out the two plastic bushings (34).
3. The guide wheel (19) should fall out, if not, tap lightly with a rubber mallet.
4. Repeat the process for the opposite side guide wheel (19).

ASSEMBLY
1. Place a plastic bushing over the new guide wheel (19) to be inserted into the bottom of the guide
wheel tube.
2. Place the other plastic bushing over the top of the guide wheel shaft that sticks out of the top of the
guide wheel tube.
3. Line up the holes on the guide wheel shaft with the holes on the plastic bushing and insert the linch pin
to secure.
4. Repeat the process for opposite side guide wheel (19).

Lorsque ce manuel fait référence à un numéro de pièce, il fait référence à la liste des pièces comprises du
manuel de la balayeuse 8617409.
AVERTISSEMENT ! Vidangez tous les liquides du moteur avant de procéder à l'entretien de l'appareil.
1. Enlevez la cheville d'essieu de la tête de l'essieu.
2. Retirez les 2 bagues en plastique (no34).
3. La roue de guidage (no19) devrait tomber. Si tel n'est pas le cas, frappez légèrement avec un maillet
de caoutchouc.
4. Procédez de la même façon avec la roue de guidage (no19) du côté opposé.

ASSEMBLAGE
1. Placez une bague en plastique sur la nouvelle roue de guidage (no19) à insérer au fond du tube de la
roue de guidage.
2. Placez l'autre bague en plastique sur le dessus de l'arbre de la roue de guidage qui dépasse au haut du
tube de la roue de guidage.
3. Alignez les orifices de l'arbre de la roue de guidage avec les orifices de la bague en plastique et insérez
la cheville d'essieu afin de retenir le tout.
4. Procédez de la même façon avec la roue de guidage (no19) du côté opposé.
