HOW TO ASSEMBLE & USE s
Warning: DO NOT disassemble the Turbine.
1. Unpack all parts from the package and place them on the floor.
2. Clean the exterior parts of the fan thoroughly with warm water & detergent with a soft
cloth.
3. Attach the Wheels to the bottom of the Dust / Water container.
4. Attach the Handle to the top Cover housing the Turbine.
The Turbine is a machine which is housed within the protective (black) cover. For
simplicity’s sake, the entire housing is referred to as the “Turbine”. The Turbine sits on
top of the Dust / Water container.

5. When vacuuming dry dust and materials which are not wet, attach the HEPA Filter
around the cylindrical component at the bottom of the Turbine as shown.
6. (Optional) A Paper (Dust) bag is provided (non-replaceable). It is not necessary to use
the bag. However, if you wish to do so, attach the opening of the Paper (Dust) bag
around the Connector at the side of the Dust / Water container. Empty the bag after each
use as a full bag will not fit into the tight confines of the Dust / Water container with the
HEPA Filter already present. DO NOT wash the bag.
Proceed to Step 9.

Wet Vacuuming
(You may perform Steps 7 & 8 as an alternative to Steps 5 & 6 if a HEPA Filter is not
available when dry vacuuming.)
7. When vacuuming liquids and materials which are wet, attach the (black) Sponge Filter
around the cylindrical component at the bottom of the Turbine as shown.
DO NOT attach the HEPA Filter. DO NOT attach the Paper (Dust) bag.
8. Add about 1000 ml of water to the Dust / Water container. During operation, when you
notice that the water is getting too full of dust and fuzz, throw it away and replace it with
clean water. DO NOT operate the appliance for too long without changing the water.
Always empty the Dust / Water container and rinse thoroughly after each use.

9. Place the Turbine onto the Dust / Water container until it sits correctly. Lock the two
Barrel Clips securely.
10. For use as a vacuum cleaner, insert the Hose into the Connector at the side of the Dust
/ Water container, twist the Hose until the connection is secure.
For use as a blower, insert the Hose into the Air Outlet on the Turbine.
Once the Hose is securely connected to either the Connector or Air Outlet, twist the
Hose until the connection is secure The Hose does not come off easily unless the Hose
had not been securely tightened.

11. Connect the Extension tubes and the Floor brush to the Hose.
The appliance is assembled.
12. Insert the plug directly into the wall socket. Switch the socket switch ON.

13. Press the Switch on the appliance ON.
14. When you have finished vacuuming, press the Switch on the appliance and then the
socket switch OFF and detach the plug from the wall socket.
15. Hold the plug when rewinding the power cable. DO NOT allow the plug and the cable to
whip around when rewinding

ATTENTION :
Read this booklet carefully as it contains important instructions for a safe installation, use
and maintenance.
Important instructions to be kept for future reference.
The following basic precautions should always be followed when using electrical appliances:
1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
The Appliance
2. This appliance must be used only for the purpose it was expressly designed; any use
NOT complying with the instructions contained in the manual is considered inappropriate
and dangerous. The manufacturer is NOT responsible for possible damages caused by
the inappropriate and/or unreasonable use.
3. The installation/assembly of the appliance will be made in accordance with the
indications of the manufacturer. A wrong procedure may cause damages to persons,
animals or objects, for which the manufacturer cannot be considered responsible.
4. This appliance must NOT be used for vacuuming burning, smoking, toxic, volatile or
flammable substances. The appliance must NOT be used to clear sewers. An explosion
may occur if the machine suctions sewer gases. Sewer gases inhalation may lead to
unconsciousness and death.
5. It is NOT recommended to use the appliance for cleaning open stoves or other devices
that contains oil or grease, soot, clay dust, plaster or other similar materials that are
resistant to water action.
6. DO NOT vacuum mud, gypsum material, wall powder, blade, kindling, clumps of hair,
large pieces of paper and other items such as sharp metal objects as that may make
the Air Inlet, Tube/s, Hose and Filter/s get blocked and the Turbine get burned. An
indication of blockage may manifest as an abnormal sound or poor suction. If these
small particles were absorbed, please disconnect the power cable and remove them
from the Dust Bag or Filter immediately.
7. Before use, check the integrity of the appliance and power cable. DO NOT operate the
appliance when Turbine or power cable is damaged. They must be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service agent, or a qualified technician in order to avoid a shock
hazard.
8. Before powering the appliance make sure the rating (voltage and frequency)
corresponding to the grid and the socket is suitable for the plug of the appliance, and
that the wall socket is properly grounded. This appliance is fitted with an earth wire for
extra safety.
9. DO NOT power the appliance using multiple sockets. Avoid the use of adapters and/or
extension cables; if their use is absolutely necessary, use only materials in compliance

with the current safety regulations and according to the electrical parameters of the
adapters.
10. The appliance must NOT be switched on using external timers and/or other remote
control appliances which are not specified in this manual.
11. Only use original components & accessories provided by the manufacturer. Any non-
original component or accessory NOT recommended by the manufacturer (including,
but not limited to Turbine, Dust / Water container, Wheels, Filters, Paper (Dust) bag,
Extension tubes, Hose, Floor Brush, etc.) made by other manufacturers or by the same
manufacturer but for other models of the same capacity or otherwise may cause injuries
to persons or damage to the appliance.
12. The packing materials (plastic bags, expanded polystyrene, etc.) must be kept out of the
reach of children or disabled persons since they represent potential sources of danger.

13. This appliance is NOT suitable to be used or stored near heat sources (open flame,
ovens, heaters, stoves, etc.) and/or in an explosive environment (in the presence of
flammable substances such as gas, vapour, mist or dust, in atmospheric conditions
when, after ignition, the combustion is spread in the air). Items containing these
substances should never be placed in the appliance, and never be used to clean the
appliance in order to avert the risk of fire or explosion.
14. Place and use the appliance on a horizontal and stable surface. Damage may occur if
the appliance is placed on an incline or decline. Be extra careful when vacuum cleaning
on stairs as the machine might topple
15. Avoid placing the power cable on abrasive or sharp surfaces or in positions where it can
be damaged easily. Avoid placing heavy objects on the cable. Arrange the cable away
from high traffic areas, and where it will NOT be tripped over. DO NOT pull or carry the
appliance by the cable, run the appliance over the cable or close a door on the cable.
16. DO NOT operate the appliance in situations where water can splash onto the Turbine
as this may cause an electric shock.
17. DO NOT use or store the appliance outdoors. Store and use the appliance only indoors,
or in any case, protected from weathering such as rain, direct radiation of the sun and
dust.
Operation
18. If you are using the appliance for the first time, you should:
a. Clean the exterior of the fan with a damp cloth. Make sure that the Turbine DOES
NOT come into contact with water.
b. Assemble the appliance fully and check that the Turbine is NOT damaged. Use the

appliance only if the HEPA Filter is installed; or, the Sponge filter is installed with
1000 ml of water placed in the Dust / Water container. This is especially so if the
surroundings to be vacuumed is extremely dusty. Failure to do so will only send the
dust back out after being suctioned. DO NOT use other filters except the ones
provided by the manufacturer.
c. Ensure that the turbine is tightly secured by the Barrel clips to the Dust / Water
container before switching on the appliance. Failure to do this could cause a risk of
injury to persons and would defeat the utility of the appliance.
d. Make sure to remove any label or protective sheet which may prevent its proper
functioning.
DO NOT:
cover the appliance during functioning;
obstruct totally nor partially the air outlet with anything that may reduce the suction,
such as dust, lint, hair, etc.;
insert objects or body parts (including clothing and hair) inside the Turbine to avoid
personal injury or damage to the machine when the appliance is in operation;
push the Switch too forcefully;
use the appliance near curtains or textiles;
carry the machine with your hand while using the machine for cleaning operations;
operate the appliance for more than 20 minutes without turning it off for at least 10
minutes to let the appliance cool down for a total usage of 2 hours a day – failure to
heed this warning may result in motor failure;
use any of the following agents as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner, or benzene;
leave the appliance unsupervised during operation.
19. During operation, DO NOT touch the Turbine with wet body parts, and it is recommended
to have between you and the standing surface, an isolating element (for example,
wearing shoes with rubber soles). If it should be necessary to step on a wet or damp
floor to pick up water, do not touch the metallic parts of ANY electric device, lamp or
switch while performing this operation.
20. DO NOT soak the Turbine in water or other liquids, wash it under the tap, or let any liquid
flow into the internal casing of the appliance to prevent electric shock. In case of
accidental fall in water, DO NOT try to take it out, but first switch the appliance off.
21. Hold the plug when rewinding the power cable. DO NOT allow the plug and the cable to
whip around when rewinding.
22. Avoid bending, stamping and dragging the hose. DO NOT use the vacuum cleaner if the
Hose is damaged.
23. Excess water in the water container will cause shaking and vibration. If this occurs, the
vibrations are your warning that the water container is overfilled.
24. Switch the appliance OFF before unplugging the appliance. Plug and unplug the power
cable firmly holding it with dry hands. Always unplug the power cable to avoid

overheating and if it is NOT used for a long period, before storing, assembling &
disassembling, cleaning or performing any maintenance operation. Before storing,
cleaning or performing any maintenance operation, leave to cool for at least 30 minutes.
25. In case of malfunction or anomaly during the functioning, switch off the appliance
immediately, turn off the power and check the cause of the anomaly, if possible, with the
support of a qualified person.
26. If smoke is observed coming out of the appliance, unplug the power cable immediately.
27. This appliance is intended to be used in households and similar applications, such as:
Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
By clients in dormitories, hotels, motels and other residential environments;
Bed and breakfast type environments.
28. Store and use the appliance only indoors, or in any case, protected from weathering
such as rain, direct radiation of the sun and dust.
29. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall NOT play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall NOT be made by children unless they
are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cable out of reach of
children less than 8 years old.
30. Save these instructions.

HOW TO CLEAN s
1. Switch the appliance OFF. Wait for the appliance to cool down completely.
2. Unclip the Barrel clips and lift the Turbine off the Dust / Water container.
3. Remove the Paper (Dust) bag. Empty the bag after each use. DO NOT wash the bag.
4. Remove the HEPA Filter / Sponge Filter and rinse under running water. Air-dry the HEPA
Filter / Sponge Filter.
5. Clean the bottom of the Turbine after each use by spraying water to remove any dirt or
dirty water.
DO NOT immerse the bottom of the Turbine in water or spray water upwards into the
Turbine.
DO NOT attempt to disassemble any part of the Turbine. Warranty will be voided in such
instances.
6. Leave the Turbine to dry completely before putting it in place onto the Dust / Water
container.
7. Clean the exterior parts of the appliance thoroughly with warm water & dish-washing
agent and a damp cloth, and immediately wipe dry.
DO NOT use a scrubbing brush.
DO NOT use any of the following agents as a cleaner: gasoline, thinner, or benzene.
8. The Turbine is the key for separating the dirty water from the airflow and proper care is
important for the performance of your appliance.
9. If the Turbine should become damaged (chipped or broken), bring the appliance to the
Service Center for checks and repairs.

ENVIRONMENTAL TIP s
This appliance, along with all other electronic appliances, should, when it is no longer
capable of functioning, be disposed with the least possible environmental damage according
to the local regulations in your area. In most cases you can discard the appliance at your
local recycling centre.
DISPOSAL: Do not dispose this appliance as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such
waste separately for special treatment is necessary.
Risk of child or animal entrapment
Before you discard this appliance, please position the Turbine onto the Dust / Water
container until it sits correctly. Lock the two Barrel Clips securely so that children or animals
may not easily get trapped inside.

WARRANTY s
Warranty Conditions
1. This warranty provides against defective materials and manufacturing faults throughout
for two years from the date of purchase of the appliance. The warranty on the
Compressor is 10 years subject to the same conditions as above.
2. This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear, replacement of consumable
materials and accessories, and the cost of maintenance of the appliance.
3. This warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of part/s damaged by misuse,
accidents, negligence, alterations, or modifications in any way, or repairs done by any
repair organisation without the prior consent of PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd.
4. Repair and service are to be performed at: 5 Changi South Lane #03-01 Singapore
486045. A transport fee will be charged for personal doorstep service.
5. The original purchaser of the appliance must furnish proof of purchase to our Service
Centre with the email or number as registered during submission of warranty when this
appliance is sent for repair/service. Failure to do so may delay the receipt of said
repair/service by the customer.
6. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the serial number be erased, defaced or
altered by the customer and/or his representatives, or the dealer and/or his agents.
Failure to ensure this shall invalidate the warranty.
7. This warranty is deemed to be void if the defect is cause by the attack of household
pests, fire, lightning, natural disasters, pollution, abnormal voltage or the usage of
generators.
8. This warranty is valid in Singapore only.
9. This warranty will be honoured subject to the customer’s registration of the warranty
inclusive of original invoice or valid purchase receipt. Failure to present these
documents will result in denial of service. However, if the customer still requests that the
defective appliance be repaired, PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd may, at its discretion,
repair the appliance but impose a labour charge, as well as the costs of the replacement
parts, to be borne solely by the customer.
10. Please refer to the attached picture for the location of
one of our appliance’s serial number, as an example.

Please complete the on-line registration warranty form available on our website. There is no
further requirement to send us any hard copy as part of our efforts to save the environment.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of this limited warranty as stated above,
PowerPac Electrical Pte Ltd, at its expense shall provide free services for the appliance
within the warranty period from its date of purchase from our Authorised dealers.
