STEP 2: WIRE ASSEBLEY
①Start wiring here
②Round marker lights(yellow)
③Round marker lights(red)
④Taillights(red)
⑤License plate light(white)

STEP 6: ATTACH JOCKEY WHEELAND FENDERS
a. Use bolts (9),locking nut(4) and washer(13) to fix the clamp(A24) to the tongue, then
attached the jockey wheel(A25) to the clamp.
b. Attach the step plate(A18/A19) to the frame use bolt (9), locknut(4) and
washer(13)
c. Use bolt (1),locknut(4) and washer(13)to fasten the fender(A12) to the step
plate.

STEP 8: INSTAIL REAR GATE
a. Connect the gate’s pin–slots with those on the trailer using the gate-pins(7/8), see
picture 1,2.

b. Fasten the bottom of the gas spring(A26) to the rear corner bracket (A7/A8) using
bolt (6), locking nut (14) and washer (15), see picture 3.

c. Fasten the top of the gas spring to the gate using cotter pin (8), see picture 4.5.
