How to Connect
1. Start up the Switch console.
Enter “System Settings”. Select
“Controllers and Sensors”.
Ensure the “Pro Controller
Wired Communication” setting
is turned On.
2. Remove the Joy-Cons from your console.
3. Position the console with the USB Type-C port downwards. Line up the Switch
tracks with the tracks on the Grip and carefully slide the console into the Pro
Grip Controller until it snugly clicks into the USB Type-C charging plug.
a. Be careful not to
touch the joysticks or
any other buttons when
plugging in the console.
4. With the console on, Press A
on the Pro Grip Controller
and it will connect.
5. To finalise setup, we recommend you
calibrate the Control Sticks (joysticks)
and Motion controls. ese settings can
be found under “Controllers and
Sensors” in “System Settings”.
6. To remove, gently use two hands to
push the bottom corners of the console
upwards, then slide the console away
from the Grip.

Turbo Settings
e Switch Pro Grip Controller includes 2 settings of turbo mode:
Semi-Automatic and Full-Automatic.
Turbo mode can be set on the following buttons:
A key, B key, X key, Y key, + key, - key, L key, R key, ZL key, ZR key, Directional Pad (up, down,
left and right), L3 key (left 3D joystick press key) and R3 (right 3D joystick press key).
Semi-automatic Turbo function
With semi-automatic turbo function, you can set
a select button to automatically activate when it
is held down.
1. Press and hold the turbo key.
2. Press the button to apply turbo to.
Semi-automatic turbo can be set to multiple
buttons at a time.
Full-automatic Turbo function
With full-automatic turbo function, you can select a
button to automatically activate when it is pressed once.
1. Press and hold the turbo key

start immediately
4. To turn off, press and hold the turbo key and the
button which has had turbo applied to.
Full-automatic turbo can only be set to one button
at a time.
Clear Turbo function of a single button
1. Press and hold Turbo plus the button which you want cleared
Clear Turbo function of all keys
1. Press and hold the Turbo key for 10 seconds.

Play and Charge
Pass through charging is supported. Plug in a
USB Type-C cable into the charging port of the
Pro Grip Controller and the USB Type-A end into
a compatible 15v power adapter or USB power
device. e console screen
will indicate when console is charging.
