1. INFORMAZIONI GENERALI
Il FSLIMPLUS rappresenta un raggio ovvero due coppie di sonde trasmettitore e ricevitore per
l’espansione del FSLIMPRO. Le sonde sono dotate di cavo piatto e possono essere collegate direttamente
al connettore micromatch presente sulla scheda Master e sulla scheda Slave o a quello presente sull’ultima
sonda TX o RX del FSLIMPRO da espandere.

3. MONTAGGIO FSLIMPLUS
1. Togliere la copertura in policarbonato ed i tappi dal FSLIMPRO
2. Inserire nell’ordine una sonda Trasmettitore e Ricevitore nel profilo Master ed una Ricevitore e
Trasmettitore nel profilo Slave.
3. Fare scorrere all’interno del profilo le sonde fino a portarle nella posizione desiderata facendo in modo che
trasmettitore e ricevitore contrapposti siano allineati.
4. Fissare le sonde con la vite autofilettante in dotazione.
5. Sistemare il cavo piatto delle sonde all’interno del profilo e bloccarlo con la molletta fermacavo fornita in
dotazione.
6. Inserire il connettore volante della sonda sul connettore femmina della sonda che la precede all’interno del
profilo.
7. Nelle sonde TX ed RX identificare il raggio (2,3,4) con il ponticello a disposizione tenendo conto che ogni
raggio deve essere composto da un fascio di andata ed uno di ritorno.

9. Verificare l’allineamento dei raggi controllando che il corrispondente led rosso presente sia sul Master che
sullo Slave sia spento.

10. Controllare la facilità di interruzione del raggio verificando che interrompendo il raggio da TX Master a RX
Slave si accenda il led rosso sia sulla scheda Master che sulla Slave, mentre interrompendo il raggio da

11. Montare la copertura in policarbonato ed i tappi.
12. Montare la molla in plastica, che serve a ricoprire eventuali irregolarità nel taglio del profilo, sul tappo
plastico.
13. Ricontrollare ad installazione ultimata l’allineamento dei raggi

1. INTRODUCTION
FSLIMPLUS is a beam expansion card, or more precisely an expansion card with a pair of transmitter and
receiver probes, for the FSLIMPRO. The probes come equipped with a flat cable and can be directly linked
up to the micro-match connector on the Master and Slave cards or to the one on the last TX or RX probe of
the FSLIMPRO to be expanded.
2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

3. INSTALLING THE FSLIMPLUS EXPANSION
1. Take the polycarbonate cover off and the plugs out of the FSLIMPRO.
2. Insert first a Transmitter and then a Receiver probe in the Master section and a Receiver followed by a
Transmitter into the Slave section.
3. Slide the probes along inside the section to the desired position making sure that the transmitter and
receiver diametrically facing each other are perfectly aligned.
4. Fasten down the probes with the self-threading screw provided.
5. Place the flat cable inside the section and clamp down with the cable fastening clip provided.
6. Plug the probe flying jack into the probe socket ahead of it inside the section.
7. Identify the beam (2,3,4) in the TX and RX probes by means of the jumper, bearing in mind that beams
come in pairs as they are made up of an outgoing and an incoming probe.

8. Set “BEAMS” DIP SWITCHES in the MASTER and SLAVE cards, of beams being used, to OFF.

9. Check that corresponding MASTER and SLAVE red LEDs go off indicating proper beam alignment.

10. Check for easy beam break off by cutting off the TX Master to RX Slave beam and verifying that both the
Master and Slave red LEDs come on, whereas cutting off of the TX Slave to RX Master beam should cause
only the red LED on the Master card to come on.
11. Replace the polycarbonate cover and put the plugs back in.
12. Fit back on the plastic spring clip that also conceals any rough cutting edges around the rim of the plastic
plug.
13. Make a final check of the installation and of beam alignment.

1. GENERALITES
FSLIMPLUS correspond à un rayon soit deux paires de sondes émetteur et récepteur servant à l'extension
de la barrière FSLIMPRO. Les sondes sont munies d'un câble plat et peuvent être reliées directement au
connecteur "micromatch" qui se trouve sur la carte Master et sur la carte Slave ou au connecteur qui se
trouve sur la dernière sonde TX ou RX de la barrière FSLIMPRO que l'on veut étendre.

3. MONTAGE DU RAYON FSLIMPLUS
1. Enlever le capot en polycarbonate et les bouchons de la barrière FSLIMPRO
2. Introduire, dans l'ordre, une sonde Emetteur et Récepteur dans le profil Master et une sonde Récepteur et
Emetteur dans le profil Slave.
3. Faire glisser les sondes dans le profil jusqu'à les amener dans la position désirée, en faisant en sorte que
l'émetteur et le récepteur opposés soient alignés.
4. Fixer la sonde avec la vis autotaraudeuse fournie.
5. Placer le câble plat des sondes dans le profil et le bloquer avec la griffe serre-câble fournie.
6. Enficher le connecteur mobile de la sonde dans le connecteur femelle de la sonde qui la précède à
l'intérieur du profil.
7. Sur les sondes TX et RX identifier le rayon (2,3,4) avec le cavalier à disposition en tenant compte du fait
que chaque rayon doit être composé d'un faisceau aller et d'un faisceau retour.

9. Vérifier l'alignement des rayons en contrôlant si la led rouge correspondante qui se trouve aussi bien sur la
carte Master que sur la carte Slave est éteinte.

10. Contrôler la facilité d'interruption du rayon en vérifiant, si l'on interrompt le rayon de TX Master vers RX
Slave, que la led rouge s'allume aussi bien sur la carte Master que sur la carte Slave, alors que si l'on
interrompt le rayon de TX Slave vers RX Master, la led rouge se n'allume que sur la carte Master.
11. Monter le capot en polycarbonate et les bouchons.
12. Monter le ressort en plastique qui sert à recouvrir les éventuelles irrégularités dues à la coupe du profil, sur
le bouchon plastique.
13. Une fois l'installation terminée, recontrôler l'alignement des rayons.

1. ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN
FSLIMPLUS stellt einen Strahl beziehungsweise zwei Paar Sonden "Sender" und "Empfänger" zur
Erweiterung des FSLIMPRO dar. Die Sonden sind ausgestattet mit Flachkabel und können direkt
angeschlossen werden an den Micromatch der Master-Karte und der Slave-Karte oder an den Anschluss
der letzten Sonde TX oder RX des zu erweiternden FSLIMPRO.

3. VERSAMMLUNG DES FSLIMPLUS
1. Nehmen Sie den Deckel aus Polykarbonat und die Verschlüsse vom FSLIMPRO ab.
2. Setzen Sie nacheinander, in der hier genannten Reihenfolge, eine Sonde "Sender" und "Empfänger" in das
Master-Profil und eine Sonde "Empfänger" und "Sender" in das Slave-Profil.
3. Lassen Sie die Sonden im Innern des Profils laufen, bis diese in der gewünschten Position angekommen
sind, so dass Sender und gegenüber gesetzter Empfänger zentriert sind.
4. Befestigen Sie die Sonden unter Verwendung der mitgelieferten selbstschneidenden Schraube.
5. Ordnen Sie das Flachkabel der Sonden im Innern des Profils an und sichern dieses unter Verwendung der
mitgelieferten Kabelhalteklammer.
6. Stecken Sie den fliegenden Anschluss der Sonde in die Buchse der vor dieser im Innern des Profils
befindlichen Sonde.
7. In den Sonden TX und RX kennzeichnen Sie den Strahl (2,3,4) mit der zur Verfügung stehenden Brücke,
wobei zu beachten ist, dass jeder Strahl aus einem Hinlaufbündel und einem Rücklaufbündel zu bestehen
hat.

8. Stellen Sie in der Karte MASTER und SLAVE des FOTOSLIMPRO den DIP “RAGGI/BEAMS” der
verwendeten Strahlen auf OFF.

9. Überprüfen Sie die Zentrierung der Strahlen, wobei sicherzustellen ist, dass die entsprechende rote Led
sowohl auf dem Master wie auf dem Slave aus ist.

10. Prüfen Sie die Leichtigkeit der Unterbrechung des Strahls, indem Sie sicherstellen, dass bei Unterbrechung
des Strahls von TX Master zu RX Slave die rote Led sowohl auf der Master-Karte wie auf der Slave-Karte
angeht, während bei Unterbrechung des Strahls von TX Slave zu RX Master nur die rote Led auf der
Master-Karte angeht.
11. Montieren Sie den Deckel aus Polykarbonat und die Verschlüsse.
12. Montieren Sie die Kunststoff-Feder, die zur Abdeckung eventueller Unregelmäßigkeiten im Zuschnitt des
Profils dient, auf dem Kunststoff-Verschluss.
13. Prüfen Sie nach fertiger Installation die Zentrierung der Strahlen.

del FSLIMPRO. Las sondas están provistas de un cable plano y pueden ser conectadas directamente al
conector micromatch que está presente en la tarjeta Master y en la tarjeta Slave o al conector que se
encuentra en la última sonda TX o RX del FSLIMPRO a expandir.

3. MONTAJE DEL RAYO FSLIMPLUS
1. Remover la cubierta de policarbonato y los tapones del FSLIMPRO.
2. Introducir, en orden, una sonda Transmisor y Receptor en el perfil Master y una sonda Receptor y
Transmisor en el perfil Slave.
3. Desplazar las sondas al interior del perfil hasta colocarlas en la posición deseada, actuando de tal manera
que el transmisor y el receptor contrapuestos se encuentren alineados.
4. Fijar las sondas con el tornillo autorroscante suministrado.
5. Colocar el cable plano de las sondas al interior del perfil y bloquearlo con la tenaza sujetacable
suministrada.
6. Enchufar el conector móvil de la sonda en el conector hembra de la sonda que la precede al interior del
perfil.
7. En las sondas TX y RX identificar el rayo (2,3,4) con el puente que se encuentra a disposición, tomando en
cuenta que cada rayo deberá estar compuesto por un haz de ida y otro de regreso.

9. Verificar la alineación de los rayos, controlando que el led rojo correspondiente presente tanto en la tarjeta
Master como en la tarjeta Slave esté apagado.

10. Controlar la facilidad de interrupción del rayo, verificando que al interrumpir el rayo de TX Master hacia RX
Slave se encienda el led rojo tanto en la tarjeta Master como en la tarjeta Slave, mientras que al interrumpir
el rayo de TX Slave hacia RX Master el led rojo sólo se encienda en la tarjeta Master.
11. Montar la cubierta de policarbonato y los tapones.
12. Montar el resorte de plástico que sirve para recubrir las irregularidades en el corte del perfil, en el tapón de
plástico.
13. Volver a controlar la alineación de los rayos una vez finalizada la instalación.

ANLEITUNG ZUR INSTALLATION
•Die Installation muß von qualifiziertem und
kompententem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
Dabei sind die geltenden örtlichen Vorschriften sowie
die staatlichen Gesetze auf nationaler und
europäischer Ebene zu befolgen.
•Überzeugen Sie sich vor dem Beginn mit der
Installation von der Unversehrtheit des Produkts.
•Die Inbetriebsetzung, die elektrischen Anschlüsse
sowie die Einstellungen müssen nach „den Regeln
der Kunst“ durchgeführt werden.
•Die Verpackungsmaterialien (Karton, Plastik,
Polystyrol usw.) dürfen nicht in umweltschädigender
Weise entsorgt werden und sind von Kindern
fernzuhalten, da diese durch die Materialien
gefährdet werden können.
•Installieren Sie das Produkt nicht in
explosionsgefährdeten Umgebungen oder dort, wo
elektromagnetische Störfelder wirken. Das
Vorhandensein von Gas oder entzündlichen
Dämpfen stellt eine große Gefahr für die Sicherheit
dar.
•Das Versorgungsnetz muß mit einem
Überspannungsschutz ausgestattet werden. Dazu ist
die Installation eines passenden, den geltenden
Vorschriften genügenden (Trenn-) Schalters
und/oder Differentialschalters vorzusehen.
•Der Hersteller übernimmt keinerlei Verantwortung
für Schäden, die entstehen aufgrund der Installation
mit dem Produkt nicht verträglicher, das heißt,
dieses schädigender beziehungsweise dessen
Betriebssicherheit gefährdender Vorrichtungen
und/oder Komponenten.
•Für Reparaturen und Auswechselungen dürfen
ausschließlich Originalersatzteile verwendet werden.
•Der Installateur muß alle Informationen zur
Funktionsweise, zur Wartung und zur Bedienung der
einzelnen Komponenten sowie des Systems
insgesamt zur Verfügung stellen.
WARTUNG
•Zur Gewährleistung der Effizienz des Produkts ist es
unverzichtbar, daß die Instandhaltungsarbeiten von
kompetentem Fachpersonal innerhalb der vom
Installateur, dem Hersteller sowie von der geltenden
Gesetzgebung vorgesehenen Zeiten durchgeführt
werden.
•Die Eingriffe betreffend Installation, Wartung,
Reparatur und Reinigung müssen dokumentiert
werden. Diese Unterlagen müssen vom Verwender
aufbewahrt und dem zuständigen Personal zur
Verfügung gestellt werden.
HINWEISE AN DEN BENUTZER
•Lesen Sie die beigefügten Anleitungen und
Unterlagen sorgfältig durch.
•Das Produkt muß für diejenigen Bereiche eingesetzt
werden, für welche es konzipiert wurde. Jede davon
abweichende Verwendung ist als unzulässig und
somit gefährlich zu betrachten. Die in diesem
Dokument sowie in den beigefügten Unterlagen
enthaltenen Informationen können daher jederzeit
ohne Vorankündigung Änderungen unterzogen
werden. Sämtliche Angaben verstehen sich mithin
als Richtwerte für die Anwendung des Produkts. Die
Firma Prastel lehnt jede weitere Verantwortung ab.
•Das Produkt, die Vorrichtungen, die Unterlagen und
alles weitere sind von Kindern fernzuhalten.
•Bei Instandhaltungs-oder Reinigungsarbeiten, Defekten
oder Betriebsstörungen des Produkts die
Energieversorgung abtrennen und in keiner Weise
versuchen, Eingriffe vorzunehmen. Für diese Fälle ist
ausschließlich kompetentes Fachpersonal zuständig.
Die Nichteinhaltung dieser Vorschriften kann zu
Situationen großer Gefahr führen.

entregadas al usuario. Hay que leerlas
atentamente ya que ofrecen indicaciones
importantes que se refieren a la instalación, el uso
y la manutención. Es necesario conservar este
módulo y entregarlo a eventuales nuevos usuarios
de la instalación. La instalación errónea o la
utilización indebida del producto puede ser fuente
de grave peligro.
INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA INSTALACIÓN
•La instalación debe ser llevada a cabo por
personal profesional competente y que tenga en
cuenta la legislación local, estatal, nacional y
europea vigente.
•Antes de iniciar la instalación comprobar la
integridad del producto.
•El emplazamiento, las conexiones eléctricas y las
regulaciones tienen que ser llevadas a cabo a
“Regla de arte”.
•Los materiales de embalaje (cartón, plástico,
poliestireno, etc.) no deben ser arrojados en el
ambiente y no deben estar al alcance de los
niños ya que pueden ser fuente de peligro.
•No instalar el producto en ambientes con peligro
de explosión o afectados por campos
electromagnéticos. La presencia de gas o humos
inflamables constituye un grave peligro para la
seguridad.
•Prever en la red de alimentación una protección
para extratensiones, un interruptor / seccionador
y/o diferencial adecuados al producto y conforme
con la normativa vigente.
•El constructor declina toda responsabilidad en el
caso de que se instalen dispositivos y/o piezas
incompatibles que afecten a la integridad, la
seguridad y el funcionamiento del producto.
•Para la reparación o sustitución de las piezas
será necesario utilizar sólo recambios originales.
•El instalador debe facilitar toda la información
relativa al funcionamiento, al mantenimiento y a la
utilización de cada una de las piezas de que se
compone, y del sistema en su totalidad.
MANTENIMIENTO
•Para garantizar la eficacia del producto, es
indispensable que personal profesional y
competente lleve a cabo el mantenimiento en los
periodos indicados por el instalador, por el
productor y por la legislación vigente.
•Las intervenciones de instalación,
mantenimiento, reparación y limpieza tienen que
estar ratificadas por documentos. Estos
documentos deben ser conservados por el
usuario y estar siempre a disposición del personal
competente encargado.
ADVERTENCIAS PARA EL USUARIO
•Leer atentamente las instrucciones y la
documentación adjunta.
•El producto tiene que ser destinado al uso para el
que ha sido concebido. Otro uso será
considerado impropio y por tanto peligroso.
Además, las informaciones que contiene el
presente documento y la documentación adjunta,
podrán ser objeto de modificaciones sin previo
aviso. Se entregan, de hecho, como información
para la aplicación del producto. La sociedad
Prastel S.p.A. declina cualquier responsabilidad.
•Mantener los productos, los dispositivos, la
documentación y todo lo demás fuera del alcance
de los niños. En caso de mantenimiento,
limpieza, avería o mal funcionamiento del
producto, quitar la alimentación y no llevar a cabo
ninguna intervención. Dirigirse sólo al personal
profesional y competente encargado para tal fin.
La no observancia de lo anterior puede causar
situaciones de grave peligro.

Essa decade in caso di: negligenza, errore o cattivo uso del
prodotto, uso di accessori non conformi alle specifiche del
costruttore, manomissioni operate dal cliente o da terzi, cause
naturali (fulmini, alluvioni, incendi, ecc.), sommosse, atti
vandalici, modifiche delle condizioni ambientali del luogo
d'installazione. Non comprende inoltre, le parti soggette ad
usura (batterie, ecc..).La restituzione alla PRASTEL S.p.A. del
prodotto da riparare deve avvenire in porto franco destinatario.
La Prastel S.p.A. restituirà il prodotto riparato al mittente in
porto assegnato. In caso contrario la merce verrà respinta al
ricevimento o trattenuta alla spedizione. L'acquisto del prodotto
implica la piena accettazione di tutte le condizioni della
garanzia. Per eventuali controversi il foro competente è quello
di Bologna. - Italia.
TERMS AND LIMITS OF WARRANTY
This product has a warranty of 24 months starting on the date
of selling document, and is valid for the first purchaser only.
The warranty will expire in the event of: negligence, incorrect or
improper use of the product, use of accessories not conforming
to the manufacturer's specifications, tampering by the customer
or by third parties, natural causes (lightning, flood, fire, etc.),
insurrection, acts of vandalism, changes in environmental

returned to PRASTEL S.p.A. for repair, it must be sent postage

terms of this warranty. In the event of dispute, the competent

LIMITES DE GARANTIE
L’appareil est garanti 24 mois à compter de la date du
document d’achat et n'est valable que pour le premier acheteur.
La garantie cesse en cas de: négligence, erreur ou mauvaise
utilisation du produit, utilisation d'accessoires non conformes
aux spécifications du fabricant, altérations effectuées par le
client ou par des tiers, causes naturelles (foudre, inondations,
incendies, etc...), émeutes, actes de vandalisme. Sont
également exclues de la garantie les pièces susceptibles
d'usure (piles, etc...). Le produit à réparer doit être expédié
franco de port à PRASTEL S.p.A.. Prastel S.p.A. retournera le
produit réparé à l'expéditeur en port dû. Sinon, la marchandise
sera refusée ou retenue à l'expédition. L'achat du produit
implique l'acceptation totale de toutes les conditions de
garantie.
En cas de litige, la seule juridiction compétente est le Tribunal
de Bologne - Italie.

Zubehör, welches nicht den Spezifikationen des Herstellers
entspricht, Manipulationen (Beschädigungen) durch den
Kunden oder Dritte, natürliche Ursachen (Blitzeinschläge,
Überschwemmungen, Brände usw), Aufruhr, Vandalismen
sowie Änderungen der Umweltbedingungen am Installationsort.
Darüber hinaus sind Verschleißteile (Batterien usw.) von der
Garantieleistung ausgeschlossen. Zu reparierende Produkte
sind portofrei an die PRASTEL S.p.A. einzusenden. Die Firma
Prastel S.p.A. schickt das reparierte Produkt gegen Erstattung
des Portos an den Sender zurück. In gegenteiligem Fall wird
die Ware nicht angenommen beziehungsweise vom Versand
zurückgehalten. Mit dem Erwerb des Produkts akzeptiert der
Käufer alle Garantiebedingungen. Im Falle von
Rechtsstreitigkeiten ist der Gerichtsstand Bologna - Italien
zuständig.
LIMITES DE LA GARANTÍA
La garantía es de 24 meses a partir de la fecha impresa en el
documento de venta y es válida sólo para el primer comprador.
La misma pierde valor en caso de: negligencia, error o mal uso
del producto, uso de accesorios no conformes con las
especificaciones del constructor, daños producidos por el
cliente o por terceros, causas naturales ( rayos, aluviones,
incendios, etc.), movimientos bruscos, actos vandálicos,
modificaciones de las condiciones ambientales del lugar de
instalación. Además no comprende las piezas sujetas a
desgaste ( pilas, etc.). La restitución a la PRASTEL S.p.A. del
producto por reparar tiene que llevarse a cabo en puerto franco
del destinatario. La Prastel S.p.A. restituirá el producto
arreglado al remitente con porte a franquear en su destino. En
caso contrario la mercancía será rechazada cuando se reciba o
retenida cuando se envíe. La adquisición del producto conlleva
que se aceptan completamente todas las condiciones de
garantía. Para eventuales controversias el tribunal competente
es el de Bolonia - Italia.
