Simplicity Edge™

1Install Device
Plug the M12 connector into the Simplicity
Edge, then connect the AC power supply* into
a standard 120V or 240V outlet
Attach the Simplicity Edge using the magnetic
base, screws or cable ties. Mount securely in an
upright position ensuring the power connector is
facing down
Place the Simplicity Edge in view of the desired sensors
with minimal obstruction for best performance

*Note that the power supply is not outdoor rated, users must make adequate
arrangements if ingress protection is required

Select the Simplicity Edge to be added to the Simplicity Cloud™
Select “Cloud Sync”
Enter a name (E.g. location), then choose the desired Simplicity
Cloud account and select “Register”. Follow the remaining

• This product contains an AC to DC switching power converter,
providing a single constant 5V output delivering at a maximum,
2.0A. Failure to use the included power supply will void the warranty
and may temporarily or permanently damage the product.
• Do not drop the Simplicity Edge product. Dropping the product may
aect its ability to function properly.
