l'installazione deve essere effettuata in base alle istruzioni del costruttore

Se fosse necessario l’uso di adattatori, prese multiple e prolunghe utilizzare

Le operazioni di pulizia devono essere effettuate dopo aver staccato la spina.

tirarlo per staccare la spina.

Non utilizzare il prodotto in caso di danni al cavo di alimentazione, alla spina o in
caso di cortocircuiti; fare riparare il prodotto da un centro di assistenza autorizzato.
Non esporre il prodotto a condizioni atmosferiche dannose come pioggia, umidità,
gelo, ecc. Conservarlo in luoghi asciutti. Non maneggiare o toccare il prodotto con

Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini dagli 8 anni in su e da persone
con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali o con mancanza di esperienza o
conoscenza se a loro è stata assicurata un’adeguata sorveglianza oppure se hanno
ricevuto istruzioni circa l’uso in sicurezza dell’apparecchio e compreso i rischi

funzionamento non manomettere l'apparecchio. L'eventuale riparazione deve essere

ATTENZIONE:
Le superfici possono sviluppare alte temperature. Dato che la percezione della temperatura è diversa per
ogni persona, utilizzare l’apparecchio con cautela. Toccare solo le superfici progettate per essere
toccate.
Questo apparecchio è progettato per uso domestico o applicazioni simili come: cucine per il personale in
negozi, uffici o altri luoghi di lavoro, per i clienti in
hotel, motel, bed & breakfast o residence.
L’apparecchio non è progettato per essere usato attraverso timer esterni o telecomandi. Prima di ogni
utilizzo svolgere il cavo di alimentazione.
Non sottoporre il prodotto ad urti, potrebbero danneggiarlo. Utilizzare solo ricambi ed accessori originali
e compatibili.
Non utilizzare sotto o accanto a materiali infiammabili come le tende, fonti di calore, zone fredde e
vapore.

INFORMAZIONI D’USO:
Non posizionare le pareti contro un muro. Lasciare almeno 10cm di spazio libero sul retro, sui lati e
sopra l’apparecchio.
Non appoggiare nulla sopra l’apparecchio.
Non toccare mai le parti interne dell’apparecchio durante l’utilizzo.
Servono circa 30 minuti perchè l’apparecchio si raffreddi completamente dopo l’uso.
Non spostare se in funzione o se ancora calda.
Maneggiare con attenzione gli alimenti appena cotti, potrebbero scottare.
Non lasciare l’apparecchio incustodito mentre è in funzione.
Staccare la spina al termine di ogni utilizzo.
Non immergere in acqua o in altri liquidi ed evitare che spruzzi di liquidi lo raggiungano.
Non riempire d’olio il contenitore: rischio di incendio.
Durante il funzionamento, le feritoie di uscita dell’aria emettono vapore caldo. Tenere mani e faccia
a distanza di sicurezza. Fare inoltre attenzione al vapore quando si rimuove il contenitore dopo la
cottura.
Prima di ogni utilizzo svolgere il cavo di alimentazione.
Non coprire le feritoie di entrata e di uscita dell’aria mentre la macchina è in funzione.
Non utilizzare il prodotto come unità di riscaldamento.
Non inserire nulla nelle feritoie di areazione.
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia
staccare la spina dalla presa elettrica ed attendere il
completo raffreddamento di ogni parte del prodotto.

Connettere ad una presa idonea e dotata di messa a terra.
Estrarre con attenzione uno o entrambi i contenitori (4) premendo il tasto (5), e montare correttamente il

Al primo utilizzo lavare con cura tutti gli accessori ed il vano interno. Lasciar areare il vano interno estraendo i
contenitori (4) per circa 30 minuti. Prima di effettuare la prima cottura far funzionare
a vuoto per circa 10 minuti portandolo alla temperatura massima.

Attenzione: il contenitore destro non può essere montato nel lato sinistro, e viceversa.

Alcuni cibi devono essere mescolati a metà cottura. Per mescolare, prendere la maniglia,
premere il tasto (5) ed estrarre il contenitore. Mescolare muovendolo avanti ed indietro, poi
rimetterlo nella sua sede.
Quando si sente il suono del timer (5 beep), il tempo di cottura è terminato. L’apparecchio resta
acceso 20 secondi per raffreddarsi, poi estrarre il contenitore e controllare se gli alimenti sono
cotti. Se non sono pronti, rimettere il contenitore in posizione ed impostare una cottura aggiuntiva
di alcuni minuti.
Per rimuovere gli alimenti, estrarre il contenitore e versare gli alimenti in un piatto.
Terminata una cottura, qualora se ne volesse iniziare un’altra, la friggitrice ad aria non necessita
di tempi di attesa, ed è subito pronta.
Attenzione: Non usare mai il contenitore (4) senza il vassoio montato in esso. Non toccare il
contenitore o le parti interne durante la cottura e fino al completo raffreddamento. Toccare
solo la maniglia.
Attenzione: se si rimuove un contenitore, entrambe le cotture vanno in pausa e ripartono al
successivo inserimento. Dopo 2 minuti e 30 secondi l’apparecchio si spegne
ATTENZIONE: se si utilizza la Friggitrice ad Aria PT8LAF con una singola zona di cottura
attiva, il tempo di cottura si riduce di circa il 20% rispetto all’utilizzo con entrambe le zone
attive.
Fare attenzione al vapore quando si rimuove il contenitore dopo la cottura.
Non capovolgere il contenitore (4), poiché oli e residui di cottura colati sul fondo del
contenitore potrebbero cadere sugli alimenti.

INSERIMENTO GRIGLIE
L'inserimento delle griglie potrebbe sembrare complicato ma è molto semplice, seguire i passaggi di seguito:

Premere sul pannello di controllo (2). Il display si accende ed alcune icone lampeggiano.
Premere L per impostare la cottura del contenitore sinistro.
Selezionare la modalità di cottura premendo il tasto corrispondente (vedi “Modalità cottura”).
Impostare la temperatura desiderata con i tasti TEMP (+ e -).
Impostare il tempo desiderato con i tasti TIME (+ e -).
Il tasto SHAKE deve lampeggiare se si vuole attivare la funzione “Shake” (vedi paragrafo “Funzioni”)
sulla zona sinistra.
Premere R per impostare la cottura del contenitore destro.
Selezionare la modalità di cottura premendo il tasto corrispondente (vedi “Modalità cottura”).
Impostare la temperatura desiderata con i tasti TEMP (+ e -).
Impostare il tempo desiderato con i tasti TIME (+ e -).
Il tasto SHAKE deve lampeggiare se si vuole attivare la funzione “Shake” (vedi paragrafo “Funzioni”)
sulla zona destra.
Il tasto SYNC deve lampeggiare se si vuole attivare la funzione “Sincro” (vedi paragrafo “Funzioni”).
Premere per avviare la cottura.
Il display visualizza la temperatura ed il tempo rimanente; restano inoltre accesi i seguenti tasti:
L: premere L per modificare tempo e temperatura del lato sinistro durante la cottura.
R: premere R per modificare tempo e temperatura del lato destro durante la cottura.
: premerlo per mettere in standby la cottura (dopo 5 minuti l’apparecchio si spegne).
: premere per fermare la cottura e spegnere la Friggitrice ad Aria.
Premere sul pannello di controllo (2). Il display si accende ed alcune icone lampeggiano.
Premere L per impostare la cottura del contenitore sinistro, R per il destro, DUAL COOK per impostarezla
cottura di entrambi i contenitori con gli stessi tempi e temperature, raddoppiando così la capacità.
Selezionare la modalità di cottura premendo il tasto corrispondente (vedi paragrafo “Modalità cottura”).
Impostare la temperatura desiderata con i tasti TEMP (+ e -).
Impostare il tempo desiderato con i tasti TIME (+ e -).
Il tasto SHAKE deve lampeggiare se si vuole attivare la funzione “Shake” (vedi paragrafo “Funzioni”).
Premere per avviare la cottura.
Il display visualizza la temperatura ed il tempo rimanente; restano inoltre accesi i seguenti tasti:
L: premere L per modificare tempo e temperatura del lato sinistro durante la cottura.
R: premere R per modificare tempo e temperatura del lato destro durante la cottura.
: premerlo per mettere in stand-by la cottura (dopo 5 minuti l’apparecchio si spegne).
: premere per fermare la cottura e spegnere la Friggitrice ad Aria.

Funzione SINCRO (SYNC): attivare questa funzione per fare in modo che cotture che necessitano di
tempi diversi finiscano nello stesso momento. In questo modo sarà possibile portare in tavola insieme le
due portate ben calde. La funzione Sincro si attiva con il tasto SYNC presente sul display, La funzione
Sincro è attivabile solo in fase di programmazione, non dopo che la cottura è avviata.
Funzione SHAKE: attivare questa funzione quando si cuociono alimenti che necessitano di essere girati
omescolati. Trascorsi due terzi del tempo di cottura, la friggitrice ad aria emetterà dei segnali
acustici per ricordare di girare gli alimenti. La funzione Shake si attiva con il tasto SHAKE presente sul
display. Nel caso di 2 cotture indipendenti, la funzione Shake va attivata due volte, una per ogni
contenitore. La funzione Shake non può essere attivata se il tempo impostato è meno di 3 minuti, e
non può essere attivata nelle modalità Broil, Reheat, Dehydrate, Keep warm.
Funzione DUAL COOK: attivare questa funzione per duplicare le impostazioni di cottura su entrami i
vani, e raddoppiare così la capacità di cottura.
ALCUNE NOTE
Se si utilizza la Friggitrice ad Aria PT8LAF con una singola zona di cottura attiva, il tempo di cottura si riduce
di circa il 20% rispetto all’utilizzo con entrambe le zone attive. Per questo motivo i tempi impostati sono diversi
se si utilizza una sola zona o entrambe.
La modalità “TIENI CALDO” (KEEP WARM) è perfetta per scongelare gli alimenti. Ricordarsi di impostare il
tempo a seconda del peso e dello spessore degli alimenti da scongelare.
In funzione “ESSICCATORE” (DEHYDRATE), la temperatura va da 35 a 80 gradi, ed il tempo da 1 a 24 ore.
In funzione “TIENI CALDO” (KEEP WARM), la temperatura va da 40 a 100 gradi, ed il tempo da 1 a 60 minuti.
In tutte le altre funzioni, la temperatura va da 80 a 200 gradi, ed il tempo da 1 a 60 minuti.

ATTENZIONE: questi valori sono calcolati sulla cottura a UNA ZONA ATTIVA. Incrementare il
tempo di cottura del 20-25% nel caso in cui si cuocia con due zone contemporaneamente.
Durante il funzionamento si preme il tasto .
Con display acceso, ma cottura non avviata, non si tocca nessun tasto per 5 minuti
Durante la cottura si lascia aperto un contenitore per più di 2 minuti e 30 secondi.
Si ferma la cottura con il tasto , e in seguito non si tocca nessun tasto per 5 minuti.
SPEGNIMENTO
La friggitrice ad aria si spegne se:
La tabella seguente può aiutare a selezionare tempo e temperatura, a seconda degli alimenti da cuocere.
ATTENZIONE: questi valori sono indicativi, in quanto dipendono da gusto, origine e tipo di alimenti, ecc.
Nota: aggiungere 3 minuti se quando si accende la friggitrice ad aria, essa è fredda.
INDICAZIONI
Ingredienti più piccoli richiedono un tempo di cottura minore.
Una quantità maggiore di ingredienti richiede un tempo di cottura superiore.
Mescolare gli alimenti a metà della cottura ottimizza il risultato, e fa si che la cottura sia più
uniforme.
Aggiungi un pò di olio alle patate fresche appena prima di cuocerle, per ottenere più
croccantezza.
Alimenti molto grassi come le salsicce non sono adatti per la cottura in friggitrice ad aria.
Inserire nel cestello una teglia o un piatto adatto al forno se si vuol cuocere una torta o
se si vuole friggere alimenti fragili o ripieni.

Pulire dopo ogni utilizzo. Staccare la spina dalla presa elettrica e lasciar raffreddare ogni
parte prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di puliziaTogliere il contenitore per far
raffreddare più velocemente.
Non immergere in acqua. Evitare che schizzi d’acqua o di altri liquidi raggiungano l’apparecchio.
Non far penetrare gocce di liquido o di sapone nelle aperture di areazione durante la pulizia.
Utilizzare un panno morbido inumidito per la pulizia del corpo esterno.
Pulire la resistenza con una spazzola per pulizia, per rimuovere eventuali residui di cibo.
Pulire l’interno con acqua calda e spugna non abrasiva.
Contenitore e vassoio possono essere lavati come normali padelle antiaderenti, ma si consiglia
di non utilizzare la lavastoviglie.
Non utilizzare spugne abrasive o in metallo, o utensili da cucina per la pulizia di contenitore e
vassoio. Questo può infatti provocare danneggiamenti al rivestimento antiaderente.

Al termine del suo periodo di vita, il prodotto va smaltito seguendo le direttive vigenti riguardo alla
raccolta differenziata e non deve essere trattato come un normale rifiuto di nettezza urbana.
Il prodotto va smaltito presso i centri di raccolta autorizzati allo scopo, o restituito al rivenditore, qualora si
voglia sostituire il prodotto con uno equivalente nuovo. Il costruttore si occuperà dello smaltimento del
prodotto secondo quanto prescritto dalla legge. Il prodotto è composto di parti non biodegradabili e di sostanze potenzialmente
inquinanti per l’ambiente se non correttamente smaltite; altre parti possono essere riciclate. E’ dovere di tutti contribuire alla salute
ecologica dell’ambiente seguendo le corrette procedure di smaltimento. Il simbolo mostrato a lato indica che il prodotto risponde ai

Make sure that the rating information given on the technical label are compatible with

If the unit is out of order and you do not want to fix it, it must be made inoperable by
cutting power cord.
If the power cord is damaged, or in case of failure and / or malfunction do not tamper
with the unit. The reparation must be done by manufacturer or by service center
authorized by the manufacturer in order to prevent any risk. Failure to comply with the
above may compromise the unit safety and invalidate the warranty.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
staff itchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; by clients in hotels,
motels and other residential type environments; farm houses, bed and breakfast type
nvironments.
The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.

ATTENTION:
This appliance includes heating function.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The surfaces of appliance shall not be placed against a wall.
Leave at least 10cm free space on the back and sides and 10cm free space above the
appliance.
Never touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.
The appliance needs approximately 30 minutes to cool down for handle or cleaning
safely.
Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
Handle with care cooked food to avoid risk of burning.
Never leave the appliance unattended while it is running.
Remove the plug after each use.
Do not place the oven in water or other liquids and avoid splashing of liquids on the unit.
Do not fill the pan with oil as this may cause a fire hazard
During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings.
Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from air outlet.
Also be careful of hot steam when you remove the pan from appliance.
Before every use, unroll the power cord.
Do not cover the air inlet and the air outlet openings
while the appliance is operating.
Do not use the appliance as a heating unit.
Do not insert anything in the ventilation windows.
Before cleaning, always unplug the unit and wait for the complete cooling of each part
of the appliance.
Remove all packaging materials from the cooking compartment.
Put on solid and stable surfaces only.
Always leave enough space at every side of the oven when the unit is working.
Do not use the oven as shelf support for objects or as place to store food, pots,
containers, etc..

COOKING
Carefully wash all accessories and the inner housing first. Allow to ventilate the internal compartment
keeping the container (4) away for about 30 minutes. Before starting with the first cooking, turn on the
appliance for 10 minutes at the maximum temperature.
- Connect to a suitable and earthed power socket.
- Extract container (4) with care one or both containers (4), pressing the button (5). And mount the holed tray
at the base of container. Put food in the container (4) over the tray.
- Replace the container into the housing (3). Insert correctly, or the product will not be able to start.
- Warning: right container cannot fit in the left side and vice versa.
- Press on the control panel (2). The display switches on and some icons flash.
- Set program, temperature and time as explained in following paragraphs. Press to start cooking.
-Caution: Never use container (4) without tray. Do not touch container or inner parts of appliance during
cooking and until complete cooling. Touch only the handle.
- Some foods should be mixed and shaked at half cooking. Take the handle, press the button (5) and extract
container (4). Shake it, then replace in its position.
Warning: if you remove the container, both cookings go in pause state and will restart after inserting
the container again. After 2 minutes and 30 seconds the appliance switches off.
WARNING: if you use Air Fryer PT8LAF with only one cooking zone working, the cooking time will be
reduced of 20% respect to the cooking time with two zones working simultaneously.
- When you ear the timer sound (5 beeps), cooking time is finished. The air fryer keeps working for 30
- seconds to cool down, then extract container and check if food is ready. If not ready, replace container in its
position and set additional cooking of some more minutes.
- To remove food, take out container pour food in a dish.
Note: appliance can be switched off manually, pressing on the control panel (2).
Be careful to the hot steam when you remove container after cooking.
Don’t turn the container upside down (4), because oil and cooking residues on the bottom of container
could drip on the foods.
- Once cooking finished, if you want to start another one, air fryer is immediately ready.

The insertion of the grits might seem
complicated but it is very simple, to section
the steps below:

Press on the control panel (2). The display switches on and some icons flash.
Press L to set cooking of left container, R for right, DUAL COOK to set cooking of both sides with same
time and temperature, doubling the capacity.
Select the cooking mode pressing the proper button (see paragraph “Cooking mode”).
Set temperature with the buttons TEMP (+ e -). Set time with the buttons TIME (+ e -).
The icon SHAKE must be flashing if you want to activate the function “Shake” (paragraph “Functions”).z
Press to start cooking.
The display shows the temperature and the time remaining. Also these buttons stay on:
L: press L to set time and temperature of left side during cooking.
R: press R to set time and temperature of right side during cooking.
: press to standby cooking (after 5 minutes the appliance switches off).
: press to stop cooking and switch off the Air Fryer.

Function SINCRO: enable this function if you want to make finish at the same time two recipes that
have different times. In this way you will be able to bring 2 freshly cooked dishes together to the table.
Function Sincro can be activated with the button SYNC on display, Function Sincro can be enabled only if
you are in programming phase, not during cooking.
Function SHAKE: enable this function when you are cooking foods that must be mixed during cooking.
After two thirds of cooking time the air fryer will emit auditory signals to remind that is time to turn the
food. Function Shake can be activated with the button SHAKE on display. In case you are making
2 independent cookings, function Shake must be enabled 2 times, one for each container.
Function Shake cannot be activated if time set is less than 3 minutes, and cannot be activated with these
cooking modes: Broil, Reheat, Dehydrate, Keep warm.
Function DUAL COOK: enable this function to duplicate the same settings (time and temperature) on
both containers; in this way you will double the cooking capacity.
SOME NOTES
If you use Air Fryer PT8LAF with only one cooking zone working, the cooking time will be reduced of 20%
respect to the cooking time with two zones working simultaneously. For this reason the cooking times are
different if set with one or two active zones. The “Keep Warm” mode is perfect to defrost food.
Remember to set the time based on the weight and on the thickness of the food to defrost.
In Function “DEHYDRATE”, temperature can be set from 35 to 80 degree, and time from 1 to 24 hours. In
Function “KEEP WARM”, temperature can be set from 40 to 100 degree, and time from 1 to 60
minutes.
In all other functions, temperature can be set from 80 to 200 degree, and time from 1 to 60 minutes.

This table below will help you to select the basic settings for the ingredients.
Note: Add 3 minutes to the preparation time when you start frying while the Hot-air fryer is still cold.
Note: these settings are indications, as depend on personal taste, origin and type of food, ecc.
SETTINGS
Smaller ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
A larger amount of ingredients only requires a slightly longer preparation time.
Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimizes the end result
and can help prevent unevenly fried ingredients. Add some oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy
result. Fry your ingredients in the Hot-air fryer within a few minutes after you added the oil.
Do not prepare extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the Hot-air fryer.
Place a baking tin or oven dish in the Hot-air fryer basket if you want to bake a cake or quiche
or if you want to fry fragile ingredients or filled ingredients

Clean after every use. Unplug unit from the electrical outlet and allow each part to
cool down before starting any cleaning procedure. Remove container to make the unit cool
down faster
Do not place oven in water. In any case prevent splashes of water or other liquids from reaching
the unit.
Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.
Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and non-abrasive sponge. Container and traY
can be washed as normal non-stick pans, but we suggest to not use dishwasher.
Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive sponges or abrasive cleaning materials to clean
them, as this may damage the non-stick coating
