INTRODUCTION
The Vida Sana®4-in-1 Immersion Blender puts the power to blend, mash, puree, chop, whip,
and process food into an easy one-hand operation for ultimate control and convenience. Our

functional attachments to handle most food prep tasks.
It’s never been easier to blend and puree soup, sauces, salad dressing, baby food, shakes, and

potatoes and beans, to fluffy whipped cream and scrambled eggs. The Food Processor attachment
is perfect for chopping nuts and vegetables or making salsas.
With the simple change of an attachment and press of a button, the Immersion Blender is ready
for use. A professional style blade allows for blending or pureeing directly into cookware.
A completely sealed, protected motor handle and removable attachments make for easy clean up.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using your Vida Sana®4-in-1 Immersion Blender, basic safety precautions must be taken
including the following:
1. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
2. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING APPLIANCE.
3. FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
4. Use only with 120V AC Power outlet. Note that this appliance has a polarized plug. One
prong is wider than the other. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit into a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
5. Keep this appliance and cord out of reach of children.
6. Children must be supervised when near this appliance.
7. The appliance is not intended for use by people, including children, with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless a person responsible
for their safety provides close supervision or instructions concerning use of the appliance.
8. Remove any packaging materials or stickers/labels before using for the first time.
9. Do not use if any parts are cracked or broken.
10. Do not operate if the cord is frayed or wires are exposed. Regularly inspect the power cord
and actual appliance for any damage. Do not operate if damaged in any way or after the
appliance malfunctions.
2

3
11. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or removing attachments, and before
cleaning. To unplug, grasp plug and pull from electrical outlet.
12. Never pull cord or move the unit by pulling on the power cord.
13. Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of the table or countertop or contact hot
surfaces, including stovetop.
14. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the cord or motor in water or
any other liquid. Attachments only are designed for immersion into liquids.
15. If Blender falls into liquid, unplug first, then remove immediately. Do not reach into liquids
without unplugging the appliance first.
16. Never submerge the motor, cord or plug in water.
17. Blades are sharp. Handle carefully when removing, inserting or cleaning. Use extreme care
when removing or replacing knife blade from Food Processor.
18. Avoid contact with moving parts. Never try to remove attachments while the Blender
is in use.
19. Keep hands and utensils/accessories out of cookware or the container while blending to
prevent the possibility of injury or damage to the unit. A scraper may be used, but only when
the unit is NOT running.
20. When mixing liquids, ensure the liquid is not boiling or make smaller batches at a time to
reduce spillage, splattering, and possibility of injury from burning. Allow hot liquids to cool
slightly to avoid risk of scalding.
21. Do not plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug
before disassembling the appliance and removing attachments.
22. Do not connect the Immersion Blender to the outlet with more than one extension cord
and do not connect other appliances to the extension cord when in use with this unit.
When using a long detachable power supply or extension cord, be sure of the following:
1. The extension cord is compatible with the polarized plug; 2. The marked electrical rating
of the cord or extension cord is at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance, and
3. The cords do not drape over the countertop or tabletop where they can be pulled on by
children or tripped over unintentionally.
23. Appliance is not recommended for outdoor use.
