SAFETY
• By ignoring the safety instructions the
manufacturer can not be hold responsible for
the damage.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent
or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a

BEFORETHEFIRSTUSE
• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe
stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.
• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable
parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10
cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for
installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
• Please let the unit run for 30 minutes without food before the first use.
• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odor will occur.
This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only
temporary and will disappear soon.
USE
• The SousVide method pasteurises the food at exact temperatures, to
preserve your food. After pasteurising, cool down the bag in ice water
and store it in the fridge at less than 7°C, freeze or eat immediately.
Pasteurisation takes place at a core temperature of about 62°C. The
recommended cook temperatures for food are between 55°C and 65°C.
There is a tolerance of plus 1°C if temperatures are set till 65°C, and
plus 2 to 3°C by temperature over 70°C. This tolerance needs to be
taken into consideration while temperatures are set (e.g. set 72°C if
75°C are desired).
• Only use bags which are suitable for vacuum packing. There is no
guarantee of proper closure if normal bags are used.
• Do not pour too much water in the devise, make sure the water level is
still below the max sign after putting your food in it.
• The cooking time depends on the thickness of the food. Refer to the
table: table 1 for meat, table 2 for fish, table 3 for poultry, table 4 for
vegetables.
• Note: deep frozen food will increase the time by at least 20%.
• Note: these are recommended times when the appliance has already
been filled with hot (tap) water, filling the appliance with cold water will
increase the times by approximately 30 minutes.
• Press the On/Off button for at least 2 seconds. Press the Temperature-
Button once, in display appears „40C“. Set required temperature using
the +/- button. Press the Timer button, the display shows 00:01 hour. By
pressing the +/- button the desired time can be adjusted. Press the Start/
Stop button to start the appliance. The maximum time setting is 24 hours
• When the device is operating the indicator lamp illuminates.
Approximately 2 to 3°C before the set water temperature is reached, the
temperature control light flashes until the cooking is done. Press On/Off
button to switch off.
CLEANINGANDMAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool
down.
• Wipe the inside and the edges of the appliance with a paper towel or a
soft cloth.
• Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or
steel wool as this will damage the finish.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

VOORHETEERSTEGEBRUIK
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,
de beschermfolie of het plastic van het apparaat.
• Veeg voor het eerste gebruik van het apparaat alle afneembare
onderdelen af met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit schurende
producten.
• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor
minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet
geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.
• Laat het apparaat 30 minuten zonder voedsel werken voordat u het
apparaat de eerste keer gebruikt.
• Wanneer het apparaat voor de eerste keer wordt ingeschakeld, zal het
een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie.
Deze geur is slechts tijdelijk en zal spoedig verdwijnen.
GEBRUIK
• De SousVide-methode pasteuriseert het voedsel op exacte
temperaturen om uw voedsel goed te houden. Laat de zak na het
pasteuriseren afkoelen in ijswater en bewaar de zak in de koelkast
onder 7°C, in de vriezer of consumeer het voedsel onmiddellijk.
Pasteurisatie vindt plaats bij een kerntemperatuur van ongeveer 62°C.
De aanbevolen kooktemperaturen voor voedsel liggen tussen 55°C en
65°C. De tolerantie bedraagt +1°C bij temperaturen tot 65 °C en +2 tot
3°C bij temperaturen boven 70°C. Neem deze tolerantie in acht bij het
instellen van temperaturen (bijv. 72°C instellen indien 75°C gewenst is).
• Gebruik uitsluitend zakken die geschikt zijn voor vacuüm verpakken. Er
bestaat geen garantie dat normale zakken goed zullen sluiten.
• Giet niet te veel water in het apparaat. Zorg ervoor dat het waterniveau
onder de maximummarkering blijft nadat u water in het apparaat heeft
gedaan.
• De kooktijd is afhankelijk van de dikte van het voedsel. Raadpleeg de
tabel: tabel 1 voor vlees, tabel 2 voor vis, tabel 3 voor gevogelte, tabel 4
voor groente.
• Opmerking: bij diepvriesproducten zal de tijd toenemen met minstens
20%.
• Opmerking: dit zijn aanbevolen tijden wanneer het apparaat reeds met
heet (kraan)water is gevuld. Indien u het apparaat met koud water vult,
zullen de tijden toenemen met ongeveer 30 minuten.
• Druk minstens 2 seconden op de aan/uit-knop. Druk eenmaal op de
temperatuurknop. De display toont „40C“. Stel de gewenste temperatuur
in met behulp van de +/- knop. Druk op de timerknop. De display toont
„00:01“. Stel de gewenste tijd in met behulp van de +/- knop. Druk op de
start/stop-knop om het apparaat te starten. De maximale tijdinstelling is
24 uur.
• De indicatielamp brandt wanneer het apparaat in gebruik is. De
temperatuurindicator knippert ongeveer 2 tot 3°C voordat de ingestelde
watertemperatuur is bereikt. totdat het apparaat klaar is met koken. Druk
op de aan/uit-knop om uit te schakelen.
REINIGINGENONDERHOUD
• Verwijder voor reiniging de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot het
apparaat is afgekoeld.
• Reinig de binnenkant en de randen van het apparaat met een stuk
keukenpapier of een zachte doek.
• Reinig de binnenkant en de buitenkant niet met een schuurspons of met
staalwol; dit beschadigt de oppervlakken.
• Dompel het apparaat niet onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.

• Op dit product wordt een garantie van 24 maanden verleend. Uw
garantie is geldig indien het product is gebruikt in overeenstemming met
de gebruiksaanwijzing en voor het doel waarvoor het gemaakt is.

AVANTLAPREMIÈREUTILISATION
• Sortez l'appareil et les accessoires hors de la boîte.Retirez les
autocollants, le film protecteur ou le plastique de l'appareil.
• Avant la première utilisation de votre appareil, essuyez toutes les pièces
amovibles avec un chiffon humide. N’utilisez jamais de produits abrasifs.
• Mettez l'appareil sur une surface stable plate et assurez un dégagement
tout autour de l'appareil d'au moins 10 cm. Cet appareil ne convient pas
à une installation dans une armoire ou à un usage à l'extérieur.
• Veuillez laisser l'appareil fonctionner pendant 30 minutes sans nourriture
avant la première utilisation.
• À la première mise en marche de l'appareil, une légère odeur est
perceptible. C'est normal : assurez une ventilation adéquate. Cette
odeur est seulement temporaire et disparaît rapidement.
UTILISATION
• La méthode SousVide pasteurise les aliments à des températures
exactes afin de les préserver. Après la pasteurisation, refroidissez le sac
dans de l'eau glacée et rangez au réfrigérateur en dessous de 7°C,
congelez ou consommez immédiatement. La pasteurisation intervient à
une température à cœur d'environ 62°C. Les températures
recommandées de cuisson des aliments sont entre 55°C et 65°C. Une
tolérance est prévue de plus 1°C si les températures sont réglées
jusqu'à 65°C et de plus 2 à 3°C pour des températures supérieures à
70°C. Cette tolérance doit être prise en considération pour le réglage
des températures (soit réglez 72°C si vous voulez 75°C).
• Utilisez uniquement des sacs adaptés à l'emballage sous vide. Une
fermeture correcte n'est pas garantie en cas d'emploi de sacs normaux.
• Ne versez pas trop d'eau dans l'appareil : assurez-vous que le niveau
d'eau reste sous le repère maxi. après avoir placé vos aliments dedans.
• La durée de cuisson dépend de l'épaisseur des aliments. Voir la table :
table 1 pour la viande, table 2 pour le poisson, table 3 pour la volaille et
table 4 pour les légumes.
• Note : les aliments surgelés augmentent le temps d'au moins 20%.
• Note : il s'agit de temps recommandés si l'appareil a déjà été rempli
d'eau (du robinet) chaude. Le remplissage de l'appareil avec de l'eau
froide augmente les temps d'environ 30 minutes.
• Appuyez sur le bouton On/Off pendant au moins 2 secondes. Appuyez
sur le bouton Température- et l'affichage indique "40C". Réglez la
température voulue avec le bouton +/-. Appuyez sur le bouton de
minuteur et l'affichage indique 00:01 heure. Appuyez sur le bouton +/-
pour régler le temps voulu. Appuyez sur le bouton Marche /Arrêt pour
démarrer l'appareil. La temps maximum est de 24 heures.
• Lorsque l'appareil fonctionne, l'indicateur lumineux s'allume. Environ 2 à
3°C avant d'atteindre la température d'eau réglée, le témoin lumineux de
température clignote jusqu'à la fin de la cuisson. Appuyez sur le bouton
On/Off pour éteindre.
NETTOYAGEETMAINTENANCE
• Avant le nettoyage, débranchez l'appareil et attendez qu'il refroidisse.
• Essuyez l'intérieur et les bords de l'appareil avec une serviette en papier
ou un chiffon doux.
• Ne nettoyez pas l'intérieur ou l'extérieur avec des éponges à récurer
abrasives ou en laine d'acier car la surface serait endommagée.
• Ne jamais immerger l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide.

GEBRAUCH

BEFORETHEFIRSTUSE
• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe

• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable
parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10
cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for
installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
• Please let the unit run for 30 minutes without food before the first use.
• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odor will occur.
This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only
temporary and will disappear soon.
USE
• The SousVide method pasteurises the food at exact temperatures, to
preserve your food. After pasteurising, cool down the bag in ice water
and store it in the fridge at less than 7°C, freeze or eat immediately.
Pasteurisation takes place at a core temperature of about 62°C. The
recommended cook temperatures for food are between 55°C and 65°C.
There is a tolerance of plus 1°C if temperatures are set till 65°C, and
plus 2 to 3°C by temperature over 70°C. This tolerance needs to be
taken into consideration while temperatures are set (e.g. set 72°C if
75°C are desired).
• Only use bags which are suitable for vacuum packing. There is no
guarantee of proper closure if normal bags are used.
• Do not pour too much water in the devise, make sure the water level is
still below the max sign after putting your food in it.
• The cooking time depends on the thickness of the food. Refer to the
table: table 1 for meat, table 2 for fish, table 3 for poultry, table 4 for
vegetables.
• Note: deep frozen food will increase the time by at least 20%.
• Note: these are recommended times when the appliance has already
been filled with hot (tap) water, filling the appliance with cold water will
increase the times by approximately 30 minutes.
• Press the On/Off button for at least 2 seconds. Press the Temperature-
Button once, in display appears „40C“. Set required temperature using
the +/- button. Press the Timer button, the display shows 00:01 hour. By
pressing the +/- button the desired time can be adjusted. Press the Start/
Stop button to start the appliance. The maximum time setting is 24 hours
• When the device is operating the indicator lamp illuminates.
Approximately 2 to 3°C before the set water temperature is reached, the
temperature control light flashes until the cooking is done. Press On/Off
button to switch off.

• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool
down.

soft cloth.

VOORHETEERSTEGEBRUIK
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,
de beschermfolie of het plastic van het apparaat.
• Veeg voor het eerste gebruik van het apparaat alle afneembare
onderdelen af met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit schurende
producten.
• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor
minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet
geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.
• Laat het apparaat 30 minuten zonder voedsel werken voordat u het
apparaat de eerste keer gebruikt.
• Wanneer het apparaat voor de eerste keer wordt ingeschakeld, zal het
een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie.
Deze geur is slechts tijdelijk en zal spoedig verdwijnen.
GEBRUIK
• De SousVide-methode pasteuriseert het voedsel op exacte
temperaturen om uw voedsel goed te houden. Laat de zak na het
pasteuriseren afkoelen in ijswater en bewaar de zak in de koelkast
onder 7°C, in de vriezer of consumeer het voedsel onmiddellijk.
Pasteurisatie vindt plaats bij een kerntemperatuur van ongeveer 62°C.
De aanbevolen kooktemperaturen voor voedsel liggen tussen 55°C en
65°C. De tolerantie bedraagt +1°C bij temperaturen tot 65 °C en +2 tot

start/stop-knop om het apparaat te starten. De maximale tijdinstelling is
24 uur.
• De indicatielamp brandt wanneer het apparaat in gebruik is. De
temperatuurindicator knippert ongeveer 2 tot 3°C voordat de ingestelde
watertemperatuur is bereikt. totdat het apparaat klaar is met koken. Druk
op de aan/uit-knop om uit te schakelen.
REINIGINGENONDERHOUD
• Verwijder voor reiniging de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot het
apparaat is afgekoeld.
• Reinig de binnenkant en de randen van het apparaat met een stuk
keukenpapier of een zachte doek.
• Reinig de binnenkant en de buitenkant niet met een schuurspons of met
staalwol; dit beschadigt de oppervlakken.
• Dompel het apparaat niet onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.

AVANTLAPREMIÈREUTILISATION

• Veuillez laisser l'appareil fonctionner pendant 30 minutes sans nourriture

UTILISATION
• La méthode SousVide pasteurise les aliments à des températures
exactes afin de les préserver. Après la pasteurisation, refroidissez le sac
dans de l'eau glacée et rangez au réfrigérateur en dessous de 7°C,
congelez ou consommez immédiatement. La pasteurisation intervient à
une température à cœur d'environ 62°C. Les températures
recommandées de cuisson des aliments sont entre 55°C et 65°C. Une
tolérance est prévue de plus 1°C si les températures sont réglées
jusqu'à 65°C et de plus 2 à 3°C pour des températures supérieures à
70°C. Cette tolérance doit être prise en considération pour le réglage
des températures (soit réglez 72°C si vous voulez 75°C).
• Utilisez uniquement des sacs adaptés à l'emballage sous vide. Une
fermeture correcte n'est pas garantie en cas d'emploi de sacs normaux.

• Appuyez sur le bouton On/Off pendant au moins 2 secondes. Appuyez
sur le bouton Température- et l'affichage indique "40C". Réglez la
température voulue avec le bouton +/-. Appuyez sur le bouton de
minuteur et l'affichage indique 00:01 heure. Appuyez sur le bouton +/-
pour régler le temps voulu. Appuyez sur le bouton Marche /Arrêt pour
démarrer l'appareil. La temps maximum est de 24 heures.
• Lorsque l'appareil fonctionne, l'indicateur lumineux s'allume. Environ 2 à
3°C avant d'atteindre la température d'eau réglée, le témoin lumineux de
température clignote jusqu'à la fin de la cuisson. Appuyez sur le bouton
On/Off pour éteindre.
NETTOYAGEETMAINTENANCE
• Avant le nettoyage, débranchez l'appareil et attendez qu'il refroidisse.
• Essuyez l'intérieur et les bords de l'appareil avec une serviette en papier

VORDERERSTENINBETRIEBNAHME

GEBRAUCH
• Die SousVide-Methode pasteurisiert das Lebensmittel bei exakten

BEFORETHEFIRSTUSE
• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe
stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.
• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable
parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10
cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for
installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
• Please let the unit run for 30 minutes without food before the first use.
• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odor will occur.
This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only
temporary and will disappear soon.
USE
• The SousVide method pasteurises the food at exact temperatures, to
preserve your food. After pasteurising, cool down the bag in ice water
and store it in the fridge at less than 7°C, freeze or eat immediately.
Pasteurisation takes place at a core temperature of about 62°C. The
recommended cook temperatures for food are between 55°C and 65°C.
There is a tolerance of plus 1°C if temperatures are set till 65°C, and
plus 2 to 3°C by temperature over 70°C. This tolerance needs to be
taken into consideration while temperatures are set (e.g. set 72°C if
75°C are desired).
• Only use bags which are suitable for vacuum packing. There is no
guarantee of proper closure if normal bags are used.
• Do not pour too much water in the devise, make sure the water level is
still below the max sign after putting your food in it.
• The cooking time depends on the thickness of the food. Refer to the
table: table 1 for meat, table 2 for fish, table 3 for poultry, table 4 for
vegetables.
• Note: deep frozen food will increase the time by at least 20%.
• Note: these are recommended times when the appliance has already
been filled with hot (tap) water, filling the appliance with cold water will
increase the times by approximately 30 minutes.
• Press the On/Off button for at least 2 seconds. Press the Temperature-
Button once, in display appears „40C“. Set required temperature using
the +/- button. Press the Timer button, the display shows 00:01 hour. By
pressing the +/- button the desired time can be adjusted. Press the Start/
Stop button to start the appliance. The maximum time setting is 24 hours
• When the device is operating the indicator lamp illuminates.
Approximately 2 to 3°C before the set water temperature is reached, the
temperature control light flashes until the cooking is done. Press On/Off
button to switch off.
CLEANINGANDMAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool
down.
• Wipe the inside and the edges of the appliance with a paper towel or a
soft cloth.
• Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or
steel wool as this will damage the finish.
• Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

VOORHETEERSTEGEBRUIK
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,
de beschermfolie of het plastic van het apparaat.
• Veeg voor het eerste gebruik van het apparaat alle afneembare
onderdelen af met een vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit schurende
producten.
• Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor
minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet
geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.
• Laat het apparaat 30 minuten zonder voedsel werken voordat u het
apparaat de eerste keer gebruikt.
• Wanneer het apparaat voor de eerste keer wordt ingeschakeld, zal het
een lichte geur afgeven. Dit is normaal. Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie.
Deze geur is slechts tijdelijk en zal spoedig verdwijnen.
GEBRUIK
• De SousVide-methode pasteuriseert het voedsel op exacte
temperaturen om uw voedsel goed te houden. Laat de zak na het
pasteuriseren afkoelen in ijswater en bewaar de zak in de koelkast
onder 7°C, in de vriezer of consumeer het voedsel onmiddellijk.
Pasteurisatie vindt plaats bij een kerntemperatuur van ongeveer 62°C.
De aanbevolen kooktemperaturen voor voedsel liggen tussen 55°C en
65°C. De tolerantie bedraagt +1°C bij temperaturen tot 65 °C en +2 tot
3°C bij temperaturen boven 70°C. Neem deze tolerantie in acht bij het
instellen van temperaturen (bijv. 72°C instellen indien 75°C gewenst is).
• Gebruik uitsluitend zakken die geschikt zijn voor vacuüm verpakken. Er

• Druk minstens 2 seconden op de aan/uit-knop. Druk eenmaal op de
temperatuurknop. De display toont „40C“. Stel de gewenste temperatuur
in met behulp van de +/- knop. Druk op de timerknop. De display toont
„00:01“. Stel de gewenste tijd in met behulp van de +/- knop. Druk op de
start/stop-knop om het apparaat te starten. De maximale tijdinstelling is
24 uur.
• De indicatielamp brandt wanneer het apparaat in gebruik is. De
temperatuurindicator knippert ongeveer 2 tot 3°C voordat de ingestelde
watertemperatuur is bereikt. totdat het apparaat klaar is met koken. Druk
op de aan/uit-knop om uit te schakelen.
REINIGINGENONDERHOUD
• Verwijder voor reiniging de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot het
apparaat is afgekoeld.
• Reinig de binnenkant en de randen van het apparaat met een stuk
keukenpapier of een zachte doek.
• Reinig de binnenkant en de buitenkant niet met een schuurspons of met
staalwol; dit beschadigt de oppervlakken.
• Dompel het apparaat niet onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.

AVANTLAPREMIÈREUTILISATION
• Sortez l'appareil et les accessoires hors de la boîte.Retirez les
autocollants, le film protecteur ou le plastique de l'appareil.
• Avant la première utilisation de votre appareil, essuyez toutes les pièces
amovibles avec un chiffon humide. N’utilisez jamais de produits abrasifs.
• Mettez l'appareil sur une surface stable plate et assurez un dégagement
tout autour de l'appareil d'au moins 10 cm. Cet appareil ne convient pas
à une installation dans une armoire ou à un usage à l'extérieur.
• Veuillez laisser l'appareil fonctionner pendant 30 minutes sans nourriture
avant la première utilisation.
• À la première mise en marche de l'appareil, une légère odeur est
perceptible. C'est normal : assurez une ventilation adéquate. Cette
odeur est seulement temporaire et disparaît rapidement.
UTILISATION
• La méthode SousVide pasteurise les aliments à des températures
exactes afin de les préserver. Après la pasteurisation, refroidissez le sac
dans de l'eau glacée et rangez au réfrigérateur en dessous de 7°C,
congelez ou consommez immédiatement. La pasteurisation intervient à
une température à cœur d'environ 62°C. Les températures
recommandées de cuisson des aliments sont entre 55°C et 65°C. Une
tolérance est prévue de plus 1°C si les températures sont réglées
jusqu'à 65°C et de plus 2 à 3°C pour des températures supérieures à
70°C. Cette tolérance doit être prise en considération pour le réglage
des températures (soit réglez 72°C si vous voulez 75°C).
• Utilisez uniquement des sacs adaptés à l'emballage sous vide. Une
fermeture correcte n'est pas garantie en cas d'emploi de sacs normaux.

VORDERERSTENINBETRIEBNAHME

BEFORETHEFIRSTUSE
• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe
stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.
• Before using your appliance for the first time, wipe off all removable
parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
• Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10
cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for
installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
• Please let the unit run for 30 minutes without food before the first use.
• When the device is turned on for the first time, a slight odor will occur.
This is normal, ensure adequate ventilation. This fragrance is only
temporary and will disappear soon.
USE
• The SousVide method pasteurises the food at exact temperatures, to
preserve your food. After pasteurising, cool down the bag in ice water
and store it in the fridge at less than 7°C, freeze or eat immediately.
Pasteurisation takes place at a core temperature of about 62°C. The
recommended cook temperatures for food are between 55°C and 65°C.
There is a tolerance of plus 1°C if temperatures are set till 65°C, and
plus 2 to 3°C by temperature over 70°C. This tolerance needs to be
taken into consideration while temperatures are set (e.g. set 72°C if
75°C are desired).
• Only use bags which are suitable for vacuum packing. There is no
guarantee of proper closure if normal bags are used.
• Do not pour too much water in the devise, make sure the water level is
still below the max sign after putting your food in it.
• The cooking time depends on the thickness of the food. Refer to the
table: table 1 for meat, table 2 for fish, table 3 for poultry, table 4 for
vegetables.
• Note: deep frozen food will increase the time by at least 20%.
• Note: these are recommended times when the appliance has already
been filled with hot (tap) water, filling the appliance with cold water will
increase the times by approximately 30 minutes.
• Press the On/Off button for at least 2 seconds. Press the Temperature-
Button once, in display appears „40C“. Set required temperature using
the +/- button. Press the Timer button, the display shows 00:01 hour. By
pressing the +/- button the desired time can be adjusted. Press the Start/
Stop button to start the appliance. The maximum time setting is 24 hours
• When the device is operating the indicator lamp illuminates.
Approximately 2 to 3°C before the set water temperature is reached, the
temperature control light flashes until the cooking is done. Press On/Off
button to switch off.

• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool
down.
• Wipe the inside and the edges of the appliance with a paper towel or a
soft cloth.

VOORHETEERSTEGEBRUIK
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,

• Laat het apparaat 30 minuten zonder voedsel werken voordat u het

GEBRUIK
• De SousVide-methode pasteuriseert het voedsel op exacte
temperaturen om uw voedsel goed te houden. Laat de zak na het
pasteuriseren afkoelen in ijswater en bewaar de zak in de koelkast
onder 7°C, in de vriezer of consumeer het voedsel onmiddellijk.
Pasteurisatie vindt plaats bij een kerntemperatuur van ongeveer 62°C.
De aanbevolen kooktemperaturen voor voedsel liggen tussen 55°C en

REINIGINGENONDERHOUD

AVANTLAPREMIÈREUTILISATION
• Sortez l'appareil et les accessoires hors de la boîte.Retirez les
autocollants, le film protecteur ou le plastique de l'appareil.
• Avant la première utilisation de votre appareil, essuyez toutes les pièces
amovibles avec un chiffon humide. N’utilisez jamais de produits abrasifs.
• Mettez l'appareil sur une surface stable plate et assurez un dégagement
tout autour de l'appareil d'au moins 10 cm. Cet appareil ne convient pas
à une installation dans une armoire ou à un usage à l'extérieur.
• Veuillez laisser l'appareil fonctionner pendant 30 minutes sans nourriture
avant la première utilisation.
• À la première mise en marche de l'appareil, une légère odeur est
perceptible. C'est normal : assurez une ventilation adéquate. Cette
odeur est seulement temporaire et disparaît rapidement.
UTILISATION
• La méthode SousVide pasteurise les aliments à des températures
exactes afin de les préserver. Après la pasteurisation, refroidissez le sac
dans de l'eau glacée et rangez au réfrigérateur en dessous de 7°C,
congelez ou consommez immédiatement. La pasteurisation intervient à
une température à cœur d'environ 62°C. Les températures
recommandées de cuisson des aliments sont entre 55°C et 65°C. Une
tolérance est prévue de plus 1°C si les températures sont réglées
jusqu'à 65°C et de plus 2 à 3°C pour des températures supérieures à
70°C. Cette tolérance doit être prise en considération pour le réglage
des températures (soit réglez 72°C si vous voulez 75°C).
• Utilisez uniquement des sacs adaptés à l'emballage sous vide. Une
fermeture correcte n'est pas garantie en cas d'emploi de sacs normaux.
• Ne versez pas trop d'eau dans l'appareil : assurez-vous que le niveau
d'eau reste sous le repère maxi. après avoir placé vos aliments dedans.
• La durée de cuisson dépend de l'épaisseur des aliments. Voir la table :
table 1 pour la viande, table 2 pour le poisson, table 3 pour la volaille et
table 4 pour les légumes.
• Note : les aliments surgelés augmentent le temps d'au moins 20%.
• Note : il s'agit de temps recommandés si l'appareil a déjà été rempli
d'eau (du robinet) chaude. Le remplissage de l'appareil avec de l'eau
froide augmente les temps d'environ 30 minutes.
• Appuyez sur le bouton On/Off pendant au moins 2 secondes. Appuyez
sur le bouton Température- et l'affichage indique "40C". Réglez la
température voulue avec le bouton +/-. Appuyez sur le bouton de
minuteur et l'affichage indique 00:01 heure. Appuyez sur le bouton +/-
pour régler le temps voulu. Appuyez sur le bouton Marche /Arrêt pour
démarrer l'appareil. La temps maximum est de 24 heures.
• Lorsque l'appareil fonctionne, l'indicateur lumineux s'allume. Environ 2 à
3°C avant d'atteindre la température d'eau réglée, le témoin lumineux de
température clignote jusqu'à la fin de la cuisson. Appuyez sur le bouton
On/Off pour éteindre.
NETTOYAGEETMAINTENANCE
• Avant le nettoyage, débranchez l'appareil et attendez qu'il refroidisse.
• Essuyez l'intérieur et les bords de l'appareil avec une serviette en papier
ou un chiffon doux.
• Ne nettoyez pas l'intérieur ou l'extérieur avec des éponges à récurer
abrasives ou en laine d'acier car la surface serait endommagée.
• Ne jamais immerger l’appareil dans l’eau ou tout autre liquide.

VORDERERSTENINBETRIEBNAHME
• Nehmen Sie das Gerät und das Zubehör aus der Verpackung.Entfernen
Sie die Aufkleber, die Schutzfolie oder das Plastik vom Gerät.
• Wischen Sie vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme des Geräts alle
abnehmbaren Teile mit einem feuchten Tuch ab. Verwenden Sie
niemals Scheuermittel.
• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine ebene und stabile Fläche und halten Sie
einen Abstand von mindestens 10 cm um das Gerät herum ein. Dieses
Gerät ist nicht für den Anschluss oder die Verwendung in einem Schrank
oder im Freien geeignet.
• Bitte lassen Sie vor Erstinbetriebnahme das Gerät ohne Speisen 30
Minuten laufen.
• Wenn das Gerät zum ersten Mal eingeschaltet wird, kann es zu einer
leichten Geruchsbildung kommen. Dies ist normal. Sorgen Sie für

GEBRAUCH
• Die SousVide-Methode pasteurisiert das Lebensmittel bei exakten
Temperaturen, um es zu konservieren. Kühlen Sie den Beutel nach dem
Pasteurisieren in Eiswasser und bewahren Sie ihn im Kühlschrank bei
unter 7 °C auf, frieren Sie ihn ein oder verzehren Sie das Lebensmittel
sofort. Die Pasteurisierung findet bei einer Kerntemperatur von ca. 62 °C
statt. Die empfohlenen Kochtemperaturen für Lebensmittel liegen
zwischen 55 °C und 65 °C. Es gibt eine Toleranz von plus 1 °C, falls die
Temperaturen bis 65 °C eingestellt sind, und plus 2 bis 3 °C bei
Temperaturen über 70 °C. Diese Toleranz muss berücksichtigt werden,
wenn die Temperaturen eingestellt werden (stellen Sie beispielsweise
72 °C ein, wenn 75 °C gewünscht werden).
• Verwenden Sie nur Beutel, die sich für die Vakuumverpackung eignen.
Werden normale Beutel verwendet, ist das richtige Verschließen nicht
sichergestellt.
• Gießen Sie nicht zu viel Wasser in das Gerät und stellen Sie sicher,
dass der Wasserstand immer noch unter dem max-Zeichen liegt,
