Overview of the mincer

1. Undo the front
cover screw and
remove the cover
of the accessory
drive shaft.
2. Insert the auger
(4) into the auger housing (3).
3. Place the blade (5) in front
of the auger so that the at
sides face the perforated
disc. The blade is sharp, so
be careful with it.
4. Place the desired perforated disc (6)
in front of the blade paying atten-
tion to the two recesses (left/right)
of the auger housing.
5. Put on the
fastening ring
/ cover nut (7)
and tighten it
clockwise.
6. Place the min-
cer attachment
on the drive
shaft and tighten
the screw.
7. Place the feed tray
(2) on the auger
housing.
Assembling the mincer
1. Cut the desired ingredients into pieces that
t into the feed chute.
2. Check that the mincer is rmly mounted on
the motor head.
3. Put the ingredients into the feed chute and
the lling tray.
4. Place a container under the outlet.
5. Plug the power plug into the outlet.
6. Tap the button and select a speed level.
We recommend speed level 3–5.
7. Start the appliance by pressing the
button.
8. Carefully press the ingredients down with
the tamper (1).
9. After use, switch o the appliance with the
button and pull the plug out of the
outlet.
Using the mincer:

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 of„Assembling
the mincer.“
2. Place the sausage conveyor (5) in
front of the auger.
3. Place the desired sausage attachment
(6) in front of the sausage conveyor.
4. Follow steps 6 to 7 of„Assembling the
mincer“.

1. Prepare the sausage stung.
2. Soak the sausage skin in water for at
least 10 min. before use.
3. Check that the mincer with the sau-
sage attachment is rmly mounted
on the motor head.
4. Clamp the soaked sausage skin over
the sausage attachment.
Using the sausage stuer attachment

Process pieces of meat without tendons,
bones and fat.
Unplug the mincer from the mains before
assembling/disassembling it.
If something blocks the blade, rst unplug
the appliance and wait until the appliance
has come to a complete stop. Then carefully
try to remove the blockage.
Never reach into the auger housing of the
mincer attachment, always use the tamper.
The blade of the mincer attachment is
sharp, so handle it carefully. Be careful
when handling the blade when emptying
or cleaning the attachments.
Never hold your face over the auger
housing with the lling tray when the
motor is running. If you have overlooked
bones or other hard particles when
preparing the ingredients, they could be
ejected just like pieces of meat. Caution:
Risk of injury!
5. Plug the power plug into the outlet.
6. Tap the button and select a
speed level.
7. Start the appliance by pressing the
button.
8. Put your already minced and seaso-
ned stung for the sausage into the
lling tray and the lling chute.
9. Carefully push the stung into the
auger housing with the tamper.
10. After use, switch o the appliance
with the button and pull the
plug out of the outlet.
1. Undo the screw to remove the min-
cer attachment and ret the drive
shaft cover to the appliance.
2. Remove the used accessories from
the appliance and wash all compo-
nents that have come into contact
with food in hot rinsing water. Clean
all components immediately after
use.
