Transportation
If the packaging is damaged, then such damage must always be reported on the deli ery slip to the freight carrier
– a “simple acknowledgement” to the deli ering freight company excludes the recognition of any damage in
transit. The same applies if any packages are missing according to the deli ery slip.
The pallet must always be picked up from the narrow side with forks inserted fully to the end of the pallet.
Our panels weigh approx. 65 kg per m² of area. Warning: Risk of injury!
Only open the pallet at the installation site, in order to pre ent damage during transportation to the site.
Do not use pointed or sharp objects such as kni es when opening the pallet, as these could damage the
panels/doors. Please use caution!
Dispose of packaging materials in an en ironmentally appropriate manner, or reuse them.
If the material is not used or installed immediately, it must be stored at a suitable location; please ensure that no
water spray can form or penetrate the rack
-> do not store outdoors.
General information
Do not install damaged components – this will immediately oid the warranty and usability certificate.
Always obser e building law regulations and guidelines, as well as instructions from the responsible building
authority and the responsible commissioned fire protection expert.
As the installing technician, you should only issue an unrestricted manufacturer's declaration of compliance with
the building appro al if installation was completed in a compliant manner, and if all necessary fittings ha e been
installed. Note any necessary de iations on the declaration, if these are significant in scope.
Assembly / scope of deli ery
Our deli ery is shipped with a scope of deli ery required for installation by our own technicians or certified
contracting companies.
Setup in compliance with alid appro als requires a le el of technical expertise which cannot be con eyed fully in
an assembly manual. We train technicians on request, and certify them for professional installation of our
products.
General safety information
This operating / assembly manual must always be stored at the location where the barrel container will be used.
Legally required safety information must be posted in an area isible to users.
All safety and hazard notices and the type plate must be kept in legible condition.
Functional test, safety technology inspection,
care and maintenance
The container should be maintained at least once annually and checked for proper function. We recommend that
you complete a functional check ( isual inspection) each month. The safety technology inspection can only be
completed with the necessary le el of care by one of our authorised employees, since sufficient experience and
comprehensi e expertise are essential for this inspection.
Commonly a ailable, mild household cleaners can be used for external cleaning of the container.
The door locking mechanism should be oiled 2 x per year.
The container must be protected against water, moisture penetration, or water spray.
If rele ant damage to the safety technology is found, then the containers must be repaired with original parts
