Collegamenti e comandi
Al connettore di rete 3 poli IEC (2) va collegato il cavo di alimentazione.
L’interruttore di rete POWER (3) permette di accendere l’apparecchio.
Il LED on (4) si illumina ad apparecchio acceso.
Il LED short (5), quando acceso, indica un corto circuito sull’uscita (normalmente tra i pin 1 e 2 del cavo).
Ai connettori posteriori XLR3 maschi LINE A e LINE B (1) vanno collegate le stazioni intercom. I due connettori di ogni linea sono in parallelo. Le due linee sono indip-
endenti (split) o in comune (common) in funzione della posizione del deviatore frontale LINES (8).
Al connettore frontale XLR3 maschio (10) può essere collegata una stazione, con funzioni di master (11), che è collegata alla linea A o alla B in funzione della posizione
del deviatore frontale TALK TO (9).
Se le linee sono in comune (common), questa stazione sarà sempre collegata ad entrambe le linee, indipendentemente dalla posizione del deviatore (9).
I LED CALL A (6) e CALL B (7) indicano, lampeggiando, se una stazione sulla linea corrispondente ha inviato un segnale di chiamata.
E` possibile utilizzare cavo schermato microfoni-
co standard a 2 conduttori + schermo (12). Per
collegamenti molto lunghi si consiglia l’uso di
cavi a 3 conduttori + schermo, di sezione almeno
0.18 mmq , collegando anche il telaio (carcassa )
dei connettori XLR (13).
La lunghezza massima del collegamento può su-
perare i 500 m, avendo cura di usare cavi di sezio-
ne elevata e con schermatura efficiente.

alimentazione durante temporali e se non utilizzata per lungo tempo. • Rivolgersi a personale qualicato per qualsiasi tipo di riparazione e/o controllo come ad esempio: cavo
di alimentazione danneggiato, liquido penetrato nell’unità, oggetti penetrati nell’unità, l’unità è stata esposta a pioggia o eccessiva umidità, l’unità non opera normalmente
o ha subito traumi di qualsiasi genere. • Sostituire il fusibile interno con uno di identiche caratteristiche: ( 1A, ritardato T, 5x20 mm).

Connectors and controls
The IEC 3 pin mains connector (2) is the mains power input.
The mains POWER switch (3) switches the unit on and off.
The on LED (4) is lighted when the unit is powered on.
The short LED (5), when lighted, indicates a short circuit in cable connected to the output connectors (usually between pins 1 and 2 ).
The rear panel connectors (male 3 pin XLR) LINE A e LINE B (1) are connected to the remote intercom stations.
Each line’s two connectors are wired in parallel.
The two intercom lines are indipendent (split) or joined (common) according to the front panel LINES switch (8).
The front panel connector (male 3 pin XLR) (9) may be used to connect a beltpack station, used as a master (11),
that may be connected to the A or B intercom line using the front panel TALK TO switch (9).
If the lines are interconnected (common), this station will be always connected to both lines, for any setting of the TALK TO switch (9).
CALL A (6) and CALL B (7) LEDs flash to indicate that a station on the corresponding line has sent a call signal.
For connection to the remote stations, it is
possible to use standard microphone cable ( 2
conductors + screen) (12) , but, in case of very
long connections we strongly suggest to use a 3
conductors + screen cable, having at least 0.18
mm2 conductors, using the third conductor to
connect the XLR connector’s body (frame) (13).
Maximum cable length may be more than 500
m, if cables with large conductors and good
screening are used.
