Open the Bixolon SLP-DX220 Label Printer box.
Remove the printer and connect it to the power
outlet.

Perform the Self-Test.
Make sure the paper roll has been installed
properly. Labels should be facing up.

Turn ON the power while pressing the feed
button then self-test will begin. Hold the button
until the printer starts self-test printing.

Select icon on your iPad home screen

BIXOLON SLPDX220  BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
PRECAUTIONS:
1. To connect the printer with your iPad via Bluetooth, the iPad and printer must be within 100 meters (330 feet) of
one another. The connection is broken if the distance between devices exceeds 100 meters (330 feet).
2. The maximum separating distance may be shortened if transmission obstacles, such as cement walls, are
present.
3. If a device (such as a microwave oven, wireless LAN, ets.) that uses the same frequency is present, transmission
may be interrupted. Separate the printer and iPad from such interrupting devices by a distance of at least 5 meters
(16 feet).

Select LABELS to print, make sure Bixolon
SLP-DX220 printer is selected at the bottom left
corner. Click “Select All” button, then “Print
Selected”.

Review your labels in the Print Review and
click Print.

Labels will start printing immediately.
