CRITERI DI SICUREZZA 8 Inserire la slitta di scorrimento porta motoriduttore nella staffa S1.
1Prima di iniziare qualsiasi operazione di installazione è assolutamente
necessario leggere tutto il presente manuale.
2Verificare che le prestazioni del motoriduttore acquistato corrispondano alle
vostre esigenze di installazione
3Inoltre verificare che:
- Le cerniere del cancello siano in buono stato e perfettamente ingrassate.
- Il cancello sia dotato di fermi meccanici in apertura ed in chiusura.
CONSIGLI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE
Collegamenti:
• Vedere “Schema funzionale” e fare riferimento agli schemi dalla centrale di
comando.
• Tutti i collegamenti devono essere effettuati in assenza d’alimentazione.
• Prevedere un dispositivo di sezionamento onnipolare nelle vicinanze
dell’apparecchio (i contatti devono essere di almeno 3 mm). Proteggere
sempre l’alimentazione per mezzo di un interruttore automatico da 6A, oppure
per mezzo di un interruttore monofase da 16A completo di fusibili. 9inserire la guaina di protezione cavi

SEQUENZA DI INSTALLAZIONE
1Prima di iniziare la messa in opera, effettuare sul cancello da automatizzare
l’analisi dei rischi facendo riferimento al foglio “Generalità” che fa parte
integrante del presente manuale, riempire le tabella tecnica e eliminare i rischi
rilevati. Nel caso in cui vi siano rischi residui, prevedere l’installazione con
sistemi di sicurezza a completamento.
2Verificare le norme di sicurezza citate nei “Criteri di sicurezza”. FERMI MECCANICI (Fig. A)
3Identificare nel Kit acquistato tutti i vari componenti che serviranno per A questo punto occorre posizionare i fermi meccanici per effettuare
l’installazione, utilizzando “Composizione Kit” rispettivamente il fermo in chiusura ed il fermo in apertura dell’anta.
4Guardando il disegno “Schema Funzionale “ identificare il motore dx e/o il
motore sx.
5A cancello chiuso la staffa deve essere piazzata a minimo 30 mm.
SBLOCCO DELL’ATTUATORE
a) Togliere il tappo superiore.
b) Afferrare l’anello sottostante e tirare la catena sino a quando il motore sia
leggermente sollevato da terra .
c) Agganciare l’anello a capo della catene in un apposito gancio che dovrà
essere posizionato sul cancello ad un’altezza tale da mantenere il
motoriduttore in operativo.
Posizionarela staffa 1S come da figura in prossimità dell’estremità dell’anta
(vedere “Schema Funzionale”)
N.B.: Se la struttura del cancello è leggera occore prevedere una struttura di
rinforzo per il fissaggio di suddetta staffa.
6Ingrassare i punti di scorrimento.
7Per toglire la copertura del motoriduttore:
a) Estrarre il tappo superiore1T
b) Svitare la vite......di fissaggio copertura.
c) Far scorrere la copertura verso l’alto.

SAFETY CRITERIA
1 Attention: before beginning anykind of procedure of installation is absolutely
necessary to read all this manuall.
2Test/Control that the perfornces of the actuator auswer to your installation
needs.
3Besides control that:
• The gare hinges are in good conditions and perfectly fattened.
• The gate has mechanicall stops in the opening and the closing.
INSTALLATION ADVICE
Connections:
• See the “Operational Diagram” and refer to the control central scheme.
• The electric cable in the exit from the actuator must be tight, but do an ample
curve towards the botton in order to avoid the reflux in the inside of the actuator
itself. (Fig. O)
• The adjustment must be effected when the device has no power supply.
• Foresee a omnipolar breaking device near to the apparatus (the contact must
measure at least 3 mm) Always protect the power supply using a 6A automatic
switch, or a 16A single-phase switch fises.
• The power supply lines the motors, to the control unit and the connection lines
to the outfits must be sepated to avoid troubles which could generate
problems in the installation working.
• Any outfits (of control or safety) eventually connected to the control unit must
be tension free.
Spare parts: Operational Diagram
• use esclusively original spare parts.
•The batteries should be put with industril waste and not with domestic refuse .
(Law n. 475/88).
Installation:
• In order to correctly use the product and to exclude the possibility of injury or
damage, refer to the "Generals" page enclosure, which is an integrated part
of this manual.
• The use of this equipment must be in observance of the safety standards in
force in the country where it is installed, as well as the standards governing
proper installation.
Warranty:
• The warranty supplied by the manufacturer becomes void in the event of
interference, carelessness, improper use, lightening damage, power surges
or use by unqualified personnel.
• The warranty will also become void in the event of the following: Failure to
observe the instructions given in the manuals supplied with the product.
The application of any part in a manner differing from that provided for current
legislation or the use of spare parts which are unsuitable and/or not approved
by manifacturer.
• The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damages due to improper or
unreasonable use.

8Insert the sliding slide that contains the motor in the bracket S1.
9Insert the protective covering of the
cables in the apposite passage placed
on the side of the motor.
10 Connect the cables in the terminal boards.
11 Insert the cover and fix it.

In case of bad working, please read the paragraph " Anomalies and Advises".
If you do not find any solution please contact the nearest assistence
centre.
ELECTROLOCKING
The electrolocking must be installed on the leaf that is the first to open and
must be connected to the apposite terminals of the control unit.
Position of the electrolocking:
POSITION 1: Closure between the leaves ( in this case it is necessary to use
the blot for closure on the second leaf )
POSITION 2: Closure on the ground ( in this case it is not necessary the
utilisation of the blot for closure )
Remember to eliminate the locking or in any case to make it be inoperative
blocking the closure in the opened position and to eliminate all the blots for the
closure.
ADVICES FOR THE INSTALLATION
1Before starting the installation, please proceed with the test of the risks
concerning the gate to automate referring to the paragraph "Generalities" that
is an integral part of this manual.
Please fill the technical table in and remove the discovered risks. It will be
obbligatory to install the complementary security systems necessary in case MECHANICAL STOPS
that some risks remain. At this point it is necessary to position the mechanical stops in order to effect

3Identify in the kit bought all the components that will be useful to the installation
referring to the drawing "kit composition".
4Identify the left and/or the right operator referring to the drawing “

5When the gate is closed, the bracket S1 must be fixed at minimum 30 mm.
RELEASE OF THE MOTOR
a) Take the upper cap off.
b) Catch the metallic ring below and pull the chain until when the motor will
be a little bit lifted from the ground.
c) Hook the metallic ring placed at the head of the chain in a special arresting
hook that will have to be placed at the suitable height in order to make the
motor be inoperative.
Fix the bracket 1S as per the drawing in proximity of the extremity of the leaf (
see the drawing “ ").
N.B. It will be necessary to foresee a stiffener structure for the fixing of the
above mentioned bracket if the structure of the gate is light.
6Grease the sliding points.
7In order to take off the cover of the motor:
a) Pull the cap 1T off.
b) Unscrew the fixing screw of the cover.
c) Pull the cover of the motor up

CRITÈRE DE SÉCURITÉ
1Avant de commencer quelconque operation d’installation est absolutament
indispensable de lire tout cet manuel.
2Vérifier l’actionneur en fonction de la largeur du vantail.
3Vérifier que:
- Les charnières du portail soient en bon état.
- Le portail doit avoir de butes mécaniques
CONSIGNE POUR L'INSTALLATION
Raccordements :
• Regarder le “Schéma de functionnement” et le schéma dela centrale
éléctronique.
• Le cable electrique en sortie du moteur ne doit pas être tendu, mais faire une
courbe vers le bas pour empecher que l’eau suinte a l’interieur du moteur. (Fig. O)
• Tous les branchements doivent être effectués en absence d’alimentation
électrique.
• Prevoir un dispositif de sectionnement omnipolaire dans les voisinages de
l'appareil. ( les contacts doivent etre de aumoins 3 mm)
Protéger toujours l’alimentation parmi un interructeur automatique de 6A, ou
parmi d’un interructeur monofase de 16A complet de fusibles.
• Les lignes d’alimentation aux moteurs, à la central et les lignes d’enclenchements
aux accessoires doivent être sèparèes pour èviter tous dèrangement qui
pourraient causer des fonctionnements dèfectueux de l’installation.
• N’importe quel appareil (de contrôle ou de sûretè) eventuellement asservit à
la central doit être libre de tension.
Parties de récharge:
• Utiliser seulement parties de récharge originelles.
• Ne detruisez pas les battries commes des dechés qui sont habituellement
enlevés par le ramassage municipale, mais traitez-les comme des dechéz
industrielles. ( lois n. 475/88)
Modalité d'installation :
• Pour une utilisation appropriée du produit et pour exclure toute possibilité de
dommages aux personnes, animaux ou choses, faire référence à la feuille
"Généralités" en annexe qui fait partie intégrante de ce manuel.
• L'emploi de ce dispositif doit respecter les normes de sécurité en vigueur dans
le pays d'installation ainsi que les normes de bonne installation.
Garantie :
• La garantie fournie par le constructeur est annulée en cas d'altération, de
manque d'entretien, d'utilisation impropre, de foudre, de surtension ou
d'utilisation de la part de personnel non qualifié professionnellement.
• Tout droit à la garantie s'annulera également en cas de:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION SEQUENCE
8Insérer la glissière dans laquelle le moteur est placé dans la patte S1.
9Insérer la gaine de protection cables
dans le spécial passage placé sur le
coté du moteur.
10 Brancher les cables sur la barrette de raccordement.
11 Introduire la couverture du moteur et la fixer.
12 Etendre les cable comme par "Schéma de principe".
13 Connecter la centrale et tous les acessoires.
14 Programmer le récepteur radio.
15 Programmer les temps de fonctionnement. En cas de mauvais fonctionnement
réferez-Vous au paragraphe "Anomalies et conseils"
Si vous n'arrivez pas a resoudre le probleme avec l'aide du paragraphe
mentionne, nous vous prions de contacter notre service techique.
ELECTROSERRURE
L'Electroserrure doit etre installée sur sur le vantail qui s'œuvre par premiér et doit
etre branchée aux bornes correspondants de la centrale.
Position de l'electroserrure:
L'electroserrure doit etre istallallée sur le vantail qui s'ouvre pour prémier.
Position 1 : Fermeture entre les deux vantaux ( dans ce cas il est indispensable
utiliser le blocage spécial sur le second vantail)
Position 2 : Fermeture au sol ( en se cas l'utilisation du blocage spécial n'est pas
indéspensable ).
If faut se rappeler d'exclure ou de rendre inactive en bloquant la fermeture en
ouverture et en éliminant tous les blocages de fermeture.
1Avant de commencer qualconque operation d'installation, effectuer sur le
portail à automatiser l'analyse des risques en se réferant au paragraphe
"Generalités" qui fait partie integrante de ce manual.
Remplir le tableau téchnique et éliminer les risques relevés. Installer les ARRETS MECHANIQUES
necessaires systemès de sécurité complémentaires si des risques réstentent. A ce point il est nécessaire de positionner les arret méchaniques pour effectuer
2Verifier les normes de sécurité citées dans les "Critères de sécurité". respectivement l'arret en ouverure et en fermeture du vantail
3Identifier dans le kit acheté tous les composants qui serviront pour
l'installation en utilisant le dessein "Composition du kit".
4Identifier l'actionneur droit et/ou gauche en se référant au dessin "Schéma de
principe".
5Quand le portail est fermé, la patte doit etre fixée minimum à 30 mm.
DEBLOCAGE DE L'ACTIONNEUR
a) Enlever le bouchon S1.
b) Agripper le maillon au-dessous et tirer la chaine jusqu'à ce que le moteur soit
un peu soulevé du sol.
c) Accrocher le maillon place à l'extremité de la chaine au spécial crochet qui
devra etre positionné sur le portail à l'hauteur convenable afin que le moteur
soit inopératif.
Positionner la patte S1 comme par figure en proximité de l'extrémité du vantail.
N.B. Il faut prévoir une structure de renforcement pour le fixage de la patte
surmentionnée si la structure du portail est légère.
6Ingraisser les points de glissment.
7Pour enlever la couverture du moteur:
a) Extraire le bouchon superieur 1T.
b) Dévisser la vis pour le fixage de la couverture.
c) Laisser glisser la couverture vers l'haut.

CRITERIOS DE SEGURIDAD
Antes de cualquier operación de instalación es necesario leer integralmente 8Insertar la guía de deslizamiento en la que está encajado el motorreductor en
el presente manual. la abrazadera S1.
2Comprobar que el rendimiento del motorreductor conseguido se ajuste a sus
exigencias de instalación.
3Comprobar además que:
- las bisagras del cancel estén en buenas condicionesy bien engrasadas
- el cancel tenga retenes mecánicos en abertura y en cierre
ONSEJOS DE INSTALACIÓN
Consultar el “Esquema Funcional ” y los esquemas del cuadro de mando.
• Todas las conexiones se deben efectuar sin alimentación eléctrica.
• Prever un dispositivo de repartimiento omnipolar cerca del aparato (los
contactos tienen que ser de por lo menos 3mm.)
Proteger siempre la alimentación con un interruptor automático de 6A, o bien
con otro monofásico de 16A completo de fusibles.
• Las líneas de alimentación a los motores y al cuadro y las líneas de conección
a los accesorios deben estar separadas para evitar interferencias que podrían
causar problemas de funcionamiento. 9Insertar la envoltura de protección cables
• Cualquier aparato (de mando y de seguridad) eventualmente conectado a la motor en el especial “dado passaggio
central debe estar libre de tensión. passaguaina” (despiece componentes n°6)
en la parte lateral del motorreductor.
Utilizar solamente piezas de repuesto originales.
• No eliminar las baterías como basura urbana sino como basura industrial. 10 Conectar los cables al bloque terminal.
11 Insertar la cobertura en el motorreductor y fijarla.
12 Tender los cables según el “Esquema Funcional”.

b) Agarrar el anillo y tirar la cadena hasta que el motor se levante un poco del
suelo.
c) enganchar el anillo que se encuentra al fondo de la cadena en el gancho
especial (que se tendrá que posicionar sobre el cancel a una altura que
vuelva el motorreductor inactivo).
Posicionar la abrazadera 1S como en la figura, en proximidad de la
extremidad de la hoja (ver “ esquema funcional”).
N.B.: si el cancel tiene una estructura ligera es necesario hacer una estructura de
refuerzo para fijar la abrazadera.
6Lubricar los puntos de deslizamiento.
7Para quitar la cobertura del motorreductor:
a) quitar el tapón superior 1T
b) destornillar el tornillo M5x10 T.C. de fijación de la cobertura.
c) hacer correr la cobertura hacia lo alto.

SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
NOTENTRIEGELUNG DES MOTORS
a) Entfernen Sid den Oberen Deckelverschluss am Motor
b) Ziehen Sie den Kettenring hoch bis sich der Motor vom Boden angehoben hat
c) Hängen Sie den Kettenring and einer der Ankerung die am Torflügel befestigt (

8. Um die Motorschutzkappe ab zu nehmen

- Das die Torscharniere in guten Verhältnissen und gut eingeschmiert sind
- Das das Tor mit mechanischen Sperren bei Verschluss und Öffnungen
ausgerüstet ist.
HINWEISE ZUR INSTALLATION
- Schauen Sie sich genau das Funktions-Schema an und mit Hilfe der
Steuerungs- Bezeichnung.
- Alle Steckverbindungen müssen vor Stromanschluss erfolgen. Es ist darauf z
achten dass die nationale EU Vorschriften für den Betrieb von Elektrischen
Geräten berücksichtigt werden.
- Alle Kabelführungen zur Motorsteuerung müssen sauber und mit 3 mm
Abstand Sauber und mit Schmelzsicherung vorgesehen werden. Alle
Verbindungskabeln Müssen genau und Fachgerecht installiert werden damit
die Anlage Fehlerlos funktionieren kann.
